He locked himself in his office and didn't come out all day. This store doesn't deserve a star!!!! The branch manager must be fired immediately, because that's not how you run a branch. The name Rossmann is being dragged into the mud because of a man like that. The behavior is disgusting... I hope Rossmann actually responds to a complaint and doesn't send an automatic reply!!!

    I smoked Füher every day on Münsterstrasse at Rossmann's! Our one can't afford that anymore!!! The employees can't do anything about it because I once complained! You've barely raised the prices and at the same time taken several grams out of some packaging!!! First increase the prices and do it every year! What does Mr. Rossmann mean??? We are not rich! And he only got rich because of us. I think it's a scam but the prices stay the same... It doesn't matter whether it was 150 grams beforehand or 100 grams afterwards. The employees are all perfectly located on Münsterstrasse! I would never say anything bad about these people!!! They are helpful and also friendly. You advise quite well! But the management should think about how often they increase the weights and then subtract them with the weights. End yourselves! It could be that soon no one will be able to afford anything!

Die Leute die hier eine slechte Rezension geschrieben haben, sind alle Ausländer (no offence) aber meistens sehr ungeduldig, schreien rum, respektlos und ätzend mit deren ständigen "Öffnen sie noch eine Kasse". Die würden das doch selber auch wollen um eine zweite Kasse zu rufen, aber einem Kollegen aus seiner Arbeit ständig zu nehmen damit die Kasse geöffnet wird ist vor allem für ihre Mitarbeiter stressig und auch für sie/ihm, weil man dann angemeckert wird. Ihr sollt langsam alle mal etwas Verständlichkeit, Empathie und Geduld haben. Ich bin selber ständig da und sehe doch alles. Ich mag alle Mitarbeiter*innen, vorallem die Blonde mit ihre kurzen Haare und die mit ihrem lange Nägel (öfter an der Kasse gesehen).

    Einfach nur Horror wie in diesem Laden mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Mich hat es zum Glück nicht getroffen aber Ich habe mitbekommen wie eine Frau Nagellacke gekauft hat, dann aber des Diebstahls von Nagellack beschuldigt wurde. Die arme Frau hatte ihre Mutter und Kind vor dem Laden die sich nicht zu helfen wussten, ihr aus der misslichen Lage zu helfen. Gott sei Dank kam die Polizei und konnte der Frau aus dieser misslichen Lage mit Fakten helfen. Da hat man ja als Kunde jetzt selbst Angst des Diebstahls beschuldigt zu werden. Das komplette Personal wurde ausfallend und die Lage ziemlich angespannt (man bedenkt alles wegen eines vermeintlich gestohlenen Nagellacks) sowohl der Leiter als auch die Detektivin. ROSSMANN ALS DROGERIE STEHT OFT GENUG IN DER KRITIK - VORALLEM MIT DEM THEMA RASSISMUS WELCHES AUCH HIER WIEDER ZUTRIFFT. Ich werde in Zukunft lieber Dm einen Besuch abstatten wo ich so etwas hoffentlich nicht mitkriegen oder erleben muss.

    Only unfriendly and unmotivated employees work in this branch! The branch is dirty and totally chaotic. I witnessed a woman being accused of theft - there was a loud discussion in front of all the customers in the Rossmann branch. The woman almost died of embarrassment, I felt very sorry for her! She was treated very disrespectfully and, in my opinion, racist! When I tried to get involved, I was told not to look stupid and to move on! I hope the police were able to sort everything out afterwards! Rossmann will never see me again!!!!

    It is clear to all of us that this branch is in a hot spot and everyone can imagine that the employees and branch management there have to endure a lot. However, that doesn't mean that they are so callous and can treat everyone equally badly! The store manager is very disrespectful, misogynistic and a racist. The feeling of well-being in the branch is goodbye! Unfortunately, with such management/staff, Rossmann is losing more and more trust and long-standing, loyal customers!

    Diese Filiale hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Unfreundlicher und uneinsichtiger Filialleiter. Meidet bitte den Laden und sucht euch eine umliegende Drogerie. Man bekommt einfach nur Gänsehaut wenn man sich die Rezensionen anguckt.

    schrecklicher Laden!! Man fühlt sich dort nicht wohl und nicht willkommen. Die Mitarbeiter grausam!! Unhöflicher geht’s nicht. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen diesen Laden zu betreten. Ich werde ganz bestimmt nicht mehr dort einkaufen.
