So, I was on my way home from an appointment and spotted the sign for IceCream Taco. They are right down the road from Target on 378 on the opposite side of the road. I zipped into the parking lot, and I’m sure the driver behind me surely didn’t appreciate that. I got a beef hard shell taco with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. The beef had great flavor-a hint of bar b q and spice. It was delicious! I finished off with a waffle cone with a scoop of coconut, vanilla and chocolate chip ice cream….so good. The owner is a lovely woman. She told me to next time try her hot dogs, as she has a very special way of cooking them. I sure will!!!!

This is definitely a hidden gem. Please, support this wonderful establishment. The food is great! Atmosphere was wonderful and the owner is so very knowledgeable and inviting. Birthday party for my little precious one.

The owner is top notch. Went with family and ice cream was great. She was very nice to speak to and I can see why she won top ice cream. Decided to get chili dog before we left. WOW. It was really good,. Homemade chili. Can't wait to go back.

From the moment you walk in the door the air smells clean and the atmosphere is inviting. You are greeted with smiles and service that makes you feel a sense of familiarity. I love love love the environment that the owner Sonia is creating. Now let’s get to the reason I am also writing this post. Not only does she have some of the best ice cream flavors but the foooood!!!! I had the pleasure of trying a taco during its initial opening and the flavor of the meat was amazing!!! 1 year later I finally got my hands on a chili dog. Now I had a slaw dog as well but I ate that so fast it didn’t get a chance to be in the photo. The all beef hot dog is placed on the softest hot dog bun and topped with the sweet heat chili sauce and gives a whole new taste to a chili dog. I doubt I will ever want a chili dog made any other way. There is only one place in Lexington, SC with the best chili dogs and that is Ice Cream Taco.

My husband and I stopped by here while running errands Saturday. The customer service is AMAZING. The shop was fairly busy, and the owner made sure everyone was acknowledged and given attention when it was their turn to order. She made suggestions and gave samples to help customers pick the perfect ice cream flavors. We didn't realize that the shop actually sells tacos and chili dog. We didn't try them this time though. We will definitely be returning and bringing our kids next time!

Great chili dog and really good milkshake. Staff was great but service was a little slow. Took almost 20 minutes for 2 chilidogs and a shake, and we were only one there at the time. Chili was really great. Had a hint of sweetness that set it off.

The chili dogs were delicious and the banana pudding ice cream will have you drooling. The cherry on the top is the great customer service. The owner is nice and friendly, and Mimi is so sweet! It’s great to have a place like this close by.

The ice cream could be sub-par and I would still give this shop 5 stars just for the service! She was absolutely lovely!! But the thing is, the food is really good too!! This is probably the only straight 5 star review I've ever left and this place absolutely deserves it! Good price and seating, lovely little place. I want to go back already.

We came here on a recommendation of our neighbor… Adorable location with an exciting atmosphere! Ice cream and milkshakes absolutely on point, but the service? The 2 ladies we met tonight make this small business a 110% winner - definitely plan to come back!

We came to their neighbors to buy some appliances and stopped in because of the novelty idea of ice cream and Tacos. This was the best experience I've had in an ice cream shop. The lady working there (did not get her name but at around 2 pm on 10/4) was SO nice. She recommended two ice creams for my girlfriend and let her sample them and turned down the music when it was apparent it was hurting her. I highly recommend stopping in to at least try it, we will definitely be coming back.

Stopped here on a whim for some ice cream, turns out they had amazing food as well. Definitely the best Chilli dog I've ever had with homemade Chilli on it. Sonia was amazing and very personable. I can't wait to come back here and try some more of the food!
