Used to love this place. Really gone down hill since the new round of waitresses/bartenders. We just spent 15 minutes sitting there without anyone even noticing us AT the bar. Left to find food elsewhere. I hope they get their act together. This is the second poor experience we have had here recently and we were pretty constant patrons. So sad.

It can get a little loud at times, but the food and the bar tenders make this experience great! The girls there know what they're doing and are so friendly.

Friday afternoon, very busy. Only 1 waitress, who did not look like she enjoys her job. Took a long time to get a beer, was never asked if we wanted food (which we did ..but went elsewhere).

The tap room itself wasn't great kc's burgers was great and the wait staff made you felt welcome and waited you there. Wouldn't go back if it was free.

Food not as great as it used to be, but beer is cold and staff are friendly.

These bartenders are horrible and oblivious that a back room even exists. The food is fine but the service is the worst I’ve seen in my lifetime. If you are new, make sure you don’t have high expectations of service. The product is there but the service is terrible, but they do tend to their phones just fine.

I have been looking for a new place, and this one is great. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the prices. A great burger with a healthy amount of delicious fries (at a price that was better then i have found at alot of other places) Plenty of TVs with games on. With friendly staff. Even when they were busy all I had to do was ask for what I needed and they got it to me as soon as they could.

2 out of 3 visits were awesome Tuesday nights crew rude Saturday and Wednesday crew amazing Saturday had lunch after day of riding My waitress was amazing, been back twice to thank her again... Heard she's the manager! Was drink tall Coors light with heavy clam and she was on it... Nailed our food order and place was packed, she didn't have much help.... That the kind of meal/drink experience I think we all look forward to!

Walked in, music was so loud you had to scream to talk to the person across the table. Not clear if there is table service or if you have to order everything at the bar, as nobody came around and there was no signage. No visible tap list. We decided the bar atmosphere wasn't for us and left. Can't comment on the food or service since there wasn't any.

I've only been to the tap room once, subbing on a friends dart team, but it's definitely a nice place. The closest they have to hard alcohol is the crown royal drinks in cans, but their food is definitely good, and their staff is friendly. I definitely reccomend the tap room if you wanna hang out, have a cold one, eat, and have a good time.

The new bar staff is horrible since the new ownership took over. They have know clue what is going on takes way to long to get served know

Same understaffed bar as always. No since in going back. Wait 20 mintues to get noticed at the bar next to regulars. Thanks but no thanks. Plenty of other places to get service. 3 for 3 times. That's my bad. Never again.

This place is great! They hustle and take excellent care of their customers. The servers have just enough sass to keep you coming back.

This is sweet, good music good drinks nice staff. Fellow customers were polite and good company. Recommend

To expensive for what you get,lots on burger but hamburger patties were small. Was out of beer we ask for,second time that has happened. Probably won't go back

Chicken fried STEAK should be steak, not pork. I'll pay $15 for a chicken fried STEAK burger, but not for a pork cutlet!

Went to the kc's side the food was phenomenal and the beer selection was good decent price will go back and would recommend!!!
