feel
one
star
is
too
much
credit
tbh
but
there
isn’t
an
option
for
zero.
I
was
not
going
to
make
this
public
however
the
phone
number
online
is
not
a
freebirds
number
and
when
I
tried
to
submit
my
review
via
the
freebirds
website
the
submit
button
would
not
work.
Go
figure.
So
here’s
my
review.
This
is
the
worst
service
I’ve
ever
had
at
the
Lewisville
Texas
location.
We’ve
been
going
here
for
years.
It
took
us
almost
30
minutes
just
to
order
a
burrito
and
a
burrito
bowl.
Food
was
cold
by
the
time
we
were
done.
Had
to
wait
15
minutes
for
queso.
Staff
was
not
friendly
and
seemed
more
interested
in
talking
amongst
themselves
than
the
customer.
Didn’t
ask
us
for
our
phone
number
so
I
would
like
to
submit
my
receipt
and
have
my
rewards
used.
Did
not
offer
us
our
receipt
we
had
to
have
the
cashier
print
it
after
the
fact
at
which
she
gave
us
an
annoyed
look
and
only
told
us
to
have
a
good
day
after
we
told
her
that.
I
didn’t
see
one
smile
at
either
me
or
my
husband
our
entire
experience.
We
got
our
food
to
go
so
we
could
go
home
and
heat
it
up.
