We stumbled on this place on our way to Glacier. We had camped on the side of the road for the past two nights and we’re thrilled to find MTB city! Wonderful showers, super kind host! They even let us borrow the tandem bike to ride into a local bakery close by, where we got the best quiche in the world. Cannot recommend this place high enough! Especially because it’s super affordable! Sunset was gorgeous

MTBCity was a great base camp! The owners were welcoming and the facilities were fantastic. I loved the raised camp site as well as the well outfitted "cook house". While we were there to mountain bike, we were able to meet a number of adventure cyclists who were riding the divide. Their stories were captivating and the only way we would have met them was through this Helena Gem. I would highly recommend this option if you are considering a great place to stay that accesses amazing trails.

Mtn Bike City is an oasis with a great location in Helena. It is next to a regional trail with access to many miles of trails yet is in town. the camp spot was perfect for tent camping and the communal kitchen, restroom and showers were all good. My sons especially enjoyed biking around on the loaner tandem bike, certainly a bonus for active teenager's! Great spot to stay in Helena!

The place was an oasis for a few days during wind and rain on the GDMBR. The accommodations were fine - small gravel pads for each tent made for smooth sleeping. The kitchen and sheltered area was great. Bring earplugs for the train traffic!

My son and I had a wonderful stay during his baseball tournament, I even got to wash his uniform at camp! Conrad was so hospitable and kind and fun to talk to. He fired up the sauna for a sunset session and gave us some great pointers. We had a spectacular bike ride, met two owls and an eagle next door and toured the pottery school. We didn’t have time to take the boats out on the lake - next time! Thank you so much, what a gem of a spot.

Great place! Super nice host. Quite a few classic style mountain bike trails near by! Good for every type of rider. Really good value, they don't even list half the stuff this place comes with! Strongly recommended, especially for old school mountain bikers who like really natural feeling trails.

Great campsite for bike packers. the really great thing about this small campground is that there is a big place " picknick shelter" to sit and relax. you can cook there, there's lots of tables, chairs, hammocks :-). Very nice atmosphere. it has a very clean shower and toilet and there are towels available. There is no shadow where you put up the tent. and the actual tent spaces are on the small side we have a two and a half big Agnes tent and it barely fit. you can only reserve online but for us that was no problem.

Great place to stay whether you're riding the Divide or the excellent MTB trails around Helena. Eileen & Conrad are great host, it's a fun and cool place to stay. The campground is setup nicely with a covered community/cooking area, there's a sauna, showers, a nice deck for taking in the sunset, and it's right on a bike path.
