    I ordered & my chicken was literally raw. Called to speak to the manager to let him know he said “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do about that”.

    The prime rib half bird was awesome, as well as a bowl my wife had. Brownie was great too. Staff was very helpful as this was our first time to eat here. Great food and great service is hard to beat. Pretty interesting interior decor as well, they also have outdoor seating but was too cold for that today.

    I feel one star is too much credit tbh but there isn’t an option for zero. I was not going to make this public however the phone number online is not a freebirds number and when I tried to submit my review via the freebirds website the submit button would not work. Go figure. So here’s my review. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at the Lewisville Texas location. We’ve been going here for years. It took us almost 30 minutes just to order a burrito and a burrito bowl. Food was cold by the time we were done. Had to wait 15 minutes for queso. Staff was not friendly and seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than the customer. Didn’t ask us for our phone number so I would like to submit my receipt and have my rewards used. Did not offer us our receipt we had to have the cashier print it after the fact at which she gave us an annoyed look and only told us to have a good day after we told her that. I didn’t see one smile at either me or my husband our entire experience. We got our food to go so we could go home and heat it up. Picture of receipt as proof of purchase with date and time.

    I’ve never ate here before so decided to stop by. I walked in and checked out the menu. I asked the lady behind the counter what size burrito the person in front of me was getting? She said that was the monster size. So I said “great I’ll take that”. So she “Paige” said if I would like to sample any of the ingredients first I could. I thought that was nice! So I decided to get a monster size with cayenne flavored tortilla and steak and black beans and all the fixings. She put together a great tasting burrito 🌯. Very nice and helpful she was. Great first impression of the place. Burrito tasted great and I’ll definitely will be back again for another burrito! 👍🏻😊

    There was three people in front of us in line and it took 15 minutes for us to order. There was only 4 people trying to run the whole operation during prime dinner hours, which was not enough. When we ordered, the only thing the staff did was try and upsell us on products. 5 attempts in a row on one order with no warnings about extra cost or offering any other items. It felt deceptive and I felt like I was fighting them the whole time to not have a $20 burrito. The food was just fine. It’s obvious management prioritizes low costs and profits over providing a good service.

    Not worth the price or hype. They advertise showing these huge burritos. Went there and they skimp on the rice and meat.On top of that $2 for a tablespoon of Queso. What a rip off!! Will not be back. Spent more than $45. Could have got the same at Taco Bell for half the price! Update 7/11 - Its been more than 3 weeks since I sent an email to the below email and no response. Just a waste of time.

    I was delighted by the vibrant atmosphere and the delicious offerings at this taco joint.     Food: Nothing was fresh. Everything look stale or old. We had the veggie bowl only. Maybe the non-veggie options are better but, I highly doubt it. I could have sworn freebies were better than this however, I hadn’t been there in a while. I won’t be back… Atmosphere: was okay Service: Service was good Price: horrible. We shared a small bowl and it was $15. Over priced food and was very underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location.

    I ordered online for pickup. no complaints about readiness & packing. but food was ice cold. we ordered 2 monster vegan & vegetarian bowl, 3 veggie taco with creamy jalapeno... the sauce was super spicy & burnt us....and spilled too much inside the taco & literally soggy unable to eat.. .. not that great !!

    I had given this place 4 stars before but after tonight I am done I really liked this place but tonight I got a monster burrito she scraped the bottom of the empty chicken pan as she told the other worker that the queso was not plugged up and I was going to get steak and get my son chicken but I got chicken because the steak was raw and I decided against getting my son anything and I really wish I had decided not to get anything either but I didn't want to be rude but anyway I don't know if it was the time of day and this shift didn't care but it turn me off from this location I have been during the day and the food was great but tonight just really turned me off rice was dry beans weren't good I just ate the top part because I couldn't even choke down the beans and rice even after adding salsa to it when I got home

    Probably the best location I’ve been to. The manager Shannon is really great and very professional. She was training some new people so speed of service was a little slow but waiting for a free birds burrito in my opinion is always worth it. The restaurant is always very clean and the workers are always very nice. I highly recommend eating here.

    Half decent burritos at times, consistently awesome staff, but why is it always freezing? You can tell right away by the condensation on the front windows. The AC is turned down so low even the food comes out cold. The ice dispenser at the fountain also badly needs a clean.

    We have been 1 time before and had a great experience, this time we used the restrooms and the women's had no refill of toilet paper, the soap dispenser didn't work and no paper towels. Ok I figure it was after lunch whatever. We order my fiance asks for the biggest burrito they only have a menu that says a few doesn't say sizes etc. And I didn't know what I wanted so I was like how about that tortilla (low carb) size I wasn't sure or knew what to get so I said the freebird cause the worker said "monster or freebird". I get to the meat and I'm looking I guess 3 options wasn't told what all they were again we've never been but 1 time and we mentioned that. The guy making my burrito goes "steak". I was like yeah sure! No problem then when we pay we have a different guy ringing us up, super friendly. Didn't catch his name shorter, red hair and glasses, my we pay my finance goes "is this the biggest size?" He said "no we have a super monster" we were hungry so whatever but my fiance again had told the one making the burritos "biggest size you have" kinda disappointed but we ate and left. I'll give them another shot I'm sure, but come on. I felt bad for the guy ringing us up when we left he was doing both jobs the counter and register.

    This is our most visited location, it is rare that our experience is ever less than exceptional. The handful of times that we have received poor quality food is when we have had our order delivered through DoorDash but ordered on the Freebirds website. Our food is either missing many items or is delivered as if it was shaken vigorously. That being said, anytime I have reported these issues to the store manager these items have been remade as well as refunded. Thank you Ryan for helping us solve our issue this afternoon! 10/10 customer service!

    Every time I come to this location the rice or beans or something that isn’t supposed to be hard always is. It’s kind of nasty constantly biting into a burrito and it’s crunchy!! I won’t keep wasting my money!

    Ordered with their app. Arrived one minute before the promised time. Place was almost empty: one customer being helped at the cash register by one employee. Turned out there were more employees in the back, but apparently none of them considered it important to keep an eye on incoming orders. Mine hadn't even been retrieved from their system until they asked me what I wanted... Ten minutes later I left with my order. Good food, just don't rely on their time estimates. Makes me feel like a fool for having tipped them in advance through the app.

    Everyone was very friendly, it was fast, it was clean. You walk in choose what you want. They fix it as you watch like subway and you pay for it then sit and eat. It was very good and I would definitely go back. I do recommend it. It was clean and fast.

    Writing a review since Ms. Bentley caused a scene at this location while I was eating there, saying she was going to leave a bad review. Food is always great, staff is exceptional and super friendly. Ozzy is so kind and he asks how I am everytime I come eat. Kudos to the staff here for dealing with difficult and disrespectful people on a daily basis. Service workers are people too.

    I’ve been going here for a year or two and let me say this place is my favorite. Its cheaper than chipotle but is so much better taste wise and nutritionally. Unlike chipotle, these guys dont skimp on ingredients ever. The chicken is seasoned so well and tastes so good. They also have a large variety of sauces to add great personality to your burritos. 5 stars

    Had a line worker who didn't really talk and waited for you to tell her what you wanted. Even if you didn't know what ingredients was behind the line, not everyone goes to freebirds every week nor has everyone ever been to one. Line worker needs to learn how to communicate with the customer. She kind of ruined the experience after having pretty good customer service in the past from this location (first time I had her make my meal).

    This location used to be great but after my experience yesterday at dinner I'm not sure I'll be back. Freebirds sent me a text to take a survey after we ate and I gave all the details. They emailed me back today with a scripted apology letter and a month to use a 20% off coupon for another portion of their food. Food that was so bad I had to throw out, and then pay for another meal elsewhere. Both the cilantro rice and white meat chicken were almost empty. The rice was dark and crispy and the chicken was very overdone at this point. Even the corn salsa tasted bad. The staff was unorganized and didn't seem to care about the quality of the food they were serving. I may try another location in the distant future but don't plan on returning to this one.

    Food’s great but customer service wasn’t. Ordered online and when I got there and waited for a few minutes no order was at the pick up location and I was completely ignored. So I got in line and even then I was ignored until I spoke out, and apparently my order was already ready and packed but no worker could take 2 seconds to put it where it belonged, and so it wasn’t as warm as it was before. I understand it’s busy when I got there but the workers should still learn better customer service and common sense.

    First time I've have food poisoning in years. Normally really good but last 2 times its like their hot hold line is not working or set too low. The cheese does not even melt on the burrito. The first time this occured I did not buy the burrito so I just threw it away. Got another one last night same thing, this time I was poisoned and threw everything up an hour later. Don't believe they are keeping ingredients hot enough through the day, be very careful here. Both of the last two times were after 7pm so maybe the closing crew is turning off the line way early.

    Came in and staff didn't seem interested in taking my order. They kept asking someone else to do it. All the table were dirty, but when I found a spot and started eating I noticed that my rice was not cooked. Really bad experience at this location and i love Freebirds.

    I recently ordered lunch delivery from a work meeting - unfortunately DoorDash, who freebird uses as the delivery service, never delivered. The lovely people at this location did make everything right and offered me a complementary beverage while I waited. I leave a four star review because the phone number provided did not seem to get through to their location so I had to drive over to fix the issue. Hopefully doordash makes it right for their location as they're now out money.

    I have been here twice . I am a black woman and feel like they don’t wanna take my order . They will take my black boyfriend order but wouldn’t ask me personally what I wanted . The other server refused to serve us flat out would not make eye contact . I understand it’s 8:41 and y’all close at 9:30 but they litterally cleaning up and putting stuff away . Also serve sucks !!! So bad hope the food great my black boyfriend loves this place . But me as a black woman feel very unwelcomed . The lady would not even ask me what I wanted . It’s very cold so I was freezing and not a bad person. . I hate the way I was treated . Makes me hate my skin sometimes man . Whatever the food I guess okay . If u a black woman u were warned

    Our first time ever getting Freebirds, we walked in not really knowing what we were getting... However, Hudson was patient and kind in helping and guiding us through our options. Overall a 100/10 experience and we will definitely be coming back!
