    Hey guys don’t go in this store it’s a worse Apple Store I have visited. You guys should know this, this Apple Store required each and every person passport or visa document in Original. If It’s okay when someone is planing to buy product that time they require this document but they require this one of the most important document only for visiting ….!! !! It’s does not make any sense. So please guys choose another store or another online store to purchase product of iPhone. Even I don’t want to give this store 1 star but it’s mandatory to give minimum star to any store according to google policies. So please please guys don’t go this store…!!!!!!!

    Terrible experience, I have been there couple of times and every time got more disappointed than before, ignoring, not paying attention to customer’s need and simply blaming the (Apple) system is not helping people. P.S Apple messed up my new iPhone 14 pro order and canceled it without consulting me. They made me order a new one with one month delay delivery without making even a small effort! That’s not acceptable at all!

    Just don't go there! It's genuinely a waste of time! This is my fourth apple store that I've visited world wide and this is definitely the worst store ever! One employee told me to wait a minute she has to do something and surprisingly she never came back "obviously she was overloaded" and the other just stood there staring at me 😂 Not to mention that everything is sold out and I have to order it online and for some items I must wait for like a month! Guess what! I just ordered almost everything from Amazon and everything is estimated to be delivered tomorrow lol!

    Perfect!!! The staff is very friendly despite the number of people visiting simultaneously. Of course, they have a variety of options for different devices. You can get their help on deciding on a device or even help to trade in your old device. They will genuinely help you without trying to trick you. Tip: if you’re buying something, have the configuration prepared. Then it’s much faster and can get things done within a few minutes.

    Long waits with appointments for bog-simple tasks, if your device’s guarantee is up just do the straightforward stuff yourself. Updated to add: I got a battery replaced and since then haven’t been able to receive calls or use cellular data. Bravo! I guess the store’s budget is going to paying for the real estate.

    The worst apple store that I have ever seen!! I had a problem with my Apple Watch, not only they didn’t help me, but also they have made the problem worst and I really don’t know what I have to do right now!!!! At the end they only gave me a number (customer support or whatever) which is only in German! 🤯 it wasn’t the first time that they’re not helpful!!

    We are looking for IPhone 14 or plus but Out of stock! Dont waste your time! When we ask the schedule delivery for stock they say nothing. Suggest us to come to next morning. Not professional attention for clients! I strongly suggest you to go out and drink something. Do not waste your time with Apple!

    I’m not sure why, I have to wait 15 minutes for a member of staff to approach me, good few number of staff was walking around the store and it wasn’t that busy at all! Other than that everything was perfect 👍

    All the negative reviews are true. Do not visit this store. Horrible service and staff. I lost my charger so I had to go. I had to wait 45 minutes to check out!! I should've gone to Saturn or something. Last time I'm visiting an Apple store.

    I have visited this Apple Store few times. Had mixed experience each time. During Covid, They ask for passport for identification and did not allow soft copy of the passport. For order pick up, we have to wait for 10-15mins atleast in the queue. Last time when I visited , With no covid restrictions, it was very crowded, and it’s difficult to even try out the devices.

    Unfriendly staff that is neither sales nor customer orientated. Chatting amongst themselves is ok, however beware you’ve got a question. Not on - stuck up. Not going back there. I am sure I’ll find a shop that sells me a new phone without stuck up comments about my current SE.

    I'm not a big fan of apple to be honest. of course their phones are good and also this store looks good. but the prices and the way they represent themselves is just a big no go for me. I mean, just look at this store. it's completly massive compared to most other stores there and the space they take to build a small, one stored store is just not needed. yet, a big pro argument to give this store a good rating is, that it really does look cool

    Horrible staff, I went there with my very pregnant wife and forgot to treating us well but the staff treat badly and we felt a bit racist towards us based on his reactions and what he did next, we asked to show a mac but he said he has two more customers and asked to wait 15 mins and we happily agreed but in fact he was simply talking to the staff members just doing time pass even after 20-25 mins. He looked at us 3-4 times but did not come to help at all. Worst place in düsseldorf. highly unrecommended

    During our visit to Germany we bought iphone 13 but once we returned to our country, experienced some problem with login. I have sent few emails for support service in Dusseldorf but received no feedback yet. We are from Iran and due to distance and some restrictions our arms are crossed.

    I gave it 5 star review because well Apple knows how to lure people in. The branding is on point and the store is eye catching. Not to mention the staff comprises of some of the most nicest people. And I say this because they aren’t interested in luring you with false information. They are helpful, on point and quite funny too. You can pay by cash or credit card and they have everything you would want from an Apple Store.

    All the phones are good. I recently bought a phone there and it turns out if you make a subscription you can get your phone fixed 4 times a year. I also found out that iPhone bought beats for 60 million dollars. I love the place. You can test all the devices there.

    Giorgous and huge place, wide variety of products and accessories right on stock avaiable. Stuff is really helpful, although they struggle sometimes with the great volume of visitors and customers, but it is really worth to wait it's your turn, because the salesguys and girls are really kind/nice and supportive/helpful. I do recommend to visit this official store if you are in Dusseldorf ;)

    Have the problem that writing breaks up sometimes when using Apple Pencil on iPad, googled and tried a lot of methods, like restart or update, none of them worked. Book an appointment to solve the problem or hope to swap a new one since I have Apple care. Told that the breaks I showed can’t be a proof, using their tools examined and no error of hardware, so they can’t solve the problem, not to think about swap a new one, the reason is: I should have videoed when the breaks showed up to proof the problem??? The staff did want to help after knowing the expired time of my Apple care is really close, and said as he know the day I booked the appointment I didn’t update the system, I have no earlier proof the problem showed before that, asked me to update???

    Friendly and quick service as per usual. I love the Apple Store in Düsseldorf for its friendly and competent staff. The location is roomy and nicely designed. Though I find a bit hard to reach by public transport, if one isn’t from Düsseldorf. Nonetheless full recommendation.

    Worst customer service ever! Went there to replace the battery for my iphone 11 and I don’t even need consultation for that as i know what to do already. I had the appointment at 4 pm and there are two other “white” german women who happens to have appointment at 4 pm same like me. Between all of us, i came 1st than two other white german women, guess who would the apple technician picked to serve first? The white german customer that came after me, then after 15 min I thought she gonna picked me to serve next, i was freaking wrong - she picked the other white german who came way later than me! So i had to freaking wait for 45 min WITH APPOINTMENT… i guess i have to be white to be served well by Apple technician 🤷🏻‍♀️

    This Apple Store and the workers is suck! I want to service/ letting check my new iPhone (2 months old), because my iPhone has no signal. This Apple Store said that they do not service!! What?!! The workers explained me to go to a service authorized Apple’s partner. I am coming to this store extra 180km to get “direct” Apple’s service, BUT.. it happens. Apple Store Düsseldorf is suck!

    t an Apple Store Germany Düsseldorf. I went there 3 times and they have the worst employees there. The first time the employee claimed that she had problems with her colleague and I was waiting there. When it was time to register for my monthly payment she then said “there’s a problem with their bank”. Mind you she asked me before if I had anywhere to go after - which makes me believe this was all planned. The second time I went there she then you can’t buy it because of your German “residence permit” is not enough and I require your passport. I then asked if there’s something else I need the next time I go back to the store. Today I go again to the store and I find two employee waiting for me that claimed that payment again is not possible. I really don’t understand this. Every time they come up with random lies that don’t make any sense. Plus, who is contacting these people to behave this way towards customers. And who is doing black work behind screens to mess up with the banking system and for what gain. Disappointed❗️
