Some of the best chicken tenders in Lexington, KY. If you’re looking for quick, friendly, fresh & quality food check out this location. I was hesitant about checking out this spot because of some other reviews, looks like the restaurant has turned things around. I will definitely be back! 5 STARS!

We are loving this new restaurant! We really enjoy the menu. Got to love those chicken wings. The Texas toast comes buttered on both sides. They have a huge drink selection with a self-serve fountain. The desserts are fantastic and presented in the cutest southern style; Little mason jars filled with Oreos brownies, whipped cream and pie. Are only complaint is it's definitely not speedy delivery on the food but the atmosphere is pretty relaxed to sit and wait. Follow us for more great reviews ™

They do not honor Veteran’s on Veteran’s day. I asked if they were doing anything for Veterans Day and was very curtly told no. I had a $4.00 rewards coupon for previously spending $50.00 here on previous visits and because I used that they would not even allow me to use the standard 10% vets discount. Slim Chickens I think one day per year you could honor vets.

Extremely pleased with my experience at Slim Chickens. Lots of friendly staff around holding doors, taking orders, coming table to table checking on guests. My husband and I were both pleased with our meals and the fried pickles we shared. We enjoyed all our food, but I would eat here again just for the cayenne ranch. We have frequented the Ashland location and were thrilled for Slim Chickens to come to Lexington. Overall great experience and we will be back!

Really good chicken sandwich and fries the sauce is delicious too. Probably the best chicken sandwich in all of Lexington. It's soo good I'm thinking about going back for another one 😂

Tasty chicken, moist and not dry. Variety of side options. Only a 3 on service because they had forgotten my dipping sauce when they brought food to table. Meal shown is- The Chick meal- 3 pieces chicken, side, toast, and drink.

Staff very friendly. Chicken crust is crunchy but not too crunchy. Meat is tender and juicy. Enough hot, salted fries to feed 2! Toast just right.

Another chicken place. Foods are good while they are hot, at the end the fries aren't crispy anymore. We need better ideas for restaurants in this area.
