I have gotten a professional massage twice now from Ziyan and both times were incredible! Not only were the massages great, but the customer service exceeds expectation. Kaeluh went above and beyond to be so helpful and kind in scheduling and assured that everything went smoothly. I recommend Ziyan to everyone interested in a wonderful experience! 🙂

I have been going to Megan at Ziyan for 5 years and have always been very happy with my color and cut. My husband and daughters go to her also now. The salon is so clean and everyone is so nice and helpful with products. I buy all of my hair products at Ziyan because they usually have a deal buy one, get one 50% off so that’s great!!

I absolutely love having my hair cut and highlighted at Ziyan Salon! The people there are amazing, and I always walk out with gorgeous hair!

Last year, my friends and I had a spa day at a really expensive and luxurious salon. This year, we decided to try somewhere more affordable, so we booked at Ziyan. There were 5 of us, and we each got a combination of facials, massage, or pedicures. The salon was able to accommodate our group very easily, and offered us the quiet room to hang out between our services. The day of our appointment, we showed up with food and drinks, and set up in the quiet room. The rest of the salon was bright and pretty and new and well-decorated, but the quiet room was really reminiscent of my friends’ parents’ basements in high school. It had a couple of couches and a table, but no windows, so it was a little dim and dreary. We still enjoyed having a place to hang out though! Our services were great- very relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt amazing after my facial with Karina and my massage with Yulia. Definitely want to come back soon! We enjoyed the robes they provided for use between services. They also had some really great discounts on products in the lobby, so I bought some dry shampoo. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

I had a great experience taking my mom to get her hair done, she got highlights and loved the result every time, I also recommend the massages and pedicures, the staff is always great with helping you schedule any spa appointments.

I have been waiting for two months to see this one stylist because my stylist left the business. I finally got a schedule appointment today showed up early. After sitting for 20 mins I was told she is running behind and there is a client in front of me been waiting. Wanted to reschedule. Problem with that I have already turned in my on call dates at UK. So I was offered another stylist. Before when April was out I took the opportunity to be seen by two other stylist. One my hair was orange another tried to fix the color suggest hair cut. So I waited for April. Now that she is gone i am going to have find another stylist. I feel Ziyan management should have foreseen a problem when the person in front had been waiting and her appointment had past. I should have gotten a call before driving all the way out there to sit and wait to be told she is still with a client and one is still waiting and told I need to reschedule. NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT RETURNING

I began going Ziyan years ago for Chrissy. When she left I kept coming there because at that time ANYONE they scheduled you with was awesome. Which is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars. But lately I'm not sure what's going on. I had an appointment for me and my 2 girls last week. I have never left a salon more disappointed in my life. I will note just for fairness - my last appointment before this time was probably the best I've had since Chrissy. How ever the consistency is scary. It seems like every other new person I try is awesome, and the other makes me not want to come back. My daughter literally left crying. She the most simple cut possible. She literally wanted her hair trimmed the least possible, with curtain bangs. Her bangs were cut in just a chunk by her cheek bones. The person that cut our hair said she wasn't "comfortable" thinning my hair the way I ALWAYS get it done there, I got the same cut that I've been getting for 10 years. A VERY basic bob cut with the ends being cut to an angle (to make it look thinner). She done the absolute opposite and takes FOREVER to style just to walk out the door because it's layered and looks super thick. I even showed her a photo of the cut I wanted. I haven't done color here for a LONG time because the last time I did get color - the guy left my head in the bowl for almost an hour to find someone to "help" him. Because my hair was ORANGE!!!! Thank God there was someone there that was able to show him how to fix it. Laying there with your head in a bowl for an hour knowing your hair is orange is scary! Not knowing if they're going to be able to fix it. Not to count the fact you go to higher end salon because you don't have time for mistakes!!! I completely get that people make mistakes, so I stayed calm and didn't say a word. But that's just not acceptable. Sadly I don't think I'll take the risk of coming back here just because you don't know if your going to get one of the best cuts of your life - or worse than you can do yourself. I didn't say anything when I left because I was not setting back in her chair!!! The only way to fix it was to go shorter . Then I'd end up with the same disaster - just shorter! And she made it very clear to me she wasn't "comfortable". And my daughter was very visibly upset. She was literally crying and wouldn't come out if the bathroom.

Due to a mix up I was scrambling trying to find somewhere to get a list minute haircut. The staff here were helpful and accommodating and got me in that day. The cut was good and everyone was friendly.

It was so nice and relaxing. The facility was clean and they didn't push too hard during the massage. Also the hydro soak was a great way to relax the muscles beforehand.

The weirdest place I have ever been. They rush you in the appointment and we even came early upon their request! This place has THE WORST massage I have ever received. The guy literally massaged 1 spot beneath my shoulder for 30 minutes (I truly wish I was joking). I’m not even sure he was a certified massage therapist with how horrible he was. I think his name was Sergy? Fair facial, although I would go to Fizz over them because it’s cheaper and they are way more informative. I will never go back and have been warning others not to set foot in this place.

I can not rave about this place enough! I love Kelsey, she has taken such great care of my blonde. She is fast and is always honest. My hair is 100x healthy since she’s taken care of it. I will be going here for EVER. 💕💕

Brandy did such an amazing job at my eye lash extensions! I was a bit nervous but she lead me through lash extension options and was thorough and honest throughout. Went in to get a gift card and this place is really nice. It looked very cozy and comfortable. There are a lot of different options you can get done, and there are many package deals. Can't wait to hear back on how great the experience is. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I recommend this place when you want to be pampered.
