The most blatant disregard for customer service I've ever received. It took 25 minutes to make an item that has never taken more than 10. I wasn't told of a delay. The workers were unapologetic and dismissive, and continued to banter among themselves. When I finally got my food, it was made wrong and didn't include marinara sauce. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza. I got box full of hot mess. They put way too much chicken, sauce and cheese. The pizza did not cook because of all the stuff on it. Also it wasn't sliced. We also ordered meatballs and they were cold. I understand short staff, tough times, being patient, but this was clown shoes in a box at a high price. Do better Amatos.

Not sure if you’re getting your moneys worth here. Ordered a large ham and cheese sandwich and received a sandwich with literally one piece of ham on each half of the sandwich. Needless to say not very filling at all.

This Amatos was inside a Nuria gas station..I didn't get that part and drove around it several times before seeing the 6" X 2' sign.

Fantastic Italians. I like how you can substitute a veggie for say, extra pickles! Very easy to order via touch screen. The staff were cool and make excellent food, especially at a gas station!

Sandwich was made ok, but the roll was really dry. Which to me spoils the taste and experience. Sad, waste of the money. ( Small ham Italian)

The food is wonderful BUT the new self service kiosk is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Even the employees are having problems!!!! FORGET ordering anything specialty. AMATOS GET RID OF THIS!!!

Have always had great experiences at this location. Most recent, I called to see what time they closed and they were in 5 mins but she still offered to take the order. Food turned out great, haven’t been disappointed yet in all the times I’ve been. Love Amato’s and their great food, auburn location is great as well.
