All seems uncomplicated and a good solution (quick transfer with Sky Train), problem is this might not be the safest option for your car. The glass from one side mirror was removed from our car over the Easter weekend, which is unlikely to happen if you choose a more secure parking location in the vicinity of DUS. Parkvogel was not interested in our case and suggested we report it to the Police. The only security cameras are at the entry/exit and do not present a deterrent to thieves. In making the Police report it was clear I was not the first person that had 'lost' part of their car. In hindsight it is obvious that the unguarded parking houses around DUS would be fertile grounds for thieves as there are thousands of late model cars parked at a very high density.

We made an early reservation and I get a QR code in my mailbox. When we scanned the qr code to enter, we got an error message, so we couldn't use the code. Since there was no employee there after 4 pm, we sent an e-mail and got a response right away.

A good parking garage with a price-performance ratio that is satisfactory/sufficient. It can really happen that you have to look for a parking space. Pre-reservation is very easy to make, scanning at the entrance gate can take time. If it doesn't work, you should press the call button. In the morning hours the rush was so great that no driver - fortunately - dared to do this and got a parking ticket... The system is outdated and really needs to be replaced at this price. Ceiling lights (green/red) above the parking spaces would also be helpful, or a display on the individual floors about the parking spaces still available. For these reasons: 3 stars. I would always take P5 rather than P4 as the parking spaces are a bit wider. The route to the Skytrain is almost identical. It's actually just the "more" route via the street.

Parking Garage with very good access to Terminal via SkyTrain, never found any parking place lower than 4 th floor but it isn't a problem.

Clear parking garage. Always pretty full. Most of the time you have to park high up. Parking is cheap. The only stupid thing is that because you have to cross the street to get to the sky train, there is no roof. The rain was very annoying for us. The route to the P4 is also more than annoying. Bad way and not directly opposite the Sky Train. Don't know which professional came up with that. There is still a lot of room for improvement here. Otherwise it was ok.

The parking garage is not bad. Walk from the airport exit to there about 10 minutes. Alternatively, take the Skytrain to parking garage 6 and then change to the other side of the street. The price always seems to change slightly depending on the season. Unfortunately, it's usually pretty full and since there's no information about where a spot is still available, you sometimes have to search for a while.

Booked online for €59 for a week. Easy entering with creditcard. Parking space width enough. Only a few minutes with skytrain to the terminals.

Very convenient and situated right near the sky train station. You can reach the Airport terminal in a jiffy.

Parking garage was great. Booked through Parkvogel, ended up paying even less than stated when booking. Thanks to Skytrain, everything was reached quickly and easily.

The parking is just OK but the skytrain was not working and we have to WALK with all of suitcases to the airport. Disappointing.

Conveniently located, real price, the free parking spaces should be made more visible.

10 minutes walk (if you don't make use of the skytrain) from the airport. Parking for reasonable prices.

Have booked this several times

It is a nice parking garage but, when you have a flat battery, you can get no help from the garage.

The most terrible parking ever! We prepaid, but spent almost an hour searching for a slot on all the floors, and finally haven’t found a free one! We were close to missing our plane due to this terrible parking and had to leave the car at illegal place, just because we could miss the plane. We do not recommend this parking, never ever again

Plenty of parking spaces and easy access to the mono rail. Signage could use improvement as we were waiting in line for P6 because the signs on the road aren't clear (and we weren't the only one!)

Everything went well. Only the exit via scan didn't work. But it wasn't a problem. The barrier was opened immediately after contact with the column.

Simply booked online. Super easy entry and value for money.

We often park here! Nice garage close to the airport

Buy online for a discount, cross the street to P4 and head to the second floor for the skytram that operates 24 hours with a tram coming about every 5 minutes to the airport or train station. Walking to the airport from here is about 15 minutes. Tram is 5 minutes and free.

Uncomplicated arrival and departure, always a good place to park your vehicle.

The barrier didn't open when we left. Ticket not readable. The barrier was only opened after consultation via the intercom and the booking number. We had the same problem last year.

It is not bad but it’s crowded

Indoor parking facility with easy transport to the terminals with the Skytrain every few minutes.

Easy and good reachability as well enough spaces for cars even big ones.

We rented the P5 parking garage from Parkvogel in Düsseldorf for 1 week. From the online reservation to the day of arrival and departure, everything went perfectly. The price quoted was also the final price. Will definitely book this parking garage again. The transfer from P5 to the airport with Skytrain was also excellent. Top parking garage and provider.

Unfortunately, the ticket reserved online was not recognized upon entry. However, I was helped on the way out and I didn't have to pay anything extra. Still unnecessary stress. Otherwise the parking garage is okay.
