9/25/2021 (5 Stars) Our first time here, as we were traveling through town (we live 4 hours away). The food was very good, as usual from this brand. Today, while eating lunch inside the store, all the staff members were exceedingly fun and entertaining to be around. Ive never experienced such a fun atmosphere at this brand before. Will return if ever this way again.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only customers inside. The atmosphere was very industrial: cold, metallic, lots of echoes. Our service was good and our food was a quickly made. It was an okay place for a quick bite in-between running errands. Our meals were good. We both got the #8 as a normal meal, James' as an unwich (lettuce wrap), no cheese. The restaurant could have been cleaner. We're not sure when we will be coming back.

Okay so tonight’s staff just awful we ordered no veggies all on our sandwiches and got veggies got home to find it I can’t have tomatoes or lettuce so I wasn’t happy. Normally I say no veggies and I get it. But seriously even on online orders be polite read the order some people can’t have veggies and for multiple reasons. So please teach your staff to read because I won’t drive 15 mins back to deal with incorrect food I wasted 40$ on food tonight that I can’t eat. And for reference date is 6-14-23 so you can talk to who ever your sandwich makers are tonight because like I said normally I don’t get this mishap just tonight. Otherwise it would be a five star. So I’m saying Is tonight’s staff is a one star other staff is 5

Ordered a #7 spicy Italian on wheat ended up with no meat or cheese whent back they did remake it but my lunch was over no time to eat. Will not be back!

Deli or plain sandwich options are limited in this area. JJ's is decent and far better than what Subway tries to pass off

My boyfriend and I will never eat there again. They did not get our order right and they wanted us to come back so they could remake it. No not happening and it took like 30 minutes of the drive-thru. Never again

First time and definitely the last time. Ordered 3 subs and a wrap combos between myself and 3 kids for a total of $70! We've gone to the Jimmy John's in north spokane quite a few times and the sandwiches were always full and great tasting. This branch however is the opposite. After ordering, the store called me back to tell me that they ran out of lettuce....OK, so send someone to the store and get a head of lettuce or two and chop them up...their solution was to throw in some cookies. The pictures are of my Cubano that was minimal onnits ingredients and tasted like a salt block. The other picture is my 8 year olds. Anyway, this store is a perfect example of prices going up and quality going down.

For the price you charge a Napkin should be an automatic given. Nobody should have to ask for a Napkin. Do better.

Jimmy John's is relatively a new store about 3 or 4 years old it is clean well stocked paperwork friendly but not real knowledgeable about their product food was good and I would go back

Freaky Fast is bull at this location. Walk in and staffs says it's a 15 to 20 min wait....2 people in line and 4 in the drive through. I love jj but never again here.

The wife and I love Jimmy Johns normally! However we order a Turkey Tom tonight and got almost no turkey on our sandwich.... Less then impressed for a $15 sandwich.

The dining room here has been closed for over 2 years...at least every time I go. This time because they are short staffed. Who wants to order a messy sandwich and eat it in your hot car. I like Jimmy Johns and I keep thinking it will get better but between order problems, stuff out of stock and not able to eat inside I think I am done. To their credit the staff is friendly and tries to soften the dissatisfaction

This is the worst jimmy John's in the United States. Been here 3 times now for a sandwich and they have no bread, only option is a unwich or nothing. How is it possible to not have any wheat bread or sandwich bread. The owner has a bunch of kids working with zero customer service skills. We went across street and got dinner at McDonald's. We watch 9 cars pull up to order and left without food. How does a business pay 5 kids 15.00 hour with zero revenue in the last hour. Two were sitting in chairs must have been supervisors, while other 3 cleaned for last hour. Sounds like ownership needs to be a bit more evolved or send in some secret shoppers to expose the laziness.

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. They made 5 other sandwiches for people after us before we got ours. They gave our order to someone at the window while we sat and waited for 30 minutes. Had to go up and ask for them to make us our food. Just to wait another 10 minutes. Didn’t offer a free drink or chips or anything barely said sorry. Don’t go here

Literally the best sandwiches in town but don't order delivery. Takes HOURS sometimes, and then your sandwiches are soggy and they didn't include the mustard packets. You're better off ordering for pick up.

Wow! Not freaky fast at all. Stopped for a quick sandwich before our kids basketball game. Still can’t go into lobby so went through drive thru. Sat for 5 minutes or so to order then sat 20-25 minutes for 3 sandwiches and barely made it to our son’s game. No one else in front of us by the way.

Waited an inordinately long time for the most pathetic looking sandwiches I've ever seen outside of a gas station. The order was technically correct, but there wasn't much toppings (I ordered a regular #4). Loads of mayo, and little else. Turkey doesn't look too great either, tbh. I've been to other Jimmy John's, so this was a disappointment.

I’ve traveled all around the country and JJ’s has been pretty consistent- except this location. Three times I’ve ordered, three times they messed up my sandwiches. The first time was a big deal because it was an allergy issue. This time, we had to throw 3/4 of our meal away since the sandwiches were wrong & the chips were stale. The crew is very kind and I appreciate that (which is why I gave an extra star), but a little carefulness would go a long way. I don’t like wasting money and having to check everything before leaving the store.
