The nurse practitioners and medical assistants are very nice and caring. However the front staff can get snappy with the exception of one lady from the Dallas location who is always sweet. The other front staff may need more training on interpersonal communication and people skills. They are the first people that patients and families interact with and they set the tone for the visit.

I don't have the patience today to write the well-deserved entire novel of why you shouldn't take your child to Pediplace, due to my child writhing in pain for 24 hours now from a formula switch. If you like when urgent medical calls are not returned, even when promised multiple times you would get a return call, this is the place for you! We have had many other issues, but continued with the normal visits because it is the closest place to our home. After the last 24 hours seeing my son so miserable, I decided to take a stand and get my son the care he deserves. When asking a receptionist if they PROMISED to send all of my son's records to his new office after all of the issues we have had, I was told "I don't know, I don't handle medical records." This is just absolutely unacceptable.

Yesterday was our first visit at Pediplace. Before we went there I was reading some reviews and there are a lot of bad ones. When we went there I didn't observe anything of that to be true. The ladies on front desk were polite and nice, and our Dr and the nurses inside as well. I liked how Mary Jane Haskew was kind, nice and careful with my daughter and was interested in all of our medication and family history. She was smiling all the time. In the end they gave my daughter notepad, coloring book and 2 books + crayons as a gift. It was very nice! They have baskets near the check out, so we took a cute handmade kitten from there as well. I am very satisfied!

Love love loveeeee Dr. Stephanie! Everyone here has treated my son and myself with such kindness, as a first time mother I have felt no shame here in asking important and what sometimes feels like silly questions but they always are passionate and answer my concerns! The nurses here are great with the kids, they have always done amazing with my baby since we have been bringing him here. The wait times can be a little long but they are extremely busy and work very very hard at what they do. They also have lovely gifts for the children like books, blankets, stuffed toys. I thank you guys so much for being so caring and kind in what you do. Highly recommend Pediplace in Lewisville and Stephanie!

Such great care! Went from my daughter being a patient, to know being a volunteer and donor. Great place for uninsured kids to get great medical care.

I’ve been going here for around 20 years between all three of my daughters. I love being at a place that actually keeps staff and doesn’t run through them. The same people have been seeing my kids from birth to adults. We only have a few more years before my youngest will not be able to go here and we are sad. They have seen my kiddos grow up taking care of them throughout the years and it’s been amazing. The tears the laughs all of it. I’d recommend to everyone. Very good caring staff

We have been going here for a while now and always have a great experience. We get in quickly and the nurses are all so sweet to my kiddo. I was nervous because of the reviews the first time but don't let them scare you away! This is a wonderful facility with nurses and Drs that actually want to help and get to the root issue and not just send you home with a bunch of meds that night not even help (we've experienced that at our last Dr office).

Service is sorry. 4 of grandchildren treated here by same NP. She is rude and doesn't listen. Family history of auto-immune. My daughter was diagnosed with RA and I informed NP that my granddaughter exhibits same symptoms. Informed her it took 17 years for a dx for my daughter and I didn't want the same for my granddaughter. She finally listened and ordered test. My granddaughter was tested and her Rheumatoid Factor was positive so she was referred to Rheumatologist. No opening until August, so my granddaughter suffers in pain. From April to August is a long to wait for relief. I Had to beg the NP for something because she deals with pain, inflammation, and fatigue daily. I felt they don't care. Call and text don't get responded to. Have to call several times. I'm a nurse and work for a Medical group and I expectEd better. I was told my grandsons creatinine levels were high and he needs to drink more water. I informed them that he drinks more than average amounts of water. SO much that I was concerned but they blew that off. My other granddaughters Vitamin D level was low and I informed them that she's been taking vitamin D 3 then was told in she needs get out in the sun more. They don't care. I never treat patients that way. I n the process of looking for better. I don't suggest this place at all. I made the appointments for my grandchildren because I observed things that needed to be addressed by a doctor so when labwork showed issues they were not addressed appropriately and that's not good.

Personally, all the staff at that place are super friendly, my son's pediatrician is a sweetheart and they are very responsible with appointments. I think that as a mother we should also be attentive to our children's appointments because it is our responsibility.
