TL;DR: A disappointing, inconsistent experience when compared to the Deer Park location. Nice bar area and lots of seating. My companions and I arrived at 7:45 on a Saturday night. I was told that there’d be a one hour wait for a party of four, but we were seated after waiting only 35 minutes. There was a party of two who arrived before me and they said their wait was approximately one hour. The drinks were hit and miss. Some tasted weak and others, like the strawberry mule and margarita were well received. The food was pretty good (salty ravioli aside)… until a hair was discovered 1/3 into devouring a skillet of chicken scampi bake. Bri called over a manager (at her insistence), Jordan, who said that he’d “take care” of us and asked my companion if they wanted the meal re-made or would prefer something else. My companion settled on the pork osso buco. Jordan said that it would take approx 15 minutes to prep the meal and my companion stated that they were fine with the wait. At the end of the meal we were surprised to learn that we were charged for the replacement meal. The original meal (with the hair) was removed from the bill, but the replacement was listed at full price. My companion asked to speak with the manager. A different manager appeared this time (possibly the GM?), and he insisted that “comping” a meal is not something that he’s done in his many years of employment. It wasn’t a good exchange and I don’t know if it’s a Long Island thing, but I’ve had many unfortunate incidents in restaurants over the years in various states and comping seems to be a standard practice when something negative happens. We weren’t there with the goal of getting a free meal, but there were elements of the experience that made me not want to return to this location. Had the meal/comp situation been handled differently this review would’ve had a more positive tone. Oh, and a companion and I kept getting whiffs of body odor. It took a while to realize that it only occurred when a few members of the wait staff breezed by our table. I get it, servers can work long hours, but… um, yeah. The floor in our row was disgusting and needs to be redone. I could understand if this were a small independent restaurant with thin margins, but this isn’t that type of place. Our server, Bri, was great and didn’t contribute to the disappointment in our experience. She tried to make the best of the situation and was very attentive from the moment we were seated.

I go to this place often and one of my favorite desserts is the captain Jack's buried treasure. So I ordered a whole cake today and in the past I have always gotten fudge and whipped cream if I order to go. Whether it be an individual slice or a cake. I am a bit disappointed because the bartender told me it comes with nothing now. I did get her to give me two small dressing size cups (added pic) of fudge which will be good for 2 of the 8 slices in the treasure dessert. Hope my guests are not as disappointed as I am.

Came here for a very late dinner, due to having an event that ended 10ish. This was one of the places that was opened late that the kitchen was open. So very grateful for that. Place was big and spacious. Great parking. I enjoyed the French onion soup and the pitcher red sangria . But the 2nd pitcher we got was very sweet...too sweet. I was disappointment with my burger, my first bite was all fat... and then I realized the prime burger was mostly fat. The fajita was alright, nothing special. Overall I wasn't a fan of the food. The server was sweet and nice , but very forgetful. we didn't even get utensils for our meal... asked 2x. Then the sauce was forgotten...it was a mess and they weren't even that busy...

Love Millers! Came here on a Friday night and ordered the blue Long Island iced tea and my favorite sweet Thai chili sauce wings.. mm my favorite. We also had the jalapeño popper thingies, fries, calamari and some other stuff. Everything was good. Our server was so nice and attentive. Her name was Amanda and she was super sweet and caring. She made the experience amazing. The restaurant is clean and everyone is friendly.

I have enjoyed Miller's Ale House, from the Deer Park location, and the Rego Park location before they closed that one during Covid. But this one in Levittown, NY, is the worst of ANY restaurant I have gone to. This is my 3rd time at this facility and will be my last. From first entering the place, the unhealthy smell throughout was horrible. It smelled like a dirty nasty bar where all thins go on!! Like a WASTE LAND! They had just opened their doors, so it wasn't as if they did not have time to clean. I should have run the other way, but we went in. SMH We got seated and ordered our beverages when I noticed the menu was stuck on the table by some sort of sticky substance 🤮. I took a wet wipe from my bag and wiped down the table, which turned out to be a nightmare. The waitress came with our beverages, and when my niece took a stip of hers, I noticed something floating and low and behold a bug/fly something with wings was in there. SEE PICTURES. The waitress came back and replaced the drink. Again, we should have jetted, but we ordered food, and by then, we were nauseated and left. The health department needs to do a suprise visit. Better yet, the cooperate owner needs to pop in and see what he/she has their name attached to. I don't eat out much, but I will cook more at home from now on. Lastly, that nasty smell lingered in my clothing, it seemed like for ever.

Food wasn't the best. Drinks tasted watered down. Only upside was the staff. Greeted by a super nice hostess, waitress was cool and checked on us often a.d the manager walked around addressing tables. If only the food was as on point as the customer service!

Great management. Amazing community service. Good food and atmosphere. Sports fans rejoice - a zillion tv's and a lot of drink specials daily. *UPDATE* Still status quo. Plenty of things to choose from at a local chain restaurant that feels more like a family owned.

I have been to Miller's maybe 9 times in the last several months.I almost always get Dads Meatloaf.I love their Meatloaf because it is delicious ! What the Menu needs is more diversity, like fried chicken or a steak dish. The place is good for a quick lunch & the staff is very friendly & go out of their way to Make you Happy. My recommendation is "It's worth a try & draw your own conclusions!

We were a table of 5. Our server was amazing!! Our table needed to be cleaned more thoroughly since it was kind of sticky, as were the menus. I had ordered garlic parmesan chicken wings and they were very disappointing. They were flavorless!!! Everyone at our table were dissatisfied with their meals as well. We hadn't been here for awhile and now we know why.

For a chain place it was good. I got wings and a plate of fries . They should have a seasoned fries option but didn't but it's ok. Fries weren't greasy. The only thing the wings should have been tossed in the sauce not just placed on a plate full of sauce. I have had their loaded fries and that was really good there before.

Service was a little bit slow, and we weren’t checked on often but everyone that helped us was really nice. Plus it was busy so I understand if things weren’t moving as quickly. The Mac and cheese tasted a little bit bland, but it looked like the photos and paired well with the sandwich. The pulled pork sandwich was good, i love their buns I just wish the Pulled pork was made with more bbq sauce (also the sandwich seemed a little empty considering the price). The mashed potatoes were the star of the meal; literally the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. So delicious.

Stopped in for lunch with a colleague today. Sat at the bar with Kristin behind the bar. Been here a few times at night and my experience with Kristin was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were good our whole time there. Will definitely be coming back when she is on shift. FYI drinks were the BOMB!!!

Not my first time at Miller's Ale House but this is the 1st time at this location since they shutdown one near me. What they are serving isn't Miller's standard. Osso buco is tiny compare to Miller's in NJ and tasted like reheated overnight dinner. Salad is a joke. Crouton is not even crunchy, someone's left over is what they are like. Look at the portion size, smaller than other Miller's. I am not sure if it's my bad luck or it is always like this at this location. Walked in nobody at the front, had to walk around to find people. Can't choose our seat. It's is a dark decor and raining. They do not allow blind to be open even when customer request. Really feel like it's a run-down place ready to close and perhaps I am right, couldn't wait to get out of there. There are plenty of parking space. I think someone need to update social media about the hours, it's incorrect. Waitress did check back but I just want to get out of there.

Decent prices. Good food. Service was great. Little slow at end... but no complaints. Lunch time. Would go again for sure.

I brought a group of 23 seniors in for lunch. I had called in advance and when we arrived everything was set up and ready for us. We had our order taken by a very polite, patient and courteous waitress. Our food and beverages were served promptly without any errors. Our waitress Kristin and the other girl who assisted her were so pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. Pleasing 23 seniors is not always an easy task, but Millers nailed it thanks to your staff. All the different lunch items were very tasty and well prepared. All in all Millers made our luncheon a great experience.

We discovered Miller's on a trip to Pennsylvania and we had no idea that there was one on Long Island . The place is great ! What more can you say about a place that gives you fresh delicious food, great portions and a fair price ! This Miller's is huge but somehow they really provide personal service .. The only thing better than the food was the service the team members really make you feel valued. Check it out ..

Yesterday you BEAUTIFULLY accommodated my large group of 26 people. The set up on the patio was perfect, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service was wonderful!! I would like to thank you for everything. and HIGHLY recommend this place, both for your family, friends, and large and small groups

Amazing food and very good prices. It was clear that the front of house management is very hands on and present, the servers were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Will definitely be back.

Great place to hang out and have a few drinks with friends and family. The food was great and the pitcher of margarita ended the hot day just perfectly.

We were a party of three. We all had different entrées and enjoyed each. We were great and seated with a smile. Our waiter was very personable. We were not rush. I’d say the place at 5pm was 3/4 full. An overall good experience.

They no longer carry sweet potato fries! I was very upset. Calamari wasn't good. The mashed potatoes and broccoli are wonderful. The only thing I can come here for is the captain 7 layer cake. THE VERY BEST THING ON THE MENU. Trust me I haven't been here since 6 years. It's amazing.

Very attentive server and store manager, delicious food, reasonable price and portion. Full of TVs so you won't miss a game. Could you please make the higher manager reconsider to reopen one store in Queens......

The food is okay and it takes forever for your server to get to you. They need more staff here. It's not a bad place to watch sports with with group.

Ate here 9/22 with a party of 14. They seated us in a great spot so we could all be together. Service was great, food was delicious, and price was very reasonable. We ALL enjoyed our meals including appetizers and dessert. I recommend The CAPTAIN JACK for dessert. Thank you all for a GREAT night!

I’ve been to this location many times and each time was big thumbs up however most recent visit was a huge disappointment. With a name such as Ale house, one would think the beers are ice cold and wings are fresh, hot and juicy. Hard to believe it was the exact opposite. Our pints of angry orchard and Bud Light was warm at best and order of 12 pieces garlic Parmesan wings were cold as if it was sitting around and someone forgot our order so they ware all soggy from the sauce. Now I think back, it’s no wonder why we waited about 20 minutes for the wings to come out before our entrées. The entrées well that’s another story. we came here on a Thursday evening so I ordered their Thursday night special which is a prime rib medium. That came out cold and it was well done which I requested medium, not to mention the baked potato was literally brick hard. The only bright spot of my evening was the fish and chips. That was made to perfection. Each piece of fish was lightly battered, juicy and hot. In all it wasn’t a pleasant meal but I will give it another go the next time. Crossing my fingers and hope for better result. Hard to imagine a meal could be any worse paying close to $80 for two people.

Our waiter, Damon was excellent... attentive, polite, quick. Zingers are a must, don't ever go to Miller's without getting, so many varieties! Kinda same goes for their ribs. The fish and chips is right up there with the best and plenty too. The salmon blackened was cooked perfectly. There you have it our last trip was all good, make your way to Miller's and see for yourself, get ready for a nice reasonably priced meal, and lots of drink specials too. Oh, and always something playing for you on the many tv screens!

Excellent food. Very much like the Main Event, only a little cheaper. Wife LOVED her salmon. My teriyaki tenderloin cooked beautifully medium rare. They do charge extra to substitute certain sides. Our server, Jessica, was friendly and very efficient, and both she and one of the floor managers kept checking to see if everything was OK. Place was packed (we had to wait 25 minutes) but the layout made it seem less crowded. Very nice. Our first time and not our last.

Stopped in quickly while my car was being serviced to have lunch. The service was decent I’m not a big fan of their food but it wasn’t terrible

Good service not over crowded. The appetizers were really good. We had wings, nachos, mozzarella stick and all were good. The Prime Buger was flavor full. The only thing that we had here and would not recommend is the Pasta Alfredo, there was no flavor.

Looks boring as hell. The service was good but the food (wings) were undercooked. The bar had a lot suicidal flies that took a plunge in my beer

Been coming here for years to watch the Jets. I’m always disappointed in them but never in the wings or Blue Moon on tap. Bartender Bobby is really a very friendly and attentive Guy that makes you feel good even if your team sucks. Excellent Bartender
