Marabedda gardens resort is the place with the best panoramic view I’ve seen ever so far. The scenic sun rise from here gives definitely an unforgettable memory. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Have ample parking space. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.Food is average. This place has an outdoor children’s play area, a herb garden and an infinite pool.

We had a great day at Marabedda gardens resort. Highly recommended because of several reasons. The view is breathtaking and the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. There is plenty of space to rest and relax. Ideal for a day out. The food was excellent and the portions were satisfactory. However, although they told us that there was a buffet, we were provided with a set menu upon our arrival. We were disappointed because of this! The pool is located in a beautiful place. This place is ideal for photo shoots. There were some broken tiles in the pool. It would be great if those can be mended soon. The seating arrangement around the pool is beautiful.

Beautiful location. Not too far from Rikillagaskada town. Nice and neat room (no air conditioning, and you don’t need it), some are overlooking this amazing location. good food with some varieties of choice ( we were in a weekend, all meals were buffet). Highly recommended

It is a mountain top hotel with rooms having wonderful breathtaking views of surrounding hills. There are rooms with normal view with balcony and A/C and mountain view with balcony without A/C. Our room had mountain view without A/C. The room was comfortably cold so we didn’t feel any Issue although our room was without A/C. Normally they would arrange buffet depending upon the occupancy of the hotel, but our meals were set menu. Food was delicious and quantity was more than enough for one person. You should definitely have a dip in the infinity pool and we really enjoyed it. We highly recommend this place. Perfect relaxing getaway for anyone. Oy

This place has an amazing panoramic view. The food was excellent staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. And the hotel has many ares to explore out side. Infinity pool is also amazing. Enjoyed the evening breeze like i have never before. Missed the amazing sun rise due to rainy weather but still had an awesome stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the cool climes of hill country. The scenery change every hour to something unexpected. It gets really chilly in the evening so pack some warm cloths & don't be upset if you feel like the roof's gonna blow off. It's just the wind.... The only minus point was the front office staff who need to improve greatly on their client service & friendliness. Please improve on this as this beautiful hotel deserves it Apart from that, we truly enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Wedagedara who's attentive service & friendliness was great.

This is not a place for people who are looking for good food and relaxing. Foods are very bad and we received only frozon for lunch which prepared long before it's served. Taste was awful and there are no much varieties available. Desert prepared by the hotel were poor and only you can have the ice cream only as fresh desert. Infinity pool was not cleaned and you can't use baby pool. This is a place people who are looking for a good view for photo shoot. Hope this review finds you well and improve your service.

Good things first: They have a nice garden. It was like a flower garden situated on top of the hill. The appearance is similar to small castle. The staff was good. Bad things: Rooms : This is an average room. Bathroom got some bad smell. We got broken cupboards in our room. Make sure to request AC or Non AC rooms based on the view. Foods : The foods were not fresh. They provided 4 buns with 4 small butter pieces. They buns were not fresh. Foods were not delicious and not up to standard. They served a single fruit plate for all 3 of us. basically foods are not good. Pool : Pool is located in nice place but it was not cleaned. Price : They got many bad things but their prices are really high. Yes, the view is really nice. But the view is not owned by them. You will not get the value for your money. I am not recommending this place.

Room quality might not meet your expectations. Their service also not up to the expectations. But, the location is amazing. This is one of the most attractive locations I have ever been. Try to get a room from the mountain viewed wing, the sunrise view is amazing in the morning.

Wow... It is such a nice place for a nature lover.. Resort is made in such a way that its natural environment is minimally disturbed and all its curves and edges would only enhance the beauty. If you love quiet , misty mountains with a greeny shade and a cool breeze away from all the chaos ,,, this is your place !!! Food was delicious and had a reasonable number of items. Don't forget to visit its play area , mini world's end and herbal garden etc..

Had a wonderful time during the day with family in this amazing place. Greenish environment with breeze, misty mountains with panoramic view was feel heavenly. Clean and well maintained swimming pool, play area for kids is nice well trained friendly staff from the reception welcome all,with very much respectful. Foods are tasty and arrange the buffet deliciously. Very much worth for money. Highly recommend.

A great place to spend your day. Stayed there one night. Located in a scenic mountain top and it has a great view of the surrounding central hills. Prebooked a triple family room non A/C. Didn't have much of amenities and toiletries. Beddings and other facilities are on average. Every room has a balcony but balconies are viable to each other balconies. Buffet is available for all meals and the food and beverage are good. A la carte menu is also available for meals on demand. This hotel has a large garden area. Good place to take a good breath and spend the time. Swimming pool is located in front of the hotel and the way to the pool has fallen within the main lobby. All in all good experience. Recommend.

We went to the hotel on a weekday, and there was no crowd, which made the place more calm. It is a great place if you like to enjoy amazing views with the mountains. The food is average. We had a set menu since it was a weekday; they have a buffet mostly on weekends. We received very good, friendly service from the hotel. One of the hotel staff members arranged a vehicle for us to go to Mandaramnuwara since it is difficult to go there in our own vehicle. Overall, it is a well-recommended place to spend your time with beautiful nature

This Resort located in Rikillagaskada, is around 1.5 hour drive from Kandy.And have some breath taking views, must go places to get out of your daily hassles and enjoy some Quite and Calm time with Nature. The hotel offered the buffet option for all three Meals at the time of my stay.Though it lacked variety, food was good Specially the Breakfast. Recommend for people who are interested in some great views of the mountains and Sunrises and Sunsets.

Towels are bad smell.🤮 I think they didn't wash properly. We had to pay for extra water bottle and they provided only 1 leter for making tea and drink whole night. View is incredible 🥰🥰

One of the best Resorts I've ever visited. Amazing sceneries where you will question yourself whether this is even real. I would say those are some parts of heaven on earth. Located in a great view of sky. Swimming pool also adds a great view to the place. Rooms quality was about 70% compared to star class rooms. Foods were delicious and versatile.

Spent a Night at this Beautiful Hotel. Spectacular view, Lovely weather, Comfortable & clean room. Food was very good and Staff was Friendly & Courteous. From the Minor staff to the Manager, everyone was super helpful. Best place to relax. Its definitely Heaven on Earth

We had a lovely time with our entire family on a spend a day at the hotel. It is located at a very beautiful location with a 360 view. You can relax and enjoy the view as it will keep you calm. They have several activities that you can do and places to walk around including a play area for kids. The food was delicious and well prepared. Each and every item was really delicious and was positively commented and recommended by everyone on the day. The desserts on the other hand was amazing too. They had a decent spread and choice. Overall their service was really good and we had no issues at all. It was all a lovely experience and a day well spent.

Went for a day out and It was a nice experience with 360 panoramic infinity view. The hotel staff is very kind and hotel atmosphere is super cool. Also food is delicious. Swimming pool is little bit small and need to keep continuous maintaining. But I had a great experience with this super cool view.

Excellent breathtaking views with pretty cold weather. Foods are usual and normal. They gave good service and good impression on their staff. Pool side is the best place to chill. Can walk around the hotels with beautiful view points and get into the unique mountain nature. 100% nature lovers are recommend.

What a breathtaking view. We reached there around 3 p.m in the evening and it was already surrounded by mist. Mountains were covered with the mist adding a scenic view. It felt like staying in the clouds. Sunrise view was amazing from the rooftop. Panoramic view by the infinity pool was unforgettable. According to me the hotel must be maintained well. And there was a less variety of variations in the buffet. This is one of the best scenic destinations I have ever visited in Sri Lanka.

The hotel location and the views all around is amazing. The room didn't match the expectations at this price point. Rooms were okay, but feels a bit dated and not well maintained. The pool was fantastic with the view. Sunrise view from balcony was awesome. There's a nice little rooftop of you go along the fire exit staircase. The food and the customer service was average.

This is an amazing place to relax. Situated in very high elevation but the the road/access is very much comfortable. Staff is friendly and food also very superb. There is an excellent view point at the roof top. We were at Room 205 where the Randenigala Reservoir/Dam is visible. Whatever the room you selected, you are guaranteed for an excellent view. Don't rush, just visit relax...

This resort build in the high if the mountains. Very Beautiful place. Natural beauty at it’s best. But it’s situated in the far from town. Road is nit great, bit hard to get here. But when you do that, views are amazing.

This is an amazing place with excellent view. Place located 3km away from the Rikillagaskada town. Even by the public transportation you can reach easily. Location having amazing 360 view. There are number of mountain ridge around the hotel. And all the rooms also with good view. Inside the rooms also having enough space. Swimming pool bit old and need to improve the quality of maintenance. Washrooms water speed is too low. Need to improve that as well. Staff are friendly and provide us fullest support during the stay. I hope to travel this hotel again.

This is a must go hotel. The hotel has an unimaginably beautiful and heavenly view. You can witness both sunrise and sunset which is another importance. The food is delicious and the staff service is also very friendly. Vehicle can easily access the hotel as there is a carpeted road from Rikillagaskada town. Make sure to do all the mini nature trails in the hotel and for this please consult hotel staff. As i felt only the family rooms and suits are having the poolside mountain views. All the other rooms are having side mountain views.

Amazing, Breathtaking view. I have been so many breathtakingly places, but this is the best place you should be go in your lifetime. You should feel the fresh air and its sound. Form the hotel end, foods are very tasty. But I would request to train the staff up to star hotel level and change the ground floor layout to more elegant look and feel.

Nice place, the view is like nothing else. Comfortable rooms, fair-enoguh rates and excellent food. Pool gives an incredible view. Property is a bit dated though. Someone, supposedly the GM, visited the buffet without a mask, checked food and went straight into the kitchen. But everything other seems very good. Road condition is also good. A nice place for a small stay.
