Small backery at the terminal 2, arrivals 2. Works also quite late into the night (till about 1 am at least) having a good selektion. You can get sandwiches for ~4-5 euros, also other pastry for ~2. Hot drinks like coffee, tea. Great option for snack at late arrivals.

The service and the food was extraordinarily good. I bought a cheese sandwich and apple pie and to be honest it was much much better then I have expected . Compared to many other airport food it definitely deserves 5 star . The only not perfect thing was the coffee ... oK not bad either , but ok Pricing is also very very fair highly recommend, if you need to buy food in Köln Bonn Airport then don't look any further Enjoy your meal And have a great flight

Worst experience ever in this caffée. The serving gentelman almost felt like a threat to us. He had an abusive behaviour towards us because we addressed him in english. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour for someone who is supposed to deliver the best of customer service in an international environment. It is unacceptable and the management should immediately train their staff on basic customer service skills and obviously tell them to show their patriotic feelings in their spare time, outside their working hours and in a civilised manner. The management should really " wake up" and act as apparently this is happening in occurrence, reading the reviews of other people who have experienced the same poor service and unprofessional attitude towards the customers.

The food and the coffee are ok, but the guy who served us was very unprofessional. He tried to trick us asking for more money for what we ordered. Once we asked for the receipt, he took someone else's one, pretending it was the correct one. 🤬 It was on 4th of October 2019.

Worst coffee here. Burger was still edible.

I had a latte and special donut yesterday at 5 pm. Once I had the latte, I felt there was something wrong in its taste. I developed symptoms of food poisoning and spent the whole night with diarrhoea and vomiting. I’ve been bed stricken now for a day. Those machines they use for the drinks need a good clean. Terrible quality overall.

Not tasty, unfriendly staff, they do not serve tap water for drinking.

They only take cash. Seriously? It’s 2023…

The woman just grabbed the sandwich with bare hands and gave it to me. With same hands she handled money for the previous customer and God knows what else. Very questionable sanitary checks there. When I complained she said "nobody is wearing maks anyway" which is totally irrelevant.

Said cash only although took cash a few minutes earlier. No atm nearby to get cash. Asked for the 2 females names who were serving to complain but they wouldn't give them to me. The company should take the complaints on the service more seriously. Rubbish service by a rubbish company.
