It looked like a good choice for the price, but when I got to my room, there was blood on my bed I mean -no kidding!! The front desk person had to come and change everything out. When I finally got to sleep after showering, the fire alarm went off, we evacuated, fire department came and assessed it was my room from the shower steam :0. I was not allowed back. They said they were sold out of other rooms and then they finally found one for me to move to. There was loud music at a nearby bar/dance place til 1:30. The front desk night person at was extremely nice, but the one in the morning was extremely rude / after all I had been through!! Breakfast was not well attended to and most the stuff was out when I got there. I would NEVER stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Some items are dated but it's wayyyyy better than being homeless. They provide everything a person NEEDS. If the skirt on the bed isn't fancy, don't leave a review saying the hotel is awful!! So many ungrateful people. If you want a 3 or 4 star hotel, go stay at the Hampton! Pay the extra money so that others can appreciate BASIC NEEDS in this truly clean hotel. Vending machines work, they also accept debit or credit at the vending machines which is handy due to today's techno life. The elevator was recently polished, which showed me that they are trying to keep things clean. I had like 4 garbage bins in my room haha. Was super relaxing though. Bed was hard for me but I'd much rather have that bed right now than sleeping in my car!! I didn't see their breakfast because I needed lots of sleep. Also, if people gripe about any noise, they need to not gripe and be grateful that you even have the money for a PRIVATE SPACE, A PLACE TO SLEEP, CLEAN BEDDING, SEVERAL CONVENIENT AMENITIES. One guest reviewed there was a chunk of food stuck to the wall. Really?? Darn, the hotel is now awful because housekeeping overlooked FOOD STUCK ON THE WALL. Usually housekeeping cleans and sanitizes all common areas. What happened to grateful humans??? I must be in the 2% of them lol. This hotel is very nice for just under $100 a night! It's WAY better than the Fairbridge Inn on main street as well as Super 8. It also BEATS Motel 6 by far!!!! Bed, check. Bathroom, check. Curtains for privacy, check. Air-conditioning working, check. Fresh linen that is OBVIOUSLY cleaned, check. And no, I didn't happened to have just 1 good experience at Inn America. Ive stayed there several times and each time got better. Fluffy towels??? Check!!!!! No mold, check. No obvious filth, check. Those housekeepers, often the manager, is definitely exhausted and would like to see a good review of appreciation. They work hard to keep everything going as smooth as it does. Even checking in and out was smooth, friendly and satisfactory because they care about their guests and the experience every guest has. It's not quite a 5 star hotel and I'm sure they know that but it's worth being a 3 or 4 star. Not a huge brand but definitely a nice hotel!!! Stayed there a few weeks ago. End of June I believe. Had an amazing experience and appreciated everything about this hotel. And I'm a very picky person. I just know how to appreciate things in life much better than other people who are born and used to being catered to. On what planet did you come from where this hotel is expected to be a damn royal castle??? Damn. It's clean, friendly staff, it's stocked, they've got the pool up and running very nice and that new gazebo with nice patio furniture!! And PET FRIENDLY!!! I didn't bring my little dog but he woulda been welcomed and loved I'm sure. Good place to sleep, bathe and relax. Oh yeah, free wifi and it's not bad either. Not bad flat screen, TVs. User friendly remotes. ...etc etc. How on earth can people be so nicpicky about this hotel ?? The other places, usually the small motels around town are also trying to accommodate. Dated and not brand new paint but they're clean. Hardly anything that looks, feels or smells dirty at this particular hotel. Im definitely going to return again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here after a concert, and when we walked in our room it had the most disgusting smell, we were like what the heck….I went into to use the bathroom and when I picked up the toilet seat, there was poop and toilet paper in there! And it wasn’t from us!!! I then walked out and my boyfriend was looking for cups that are normally by the coffee pot, there were none, so he was searching through the cupboards and when he opened the fridge, there was food in it! Not from us! He then looks at the sink and says “did you open this bar of soap?” I did not…a used bar of soap! And then I look at the garbage, and it’s heaping full, and dirty wash cloths by it! I have stayed there before and it was never that bad. I called down to the front office and the gal was very sweet and very apologetic, but said she couldn’t put us in another room because they were full, we ended up just going home.

I really enjoyed staying here. The only reason I knocked off a star was the checkout time. I've got business in the afternoon. Check out is 10 am. Better if it was 11 am. Not everyone is up at 6 am and out the door. I'm disabled and sincerely appreciated the elevator.

Only stayed one night as very unpleasant place. Very untidy. The bed sheets appeared clean but bed not made correctly. Drapes in room falling down. Nothing left for breakfast at 9:15. Not even plastic utensils supplied if there was something to eat. The charges did not equate to quality.

This place needs an overhaul. When we arrived the man at the front desk was high on something because he couldn't find our reservation. He had to ask me multiple times what my name was. Once he found me he booked us in a room that already had guest in it. He assured us they already checked out but they in fact did not. Then when we finally get the right room, the keys did not work. He activated them for the wrong room. In the room, we found jack in the box wrappers by the bed so definitely not cleaned correctly. The bathroom didn't lock so they had this contraption on the outside of the door. Instead of locking from the inside it locked on the outside. Our son could not get out of the bathroom because of this. Breakfast was okay. Some staff were helpful but really outdated.

Everything was very clean and well maintained, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The only down side was that it was clear upon entering the room that we were in a previous smoking room that had been poorly cleaned before repainting. Everything had a faint odor of old smoke, not like someone had smoked recently. There was also evidence of the old nicotine walls bleeding through. By the second day I had a headache waking up and my asthma was acting up. I will probably stay there again when visiting the area, but I will specify NOT a previous smoking room.

This might be a linger review, so stick with me. 1. We reserved a King room online for our two night stay. Not only did we NOT get the room we reserved, we were told that they had just seen the reservation the day before we arrived, although we made the reservation almost 3 weeks in advance. So when I asked if they could get us the room I paid for, they said they didn't have any kings rooms. So now here we are, stuck with a double "queen" room(if you can even call them queen size beds). I'll get into this a little more later. 2. The door wasn't even securely closed. The latch was flipped for who knows why. But, who else was in our room after it had been cleaned? Why wasn't the door securely closed? All the other rooms were. Anyways.... 3. The sheets werent clean. Not going to get into details, but let's just say they needed to be thrown in the dumpster and not on the bed in which we were expected to sleep. Also the shower/tub was NOT clean. Hair and dust buildup on top edge/lip. 4. When I expressed my frustration with the reservation mishap, the receptionist offered to refund partial amount for the room, in which i agreed. They cut our bill down to be a total of $175 for two nights. Okay fine, no big deal. So I was charged 175. I wake up the morning of check out day, I have another charge for over $50 from them. Later that day, another charge over $100 pops up. Next day, another $50+ charge. After several calls to the hotel and their property audit supervisor perosn(whoever they are) they assure me they are preauthorizations that will go away. 3 of these random charges did indeed go away, but one of the $50+ charges didn't. But, why did they show up in the first place? I had already paid my bill. Why were they running my card after I have paid in full? 5. I have found the manager at the property to be clueless and completely unable to assist in this issue. I have been in contact with someone from their corporate offices that is assisting to resolve this, but at this point I am not expecting to get this last $50+ charge returned to me. Be careful with this hotel. It seems like an okay place to stay, but monitor your credit cards to make sure they don't overcharge you like they did with me. And please check your sheets! Also, do not make an online reservation. Call the hotel and speak to them in person. Apparently some online bookings don't show up to them until the day before or even the day of, which means you're likely to not get the room you paid for.

Worst ever! I stayed here for one night and the night and morning Clerk were super rude. Got to my room it was filthy looks like it was just under construction with chunks of drywall mud on the floor and paint on the mirror, one of the beds had stains on the top blanket and the fire alarm was covered in plastic with zip ties. The curtains wouldnt close completely because of broken hooks had to use a pillow to hold them closed. The door to my room was open when I got there and the building seems very unsafe, there was a a man walking around the parking lot with a metal pipe.

The room was clean and a good price. What was disappointing is the total ignorance of the front desk staff the morning of the 14th. Two non-guests (ie vagrants/tweekers) were hanging out in the front lobby. One sleeping on the couch and there other wandering the property. It was very disturbing and when we approached the front staff they blew us off. We didn’t feel safe staying there and won’t again.

Stayed here a few times. Interior of the hotel is classy and extra clean. Pet friendly, very professional staff, location is fair and on the bus line.

Clean room, looks newly remodeled. I really like the hard/linoleum floor. Bed is soft and has a mattress protector. Looks clean. They allow pets. Prices are great. Looking forward to breakfast. Small king size bedroom, but perfect for the one night I needed.

Great hotel, the rooms were clean and good, the staff was friendly and breakfast was also really tasty. The pool was super dirty and outdoors so that makes sense. There was paper and stuff in it though so it was just kind of an Interesting thing. Overall a great hotel! Would definitely stay again.

Absolute disaster of a hotel. I was half expecting there to be the tape layout of a dead person that you see in the old crime videos upon entering my room. Not once did they bring up towels or clean the room. The management is completely inept and impossible to work with. Stay far away from this hotel.

The room were clean and the place was very quiet and relaxing. The front desk person who works the night shift was friendly and helpful made the place even better place to stay. I think her name started with an E a very unique name thanks

This place has an awesome family style of room that I loved, and the service was amazing. Continental breakfast was nice. The hotel was clean. I'd only use this hotel if I didn't have any other choices and if it was an emergency. It was close to the softball fields we needed to be at.

This was the 4th or 5th time I stayed here. In the past it was fine. This time was horrible. First of all the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. It felt like there were metal bars just below the mattress. The dust covers around the bed were stained and gross. The curtains wouldn't close because they were so damaged. On top of all that, it sounded like a bowling alley above us. No idea what it possibly could've been. We asked about it when we checked out and nobody had a clue.

The hotel is very convenient to access the whole area. The rates were reasonable and fairly comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast, which was provided with the lodging and gave a nice variety to choose according to our taste and desire. Carts are available to use to transport the luggage to and from the vehicle.

This hotel is terrible! Our sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Told the house keeping staff but no maintenance guy ever came. I had to fix it myself, with no tools I then took the plumbing apart and stuck my finger up into the pipe and pulled out the most disgusting hairball smelled so bad I almost threw up! Don't stay at "Inn America" in Lewiston Idaho. It's over priced and zero customer service.

Last Wednesday we stayed at the Fairbridge hotel, due to a hospital visit. It wasn't vacuumed and the toilet paper roll was used so not a great experience. Last night we stayed at the Inn of America. Upon checking in I mentioned to the front desk person that hotel experience and she said "well I hope we do better". I walked into a room that was 58 degrees. I quickly went to turn it off but everything seemed clean. I left for the hospital to return later that evening. After returning I entered the bathroom and found out that the toilet handle was missing the inside circle nut that keeps the handle on the toilet. We immediately went down to the front desk and to tell them. The front desk person said "we don't have any maintenance people here now. I can't move you to another room." We said "the toilet handle is broken, we're afraid to flush it". She replied "it still flushes right, so it's not broken." Each time we flushed it we had to take off the toilet tank cover and hold down the hole cover so it would fill up again, pretty gross. No mention of discount or anything after paying $116 for one night. She didn't even bother to write the room number down. How could housekeeping not know about it, they clean the toilet right?? The next morning I mentioned it to the front desk person and they seemed shocked and knew nothing about what was requested the night before.

The front desk lady, Gail was so pleasant! Very attentive to our needs and provided excellent customer service. Clean rooms, and friendly housekeeping. Will stay there again!

It's ok. There's not a garbage can in the room and breakfast was decent if you get there before 7AM because everything was gone by 715 and breakfast was supposed to be served until 9. We told the front desk but nothing was refilled even by 830.

The staff are friendly and kind. The manager went above and beyond everything that was expected of her to ensure we had a good interaction with them. She took extra care and was very patient with us while we changed reservations.

The front counter lady at night was friendly, but the morning front counter lady stared and did not greet us at all and looked at us as if she had no clue what we were doing there. Our room was not cleaned prior to check in. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, the sink was still dirty, dust was visible on the bedside table, and the toilet was stained. We checked out very early in the morning because we could not stay there another minute.

Room was very outdated. TV was super little. The heater made loud noises. You can hear street noise very loud all night. Next morning get up and in the bathroom there was no big towels to shower. There were 2 hand towels and 2 washrags. Very disappointed and it was our anniversary.
