The receptionist and nurse were very nice, but Dr Koppell was highly dismissive of my symptoms and only reached out to me about them when I messaged my primary care provider on mychart because I was concerned. He barely spoke to me for more than 5 minutes, prescribed me eardrops when my ear was too swollen to get them in, and gave me antibiotics for a middle ear infection when I had a very obvious ear canal infection that multiple doctors later agreed needed completely different antibiotics. As a result, I was out of commission with an ear infection that was just not getting better a week before finals. I am never going to come back to this clinic, not because of a simple mistake, but because I was dismissed, ignored, and rushed. Please listen to your patients.

Arrived at this place at 7:25 pm. Door is already locked even sign says they take their last patient at 7:30. Nurse comes to door and initially says they just took last patient and doctor is about to leave. I told her I just called 10 minutes prior as I was walking out of the door at home. She asks me to wait a minute. Comes back a couple minutes later and says all their clocks say 7:30. I showed her my cell phone which I believe operates on atomic time and it says 7:29 even after the few minutes she spent checking with the doctor. Her response to me is that they go by their time. If that’s the case, they should post it as such. Last patient taken at 7:30 pm “our time”. Never been to this place before and never will attempt to again. If the initial service is that bad, I can only imagine how poor the care is.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Koppel’s for several years, however today was the last straw for me. I called ahead of time to see what the latest time for walking is and I was told 6:30p. I arrive at 6p to find the door locked. When I called to find out why, I was told that the time is at the discretion of the doctor. What is the point of having business hours if they are fluid AND why not tell people this when they call?

The doctor’s are wonderful and the staff is very professional and friendly! I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and I’m very satisfied! Last but not least, the entire clinic is extremely clean!!!!!!

Love the doctors and nurses here, but the admin staff is garbage. I called ahead to see if I could be seen as a walk-in or to set up an appointment. We discussed what needed to be seen for (either Omicron or a bad cold/allergies) and I was told there were no more appointments that day, but walk-in traffic was slow at that moment so I could come in. Then I get there and am told in a very condescending way that the doctor will use their discretion in doing a test since there is a shortage. Fine. Then she proceeds to check my personal information and do the COVID screening outloud! Um, strangers don't need to know my full address and phone number, but thanks for calling it out... I was too taken aback and irritated to say anything. I know they're overloaded and everyone sneezes and thinks it's COVID (guilty) but for crying out loud you'd think in the last two years you'd have a protocol set up for gathering and providing information in a way that doesn't make me feel worse than I already do (there's a reason I'm at an actual doctor and not on google). If you don't like working with sick people, or people who are worried they may be sick, I hear there'. a employee shortage

Front desk was good. But I was there waited over 2hours outside in the car. And another an hour in the room after nurse work. Until I can't wait and lost patient, the Asian doctor came and said she has to finish some paperwork for those patients who visited her before me.... Anyway, I wasn't happy there for the long time waiting. We called for an appointment and they said no need appointment. But they never tell me needs over 3hours otherwise I could go visit some doctor more faster

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this clinic and staff, but my recent visit was good in every way. The office was clean and very tidy, in contrast to many clinics that are dirty and disorganized. The physician I saw was courteous, patient, and not in any rush to get through my visit. Undoubtedly the best urgent care clinic I have ever visited. A thumbs up all the way.

So my wife wasn't a huge fan of the doctor but the staff was amazing! The doctor she saw was great, she got what she needed (on a saturday) as a PCP visit which saved a lot of money. There are bad reviews about the follow up. The follow up for my wife has been amazing. They have really gone above and beyond. Maria calls my wife every few days because the doctors office the referral was sent to has been dragging their feet on the appointment. Maria gets a star just for herself, everyone else and the office itself earned the other 4 stars. Really glad we found this place!
