    They got my order correct. Yay for that. The tables needed to be wiped off. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t any soap in the restroom. The Burger King is connected to a gas station. I bought antibacterial wipes because I couldn’t find any soap to buy. The gas station employee went and told the Burger King employees the soap was out. It still was not replaced. Just gross for a restaurant to be out of soap.

    If I could give this place a negative I would. The floors were sticky the orders were wrong the bathroom was the most filthy bathrooms I have ever seen, they apparently haven't been cleaned in days. Our orders where wrong. Half of the screen to order at the counter did not work I did not get a receipt printed out they were out of paper. They only had one size cups which were smalls. My wife ordered a bacon king and got a Whopper, My kids did not receive their toys in there kids meal and it costed me 50 bucks for nothing. I could have set the money on fire and felt better. It's the worst BK experience I have ever had and the three employees that were there were clueless never going there again.

    This is probably the worst Burger King location!! Seems to be only 1 person working at any given time, each of which have the worst attitudes and are unwelcoming. Food is cold and doesn't seem to be cooked fully. Both of the Coca-Cola freestyle machines do not work properly, and even if they did, most of the flavors are out. Same thing every time I've visited. Don't waste your time here!

    This is the filthiest bathroom I've seen in a long time. The sink itself was covered in filth AND had no soap. The sign said employees had to wash their hands but with what?

    They don't even give you a receipt ever, food takes forever to come out, sauces are out of the question if you ask for them, forget about getting a straw. Fries are unsalted and cold 9/10 times, food has been left out of my order several times. The entire place is absolutely gross. Like it was wiped down with grease, lets not forget to mention the staff, every time I go here the same things happen. They will not let you split payment between card and cash, the people working are extremely rude minus a select few. I love BK food to death, but Every time I go here I am just hoping for a change. Despite all these bad reviews, nothing seems to change. Does no one care about their job anymore? Anyways, if you are looking for a fast, clean, easy pick up or dine in location, this is not the place for you to go. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

    Sunday morning at about 10:20, I ordered breakfast at the drive thru. There was only one car ahead of me. I waited more than five minutes, with no activity at all. Then, a lady walked from the front of the building carrying some items, and got into the passenger seat of the car ahead of me. Apparently that car had been waiting by the window long enough for the passenger to get out, go inside and pick out some items from the 7ELEVEn, and then come get back in the vehicle that was still waiting for food at the drive-thru window! It was at that point that I bailed out, and left. There was absolutely no sense of momentum. If I hadn't left to go somewhere else, I might STILL be there in line waiting for food. Never again will I try to get food at this BK.

    Assistant Manager was extremely nice, worked quickly and was professional. If just basing it off of my interactions with him, they would have five stars. The 2 stars are because the restaurant was filthy both in the dining area and the kitchen. They were out of medium coffee cups, out of creamer, out of iced coffee mix, and my order of only 4items took forever because the other workers were like zombies shuffling around with no drive or purpose.

    Once again I gave this BK another chance. Once again disappointing service. I ordered using the app and scheduled a pick up time. Got there and waited at the counter for about two minutes (no one else was there to order) before calling out "hello". The sole employee (don't know if it was a manager or not) came from right around the corner and placed their phone down and asked for my order. I said I ordered on the app (which was up, by itself, on the order screen). Once the employee verified that was my order the employee then began to make my order, which was pre-scheduled. And of course, as usual, no receipt was offered or given. The food was good. But the service is consistently terrible. I would have put these comments on the survey instead of here. But, no receipt (as usual).
