It’s Monday. Urgent Care opens at 8am. I was first. It’s 820 still in waiting room. Workers are not prepared. Maybe you should have workers start an hour early so you can service your patients in Timely manner.

The PA Gayle Was really wonderful great bedside manner and a good diagnostician. She also prescribed an inhaler along with antibiotics and cough syrup. I didn’t realize I had breathing problems until I used it. also, the other staff at the urgent care clinic was wonderful as well Richard.

I’ve (unfortunately) been here a few times over the last couple of years with varying issues- sore throat, flu, covid, laryngitis plus some. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had a great experience. Sometimes the waits are a little longer but I really think it’s because they provide quality care to every patient they see. They make me feel better when I go and the staff is so friendly and understanding. I went today due to sore throat issues and they ran all the tests they could. They even let me go home to take my medicine and start resting and called me with the results. Thank you Levittown Go Health!

I just want to say that I have never been treated so nicely at an urgent care before. Everyone was very nice and understanding. Courtney was very understanding and nice, patient, Wendy followed suit also. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful getting my medicine. I reccomend the three of them!

The medical assistant was extremely impressive and very knowledgeable ! I’ve tried almost all other UC on LI and even pediatric ones. There is no comparison. I will never go anywhere else. This was for my son.

Staff took all my information and symptoms seriously. Staff were very cautious and prioritized my health and safety while still involving me in decision making. In a matter of seconds we were able to get my children sent home to avoid seeing my situation escalate and see me transported to the hospital via ambulance, which I was grateful for. I had several tests, was made more comfortable, situation leveled, diagnosed and released in 24hrs. I feel I am making progress and will feel myself again soon. Unfortunately, most people involved remain nameless. Thanks to each person at all levels and to those whom had a touch along the way, from start to finish and post release!

I didn't have to wait more than a minute or two to be seen and the staff was really nice, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable-! They took care of everything for me and I'm very pleased with every aspect of my visit-! The place was clean inside, even the bathrooms-! This is definitely going to be my go-to urgent care from here on out-! Thank you so much for everything-!!

My husband brought our daughter in for a sore throat a little congestion and fever. They looked at her throat and said wow it bad, I’ll test you for covid. She comes back negative on that and they giver her an inhaler. Fast forward a few days she is still sick and I bring her to her pediatrician and test for strep and positive. My husband put his trust in them the medical personnel and they didn’t even do the bare minimum.

My experience was great. I made an appointment online, was seen on time, the staff friendly and efficient. I appreciate there is a reliable Urgent Care walk-in especially on a Sunday. Very grateful.

I had the Physician Assistant Alison Meade provide my care. She was awesome. I required some stitches in my scalp. I wasn’t nervous, but if I was she was very calming. She joked with my wife and I as she stitched me up. I would give Alison ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Only negative thing I can say is DO NOT go as a walk in. Make an appointment online. We just walked in and waited almost two hours. People with appointments were taken first.

My wife and I have been here several times over the years and they are consistently dismissive, rude, and disrespectful to their patients needs. My wife was just in on Sunday with a very nasty cough and hard time breathing and she was basically given some saline spray and a cough medicine and sent on her way. Fast forward two days and she has RSV (which we found out from her GP) and needed to be put on steroids and antibiotics. She was told it sounds like she's breathing through a straw. We've had some nice interactions with the receptionists and one or two of the PAs, but that is very rare. Would not recommend just based on the fact that they will probably miss something.

We had a great experience urgent care. The person behind the desk was very nice and helpful. We didn’t wait long.
