Very friendly atmosphere. The staff are very warm and welcoming, very friendly. Dr. Sheppard was considerate in telling me what he was doing. He listened and addressed my concerns. I love him and his staff. I hate going to the dentist and most of the time I have anxiety. However, I had no anxiety and actually laughed. It was a uniquely wonderful and refreshing experience for a dentist appointment. I am actually looking forward to going in for my treatment in 2 weeks.

Mark Sheppard and staff have saved our family no less then 3 times with emergency dental treatment. Dr. Sheppard is a master of his craft, and coupled with excellent staff, makes dental visits actually enjoyable. Whats not to like? Just a great dentist.

I am not a patient of Dr. Shepherd, as my son is a dentist and I get my dental work done in Seattle. But I’ve known Dr. Shepherd for a long time and consider him a friend. I had a Cap cone off of my front tooth. Totally unexpected and I was unable to get to Seattle to get it. Repaired at my regular dentist. I called Dr. Shepherd’s office, Tiffany, the receptionist, was extremely nice and extremely helpful and extremely kind. Dr. Shepherd, not only agreed to recement the tooth where I had lost the cap, but they made an appointment for me within two hours. Dr. Shepard did a wonderful job of repairing the cap that had come off of my tooth. He was pain-free, and made it very pleasant experience, explaining every step as he went along. I am from out of town, broke an inlay on my tooth and was in a lot of pain from my tooth cutting my tongue and cheek. I called 4 dentist offices in Lewiston and while nobody had an opening, they were the only ones that worked hard to help me. I could tell things were very busy, but Tiffany spoke with Dr. Sheppard and they squeezed me that afternoon. It was very impressive how empathetic they were of the situation and how hard they worked to take care of me. They were highly personal and professional and didn’t over charge me. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a dentist, this is the type of team and dentist you want.

Great experience. Wasn't an existing client but they got me in within a few days to handle a damaged tooth. Will happily use as my regular dentist.

Because of bad experiences for years I put off seeing a dentist as long as I could. Told them I really don't want to be here. Gave a quick run down of past problems , like drilling a hole through my gum. The staff and Dr. set me at ease . At the follow up I did not have white knuckles! If ya need a dentist give them a call.

My mom has been seeing Dr. Sheppard for several years. I had a recent dental emergency and went to him myself. I think everyone at his clinic as well as Dr. Sheppard are so friendly and caring. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. I plan to continue seeing him and telling everyone how great he is. Thank you so much.
