Wow! Just wow. This is one of the most fun times you will have in the Niagara Falls area. This ride is something you will always remember! But be warned: you won't just get wet, you will get 100 percent, completely, soaked...so wear a bathing suit or bring a change of clothes. Going south down the lower Niagara River, towards the whirlpool, through the massive rapids, beats the heck out of any amusement park ride I've ever been on, it's that good!! Trust me, do this ride and have the time of your life! Can't wait to do it again next summer.

Absolutely a blast. They did a great job explaining about the falls and the history. The duvet was awesome. Do not go if you don't want to get wet. I mean really really wet. It was a cooler day but the water is bath water warm. I sat in front and thought they were joking about being waste deep in water but we were. It was great.

We had Sam for our guide and Alex for our captain. We were very hesitant about doing it but seriously so worth the money! Sam was great and funny and knew her stuff about the area and the categories of Rapids. It really was a great time and you do get soaked on the open boats so bring different clothes to change into. You can add on a package and they send you a video and pictures. This was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Great staff! Very helpful and informative. Captain Alex and Ella were a lot of fun. Definitely a great end to a fun vacation. Don't miss out! Plan ahead and order the photo package ahead of time too! Fun pictures and video of our adventure!

Trip Leader Luke was incredible: knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. The experience up and down the river was exhilarating for the whole family aged 11 and up. If you are a thrill seeker when you visit Niagara Falls and enjoy class 5 rapids, this is the trip for you.

Amazing experience! Anyone who likes a little bit of adventure and lots of water should do this tour. Very safe and enjoyable. They're not kidding when they say you'll be drenched!

The activities didn't seem like much at first. But it turned out to be one of the most satisfying activities in Niagara. Definitely try the jetboat ride, but only in the summer...

SO MUCH FUN and a great tour! My aunt and daughter went as well and we range in age from 73 to 25 and all enjoyed it! Great views, excellent guide and you do get wet, wear appropriate clothing!

This is so fun! Try to find a way to get it for cheaper than $75 though; as great as it is. Do not recommend bringing your phone in the boat, my charging port got clogged. I recommend you sit at the front for the most fun.

I’ve done this tour several times. First off, wear Sandals that have backs, you can lose backless shoes easily on the boat. It’s an 40+ minute tour through by the Niagara gorge and you take a few Hamilton turns and you run through the rapids around four times. Amazing, sit in the front “power rows” to get most wet, and try to get in line quickly because everyone wants to sit there. If you’ve never done anything this before I’d recommend sitting in the back two or three rows if you can. It’s not as bad and you’ll get plenty soaked. I read other reviews that a few people on here who have commented that they never got wet in the back rows, and don’t know how that’s humanly possible because I’ve ridden in the back before, and I’ve always been soaked, and like I said, further up is better if you want to get soaked. Remember, it’s the equivalent of being in a swimming pool while someone is throwing buckets of water on you. And it’s a ton of fun.

This was a blast! Ella (not Susan) was a great guide, with a sassy sense of humor and a great demeanor. Captain Paul made sure we got a great ride. Prepare to be drenched! Our only caution is, unless you want to pack really wet clothes, do this a few days before you leave the area.

Awesome experience on the mighty lower Niagara river. We all stayed dry on the fully covered boat except the brave souls in the very front who chose to get wet.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Our group elected to try out the “wet seats” in the boat and they provided two ponchos and a life jacket…..needles to say they weren’t kidding about the wet seat! Absolutely soaked through and through! Nicole was our tour guide for the trip and provided amazing information as well as making sure that we were safe as we were blasted with massive amounts of water! If I could I would do this boat ride the entire day! If you’re in Niagara Falls on the American or Canadian side, definitely check this place out it’s absolutely amazing!

This was not my first time and won't be my last but it will be my last purchasing the video! We had a great ride but they combined 2 separate ride tours onto 1 video which means you are paying to watch someone else's ride and half of your ride. NOT COOL! At the very least they should tell you that prior to purchase. As far as the ride goes, it's exhilarating and fun. Be prepared to be soaked especially the closer to the front you sit.

Excellent experience. It's a lot of fun, but if you want to do the open version, you need to know that you'll get completely wet. The workers will tell you that the ponchos will not keep you from getting wet, and they're right. They have inside/covered tours so you don't have to get wet. Either way, it's a lot of fun, and I'll be doing it again.

It was a different experience, but I expected more. You can skip this if you are on a budgeted tour. You aren't going to miss much except the boat going to the Whirlpools and taking turns. We had kids and aged people on the boat and it was completely safe. We went on a covered boat... maybe the open one would have been fun but would get wet.

I thought it would be a fun adventurous ride. But, actually not. They charged 69 bucks and it's not at all worth. It's a closed ride n there was little to no fun. Since the ride was in niagara, i expected lot of fun in devils hole. But not at all. Skip it... that's what i suggest. Time waste, money waste.

Awesome adventure while visiting Niagara Falls. You don't get to see the falls but you get the ride of your life on the Niagara River. Make sure to bring extra clothes to change, you will get wet, soaking wet. There are lockers available at no charge and small changing rooms, the rooms don't doors, a cople of then have curtains but were in bad shape. Admin should look into fixing the changing rooms to improve service.

A must do on your trip to Niagara Falls / Buffalo NY! I've lived in Buffalo my entire life and never made it here until today, boy have I missed out! What a fun adventure and view of the rapids you couldn't get any other way. Our tour guide Nicole was very informative and energetic- I learned lots of history and cool facts about the gorge. If you choose the open air / wet tour boat, you will get absolutely drenched- so dress appropriately. I picked a warm day, and the water felt great. (There is a enclosed boat option for those not looking to get wet) I recommend getting there a minimum of 30-45 mins early to check in, get your spare clothes and valuables in one of the free lockers, and listen to the safety briefing.

One of the best pl places we have visited and Niagara. The captain of the boat Mike and the trip leader Sam were really great yeah this is one of the please, you should never miss if You Are visiting Niagara The trip was super adventurous and no matter what your gonna get wet. try to grab the first four rows of the boat and you will have a lot of fun on the trip. Don’t forget to buy the media package to capture the memories as you won’t be able to use your phone or camera

Great Place to get wet and have fun!!! Everybody is extremely friendly here. (Ella Izzy Nicole Luke Sam Zack , Front counter staff and photographers The captains Paul Mike Jordan and the others) We had season passes and highly recommend it. Captains were great. Tour guides were great with their presentations! Expect to get wet! Come dressed in pool/beach attire(no sneakers) Every time I go on, I bring a zip lock baggie along with $10 to tip and place it in the pouch in front of my seat on the boat. I encourage everyone to do this because I think most people dont bring any money with them. So make sure you plan ahead of time. They richly deserve it!

Nothing against the company; we just had an unfortunate experience. Riders are supposed to sit in bleachers and watch a safety demo first. Rather than following these directions, a large group chose to get in line so they would be first on. We ended up in the second row from the back. You still get somewhat wet, but the experience in the back is not the same as if you are sitting in the first few rows. The best part of the trip is the views up the sides if the gorge. Absolutely beautiful scenery and crystal blue water. However, we could not see or experience anything in front of us. You are not going to have the same experience (and not worth the money) if you are not sitting in the first couple of rows.
