I think it's about time I give a review to this place. I have been going to this place since I was a kid and I absolutely love the interior design of this place, it's beautiful. I love their egg flower (or egg drop) soup; it's my favorite item- I always get extra! It's never disappointing and I always get extra sauce- because it's just so yummy. Best in town if I have any say :)

This is a great Chinese food spot. The menus are big and heavy full of amazing choices!! My employee got a bowl of soup with her mama chicken dish. That bowl of soup was more like a bucket of soup (see photos). I got the #9 combo everything was great!

We really enjoy coming here! It's a great place to eat with friends and have good conversations. We love coming for lunch, as it is well lit and has an upbeat atmosphere. We absolutely recommend the pho-- it's amazing!

WOW Wow wow Susan from quality inn recommended us to eat here and at first we were dubious but omg. Best service and so friendly and helpful The food was so delicious, well presented and modified for me fir gluten free with no problems at all. The Bartender/all rounder was so quick and made super cocktails and Josh the owner got in and did everything just like his very capable staff Big meal size and the best Chinese hands down anywhere I have had Thanks guys Michelle and Stu

Best Pho I've had in a VERY long time. Absolutely amazing and phenomenal service even understaffed. I was amazed by the attentiveness of our server and the quality of her services to our table while dealing with others also. Food? 5* Service? 5* Will be eating here again.

Through the years we have visited The Mandarin Pine and enjoyed the food. However the last two times I was there in August then again September the food was lacking in flavor and texture. Very bland, nothing special. Next time I’ll just have the soup. My grandkids enjoyed it, I have a more discretionary palette. Wish I could rave about something, but alas!

Truly disappointing. The best part of the dinner was the soup. Everything else on my dish was super bland. We would have been better off at the Panda Express. For those with a palate skip this place.

This is an awesome place to eat! My brother and I have been going there for years. Their food is great! They have this cool appetizer on a little lazy Susan with a barbecue on top.

Wasn't as good as usual. Have eaten here many times and food is always good. Last time just didn't enjoy as much.

The food was hot and fresh. Everything tasted delicious and there was more food than I could eat.

great service even better food, never had a time where the food wasn't good or messed up and they make the food in about 10-15 minutes so there's not much of a wait.

Potstickers were terrible. Filling was all cabbage and carrots. Fried shrimp wasn’t cleaned properly. Had shell pieces in batter. Egg flower soup was spicy and overpowering. Sweet and sour chicken was so inconsistent on size that small were all hard and burned while the big pieces were doughy. It had been ten years since I had been in. Never going back ever

I have an issue with MSG. Our wait person was VERY helpful. She recommended dishes on their menu that would be compatible and I had NO issues afterwards. Loved it!

I'm from Southwestern Idaho but was in the area for a school trip. The service was great, the waiter was funny and patient with our other couple that took a while to show. Food was great. I will definitely go again next time I'm up that way.

My wife and I had an awful experience and would never consider returning. Where shall we begin? 1) Both our orders were way too salty! 2) The steamed rice was cold and hard; 3) Please don't use MSG - my wife's face burned up immediately on the way home and she had a headache last night and threw up her dinner. We would not recommend this restaurant as authentic Chinese cuisine - or "American-Chinese"!

Food is delicious! Serving size is very gracious, soo much food!! The atmosphere is nice and intimate while still lol being family friendly! Server was great!

Please please get your poor fish (at the front door) some hiding places like rocks and plants (fake or real). Having just sand at the bottom of the tank with absolutely nothing else makes fish very stressed and unhappy. Otherwise, your website pretty much begs patrons to order online instead of phone for takeout. That’s fine but online lists things like “MPCM” and “PFR” as sides and I didn’t know what those were so I had to phone…. Food was pretty good actually and service was too.

When my fiance went to pick it up the line was out the door in the rain, so we were pretty excited to see what the fuss was about. Overall, disappointed. My mandarin vegetables weren't mandarin, they were just buttered. Spring rolls were delicious.. My fiance, got the broccoli beef, which was pretty good, but 2 hours later he was sick.

Great food! Had appetizer & 1 entree which fed 2 people. Restaurant was really busy but waitress was great at serving all her tables (including a party of 12 with a birthday party). Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Americanized Chinese food. A bit on the sweet side. Service was very friendly & attentive. We enjoyed the atmosphere & friendly staff. Food was good but was a bit much with the sweet sauce. Really enjoyed the egg rolls & soup!

It's been over ten years since I was last there, and it was better than expected. The plates are odd shaped and gave the appearance there was not much food. I was wrong, I would have liked more sweet and sour chicken, there wasn't as much as the almond chicken. The staff was pretty friendly but almost non existent. I won't wait so long to go back! Sorry I didn't take pictures

It was okay I guess. The food was good, the lettuce I had with my garlic shrimp didn't taste fresh. The water glass the waitress gave me was dirty. The menus given were filthy. The waitress wasn't consistent with the drinks, I had to wait almost half an hour for her to check on me and then give me another drink. But the food tasted pretty good.

Definitely our favorite Chinese food in town. The food always tastes wonderful. The portions are humongous. We like that so we always have leftovers for the next day. Always need to give yourself plenty of time when you order since they are so busy. The wait can be 45 minutes to an hour.

Just passing through and found this place.. OOH MYY GOODNESS.. it is the best Chinese food I have EVER had.. and the service was amazing as well..
