We really enjoyed my sons 4th birthday party at the Chuck E Cheese in Lewisville. He had been asking us to have it here and we were a little apprehensive as things were still opening up from the pandemic. The experience was great from the start. I was able to book everything online which was a huge plus. I even wanted to change our party package and was easily able to do that leading up to the party. We arrived early to setup and were quickly greeted by our assigned birthday party server who was amazing. She insisted that she set everything for us! She actually had some of their stuff in terms of decoration already out but we brought our own and she quickly swapped it all out. She communicated with all our guests as they arrived and allowed us to really enjoy our sons day! He had a blast with all his friends and loved the ticket blaster! Great 5 star experience!

Great for kids!! Clean and well kept location with clean restrooms. Lots of games to choose from for young teens down unless you are a kid at heart then there is room for you as well. Pizza is pretty good and the drink selections has expanded! Salad bar is on point!! Good, fresh, clean, and fully stocked with a variety of flavors. Keep it up Chuck! This location has games, rides for smaller children and a tube maze. We just joined my niece for her 5th b-day and the host was catering to our needs and asking if we needed more! You just don't find that kind of service anymore. We had a great time. We got unlimited game play for 2 hours which was plenty of time for the kids and grown ups to play.

This is an awesome Chuck E Cheese's location, even though it's one of the smallest locations in existence. It's got a great Studio C Beta/Cappa Mix show that's in wonderful condition. The tables are multicolored, I haven't seen that at any other location it's very cool. There's also a very elaborate Sky Tubes system. I had a great experience and I recommend you visit this location as well.

We went to the Lewisville Chuck E. Cheese for my son’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Pam was our birthday host for the party and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was excellent! It was a great time for the kids and she made it an easy and entertaining time for the adults as well. All the recommendations for Pam. The facility was also very clean and easy for the kids to play all the things that they wanted. Only not 100% thing was there was a long line for the prizes at the end, but even that wasn’t bad. I have nothing but good things to say.

I went to a birthday party at this location and Pam was the birthday part host. She was so friendly and wonderful!!! Pam did an outstanding job with the guest and the birthday boy! Pam went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of! Pam was very profesional, kind and so polite! It was a wonderful experience! The bathrooms were amazing! I have a one year old and I always have to use the diaper changing station, I was so happy to see the paper covers at the diaper changing station! It was the first time I’ve ever seen them fully stocked! I was very impressed and overall I can tell they take good care of this location! Very clean, friendly staff and wonderful experience.

Pizza was good. My kids had a good time. The only thing that stood out in a negative manner were the employees. No smiles. Bad vibes. They didn't want to be there... Wouldn't even acknowledge you were standing in line to order.

Had my buddy daughters birthday parties here and they seemed to have a great time. Wasn't crowded and basically no wait on games or entertainment.

Nice place to take younger children to explore and play games. This location is smaller than the others I've visited, but it is definitely the cleanest! We went on a weeknight and both my 8 year old and 4 year old had a blast playing without the chaos and noise of a larger crowd we may come across on a weekend. I would definitely come again with my kiddos.
