Please please flagpole here and not at peace bridge! Peace Bridge is too crowdy, they might ask you to flagpole multiple times and wait times are much longer. There is an immigration office at this bridge right across the duty free section where you can go ask your questions and if flagpole is on for that day. Please go on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday before 10AM that should be the fastest. Don’t flagpole before 7:30am, too early you’ll mostly like have to do it again.

We were flag poling to Canada between 8-8:30am on 27 Sep. There was a male officer screening at the booth and he talked very rudely with us. He was already having a bad day I guess, but he spoiled our day too. I understand that it’s there duty to ask us certain things, but his words were really inappropriate. He said ‘I can see that you’re passports are Indian, I can kick you out right way to India’. He was going to kick me out from Canada just because I came from Manitoba to Ontario just for my work permit! Really?

Here is something that should actually be defunded. They told us we had to park and go inside for some questions. Our disabled child's name is showing on the computer as being a wanted person. On the way in, in front of all our children, they did a drug sniffing demonstration with their German Shepherd in the dark parking lot. Our whole family was afraid. After interrogating us, we were released. We now avoid cross border trips because that night is in our memory. Government gone wild.

We were moving slow across the bridge heading into US and snapped a photo of the border line plaque. Good views! Returning back to Canada, there are dumb-dumb cars that go into the truck lane, which causes a bottleneck over the bridge and delays our truckers, better control and signage is needed! Took about 45mins each way crossing.

Much faster than the Rainbow Bridge! Our tour guide recommended it! Would not have had time to visit Canada if it wasn’t for this!! Thanks again!!

Bunch of laziest working at night, and only 2 lanes open , very slow always! They don't seem to care if you are tire

As bridges go, I have no complaints. I mean it has a pretty view and it serves as a nice bridge between our two countries. I like that it's fairly level, no wicked high arch like some bridges. While there are many choices for boarder crossing bridges, this is definitely at the top of my list.

No nexus lanes on Canadian side even with a line up all the way at the start of the bridge in the middle of the day

Always slow , even on week days. US side never has enough lanes open to handle even minimal traffic so line ups can be very long and slow. No Nexus line either.

Lewiston Bridge is easy to get to. Depending on the time you arrive it can be busy, but mostly the lines go quickly. I have had some of the nicest Agents and some of the rudest ( think they hate their job). However getting across is always a relief.

Going back to The States from Ontario, The officer is so nice and engaging with my son when he had a couple questions for him. The process is also quick!

One of the least busiest bridges to cross border on both US and canada sides compare to Peace and Rainbow bridge

I like this crossing to USA, it’s very hit or miss depending on the officer you get to let you cross but overall positive experience and prefer this over Niagara crossing experiencing both. (Usually less traffic and a has a good spot for a break before u wanna cross)

Really scenic bridge and is a little faster than the other bridges but most lanes sometimes are closed. Border patrol is really nice.

Probably the quickest border crossing and the most out of the way if you are going to NFalls. Good for Toronto.

Don't go in the far left lane, it goes at about one-tenth the speed of all the others. I've been stuck here for over an hour just watching ALLLLLL the other cars go by and losing my mind.

As good as it gets I guess. Sometimes busy, sometimes great.

Amazing team of people working there. Crossing a country border was as smooth as crossing a small signal.

Always pleased to pass thru this bridge. It has both regular and Nexus lanes which facilitates all. Time to get thru is short and hardly had any delays.

Usually fast lines and solid border personnel going both ways. Far better than going at rainbow bridge.

Not too many traffics during weekdays, 5 mins in immigration only for 3 passengers, so is fast.

It's a fantastic bridge that crosses the Niagara River. It hasn't collapsed recently. Can't get much better, right?

The best crossing for us to use. Would be nice if they opened the Nexus lanes again.

When we passed through this bridge it has been busy as usual as people going shopping across the border and visiting the Fatima Shrine in Lewiston.

Always a great place to cross. Very knowledgeable guards and ask alot of questions that I don't mind being asked cause it's our country to protect. Great work men and ladies.

It’s a border crossing bridge, how good could it be? Due to lingering pandemic, it wasn’t busy for cars and the websites reporting delays were convenient, but that’s the only reasons for an extra star. Perpetually under construction (or something that resembles it, can’t tell) in both directions. Super confusing cones, directions, markings. Burly self-important customs agents on both sides. The guy collecting US-to-Canada toll was nice for the 2 second interaction we had. It’s an (apparently) necessary evil, that’s the best you can say about it.
