We had been shopping for a spa for quite some time and had compared prices and features of many different options on the market. We were in Lexington one weekend and discovered the Aqua Living store. We were so impressed with the quality of the one we chose and the price was very reasonable compared to some we had seen. Michael was very helpful every step of the way and made this purchase an easy process. We are loving our new spa and all of the features.

He answered all my questions. He made buying a hot tub very easy. He even helped deliver it. The hot tub I picked is beautiful and perfect for my lifestyle.

Our hot tub was delivered in mid September. Mr. Williams personally stopped by to check on us to make sure everything was satisfactory to us. Mike is a very genuine, honest and sincere in his efforts to make sure that quality service is met. He will do whatever he can to personally follow up with his customers.....even when a warranty situation may arise. He's insistent on the customer keeping him in the loop to make sure that everything goes as timely and smoothly as possible. We are glad that we were able to meet him and would not hesitate to call upon him for any of our future needs or concerns.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the store, company, and people! From the first phone call to the last (which was post delivery) we were treated so well. That last call to Michael was over something that he didn’t even have to help us with, but he’s amazing and he really does care about his customers. They even delivered to us on a Sunday and didn’t mind that my whole family wanted to watch and ask lots of questions (we were all intrigued by that awesome trailer they haul the tubs on and how easy they made it look). They were so patient with all the questions we had and explained everything we needed to do in detail. As first time spa owners we needed all that information. We could not be more pleased with their service before, during, and after our purchase. We are definitely customers for life.
