I'm back in town for a quick visit. We had a big group of people and they did their best to accommodate. The food is as delicious as I remember. Those darn biscuits are just so good. There were no shortages of them at our tables. Drinks were constantly topped, and the food was just delicious! Service was spectacular. We literally didn't have to ask for anything. They were on top of everything.

To start with we were greeted as soon as we came through the door. The server Caleb was one of the best servers that I have had in a long time he was very intuitive on the ball with anything and everything we needed had great conversation then we got our meal and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time from Red lobster and I eat there a couple of times a year!!!! I live in South Florida where I go to the beach and eat seafood !! So thanks again for the best food and service!!!!!

It was great!!!! My husband and I ordered the Lobster Pizza (which the crust was a bit soft as if it needed a longer cook) and Dinner portion of Crab Alfredo. They were so good and filling. Thanks for a wonderful dinner Red Lobster.

A little pricey for food that isn’t crazy good. Our waiter was attentive enough. He disappeared for a bit and then came back smelling very strong of cigarettes. The childrens menu could have more diverse options and they only have two side options: sliced oranges (which were dry) or broccoli. The atmosphere of the dining area is very calm. It wasn’t very busy at all and that made our experience more enjoyable. We came here to celebrate a birthday and the birthday person received a free ice cream with caramel and chocolate drizzle.

I always love going to this place. Never once has it disappointed me on delivering a delicious meal. The food is awesome. Though, the wait is a bit much... However, I am telling you! If you do bear with waiting time, it is worth it! The waitresses and Waiters are always polite and, sometimes, fun to talk to. I'm not saying there are bad ones, no. I'm just saying they are always busy. Even Covid they are full of motion. The atmosphere, while calm, is also busy. It smells great and I alway enjoy going here. And honestly, I could get full just by eating their crab cakes? I think that's what it's called, whatever those biscuits are. Anyway, If you haven't tried it, then I highly recommend tye ultimate feast. But be warned: there is a lot of food in this dish so make sure you don't over do it.

Best seafood around. Friendly, hard working staff. Some say the prices are high, I say it's worth every penny!

I love the food here, always. Service & staff are always kind and quick to help. My only complaint with this location is that it's kind of dusty/dirty inside. Everything felt a bit sticky at the table & there was dusty on the light fixtures, shelves around the booth, etc. At one point when the AC turned on, I noticed a piece of dust flying around our heads. I just had to ignore where it was going to land. I'm not sure if this is due to a change in managers but I hope they do read this review & addresses the issue. I would hate to see this location go downhill.

Food was superb. Asked for iced tea, they didn't have it. We're in the south, it's common to get sweet tea. Was disappointed with that. Jackson was the best waiter we could ever expect.

Nice clean modern-day spot behind the Chick-Fil-A for walk-ups and gamers. I have not one thing to complain about if I had to say the reason my food was only five stars because out of the hole menu I'll probably eat two things, and one of those is lobster. As a East Coast restaurant much less in the heart of Lexington the menu screamed California Arizona type food which isn't for us carnivores. The guy beside us literally made the comment to his wife and we all started laughing cuz we overheard it that the menu is liberal lol.. and he was so right with the items on it. I mean for goodness sakes you couldn't even order a cheeseburger with fries ponder that 🙄😁

Went here last night for endless shrimp got seated at 730pm the restaurant closes at 10pm we didn’t get service until a half hour after we got seated when the manager noticed we haven’t been served yet and he took our order after that we had about 4 different servers the girl that was our server had absolutely no idea what she was doing after she brought the order of shrimp instead of asking what our next refill we wanted was she would just walk away and disappear for about fifteen to twenty minutes at a time and we had to wait for someone to come ask what we wanted as a refill then it was taking another twenty minutes for us to receive the refill while the table behind us who had a different server would order their refills on endless shrimp and it would be at their table in about five minutes the managed to get two refills before we got one we ended up leaving at about 930pm but I was nowhere close to being full I’m not complaining about the food itself because it was really good and the manager was really nice and saw what was going on and paid for our appetizer for us but the service we received from our server was absolutely ridiculous I only managed to get 4 refills in the two hours we was there I’m a huge fan of shrimp and can usually eat about thirty refills so needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the service we got compared to other guests that got the same thing we did that was near us! Our server was not wearing a name badge or I would be putting her on blast in this review but she is a heavyset blonde girl with black glasses if she is your server you should just leave unless you like horrible service she needs to be retrained or fired because it seems the restaurant business is not meant for her!

Had to deal with an incredibly rude manager after my carryout order was received incomplete. The impression that I got was I was inconvencing *them* by insisting that they fix their error and make the rest of the order. No apology was offered, and I was told, "Well what do you want to do now, come back and pick it up?" in an over-the-top sarcastic tone. The phone call finally ended with being hung up on by the manager with no acknowledgement. Happy birthday, mom!

I have never had a better dining experience anywhere. The server was amazing, they comped our appetizer simply because they asked if we liked it and we responded honestly that it wasn’t our favorite. The food was piping hot, facility was clean and every employee was welcoming. Highly recommended dining here.

The lobster bay bake was really good but it's a lot of food. The service was great but seemed like he was in a hurry. When he served us he tossed the food on the table splashing butter on both of us. The Bahama mamas are pretty good but have a really strong orange flavor so if you like that these are the way to go. Just stir before you sip. Booths are really small so good luck fitting more than 4 normal sized people in it. Overall I give this 2 out of 10 deportations for keeping seafood somewhat affordable and tasty!

Expanded menu from the last time we were there, but it seemed like higher prices. The lobster and shrimp pasta had miniscule pieces of lobster. I had to ask for a seafood fork. My order should have come with that all the time for everyone.

I usually get take out from here now and again. But I kept getting a different waiter and were always missing something in my order. The quality of food is poor most of the time too. Unless you get lucky and get the right people to take care of you. I dont get carry out here anymore. They mess the order up so badly. Also there was a fat dead fly on my shrimp. I know for a fact that they saw that fly but didn't care anyways. Oh well wont spend my money here anymore.

Usually have a good experience here but this last time was much different. We were told that there would be a 5 to 15 min wait period to be seated. We gave them a number to text us at and went out to the car. 20 minutes later we come back in to wait in the lobby. We then see couples being seated before us so we approach the desk to ask about our seating. It turns out they had forgotten about us and we waited for an hour to be seated when there were tables open. After that annoyance, we find that our waitress had no plans of making the dinner go any better. We only got checked on a couple of times when we were there for about an hour. Drinks were neglected the entire time. Took 30 minutes to get help using a printed gift card. Overall had a bad experience and had a lot of time wasted due to lack of caring.

My experiences here has always been great! The Ultimate Feast is my favorite! #1 I recently ordered takeout and my order was correct, with 2 extra biscuits and everything was delicious! Can't wait for my next visit tomorrow!

I Received the best service at this red lobster in Lexington Kentucky. I was served by Frankie who was the most polite and patient staff I have come across in any red lobster I have been. He repeatedly checked to ask if I am ok and if their is anything I needed. He surely represented Red lobster and their customer service ethics very well. He never left us to wait longer than necessary. If I can give more than 5 ⭐️, I will surely do. Thank you Franky.

Typical Red Lobster. Friendly staff and helpful. Menu diversity is standard for Red Lobster. Low calorie options are a bit challenging. Biscuits are so addictive. One note for this location - musty smell when you first walk.

This was not a good experience. From enter the restaurant, to my bathroom break, to having to wait around for 30 minutes for our server to pay attention to us. Even paying, as the machine wouldn't work and our server was no where to be found. When arriving, we were told it would be 5 minutes before getting a table, even though the place was dead. They said it's so the could clean the table and yet there was still crumbs on the table. The salt and pepper was sticky, as well. We placed our order, which actually went smoothly, so I thought it might start looking up. But when waiting for our food, I used your restroom. Which I regretted, when seeing one of the staff members exiting without washing their hands. I went to wash mine and realized, the faucet barely even worked. My food was alright, however my husband's chicken sandwish tasted like fish. Our drinks were empty for a good 30 minutes at the end of our table for the server to see and he walked past us 7 times that I counted with zero attention to our empty drinks and the fact we were done. And was gone when I tried finding him for the machine. We left the payment on the table and left. If I could give this location negative stars I would. Oh and to top it all off this was my 30th birthday dinner. I guess you caught that shrimp on the failboat red lobster!

The wait was horrendous so we sat at the bar. Big mistake husband ordered endless shrimp that was a joke. We could hardly get her to even come over let alone get an order in. No biscuits, the overall time that we were there was 3 hours too much awful

Crab legs on my husband's ultimate feast was old and cold. He ate them because he doesn't like confrontation. They need to be also made to order.

Haven't been to red lobster in years. This red lobster on nicholasville road has really gone down hill. Reminds me of an old Dennys. Doesn't seem very clean. The waiter we had was really good and very attentive. Probably be another couple years before I go back or try a different red lobster.

I went to this red lobster hoping to have a good meal. I ordered the flounder with lobster and I have scombroid food poisoning from undercooked fish. I came to this red lobster three days ago and I’m still sick. If you come here make sure your fish is cooked properly. I was very pleased with our waitress but I was very displeased with my food. I’ll probably never eat seafood again because of this.

The service and atmosphere was great but it has been a long time since I have eaten at a Red Lobster and I was a little shocked by the food. Biscuits were good but from there on it got worse. The mushrooms appetizers didn't have a good taste of crab meat. They tasted like they were just popped out of the freezer into the oven. Processed made. The shrimp fettuccine was a little on the soupy side and the shrimp in it was small and rubbery. The broiled scallops were not very tasty either. You can taste the processed making of them from something other than real scallops and to me it tasted like they were not cooked all the way. So for the food you guys get a 3 from me. Over priced processed seafood.

Went at 9pm, party of 4 waitress saw us standing at the hostess stand and said nothing. She came by again, did not say anything or seat us. Saw her stop and speak to another waitress and neither one of them came to greet or seat us. We left after 8 minutes and went to Cheesecake Factory. Much better service and food!!

Haven't been here since I was a kid. I went late afternoon for a birthday. I got crab legs and they were very good. They were not busy, only one other table I could see had people, but someone had to keep stepping in for our waitress. He was friendly but spilled my martini and just said "oops", and also had his thumb dipped in my food when he handed me my plate. Our bench was ripped and kept scratching our legs. Cheddar biscuits are still on point and amazing. Good food, okay service.

Other than it being in tucky time it was delicious does take a while but worth every minute of it 😋 😉 love it much better than the rushing and bustling of Pacific NorthWest.. and food tastes much better actually here!!! 10/10!!!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had a restaurant. They told us it was going to be a 20 min wait. Ended up taking almost a full hour, meanwhile we were staring at 5 EMPTY tables. The lobby was full of people waiting and the hostess was on her phone. We watched 2 employees walk out extremely angry, and I don't blame them. Our food took forever to get to our table and had been sitting there for awhile. I got the shrimp Alfredo and it was DRIED out and rubbery.

We hadn't been to Red Lobster in a few years, didn't disappoint! It was so good!! The food was great, the shrimp was large and perfectly cooked!!! We all enjoyed the Walts shrimp, grilled shrimp, tequila lime shrimp was tasty too. And their biscuits ❤️ Service was top notch! We won't wait so long to go back, we'll be back very soon!!!

Get a snow globe to drink and the endless shrimp deal. You probably won't regret it lol.

This is a wonderful restaurant to visit. My son and I had an great time. Our server Ashley was amazing and took excellent care of us, the food was outstanding. (My son ordered the snow crab legs, I had the choose your own with three types of shrimp.) We will certainly be back!

Enjoyed a nice Christmas dinner with a wonderful friend. Sevice was top notch, just like the food. Left very happy!!!

Food was good. I was disappointed that they were out of a lot of things. No garden salad, no bacon bits, and king crab. I might be able to understand the crab. Server was good on drinks but a little slow otherwise.

Went to diner with my best friend and my mother. Our waiter Derrick was absoulty great had a couple small issues with the food but he made everything right!! Wish all waiters could be as good as him.

Service once inside was amazing. Food was mediocre at best. My lobster tail was either overcooked or had set under a heat lamp to long as it was rubbery and not that warm. The only truly hot item on my plate was the breaded shrimp. Crab leg cluster was cold and had little to no meat, the legs were teeny tiny. If it hadn't been for our server being on top of everything and my husbands food being perfect this rating would be lower.

I have always loved Red Lobster and it has been the site of many celebrations...but the prices continue to climb into the "don't bring your family" range. During this latest visit, you just didnt see the same presentation as in the past. With many isolated tables empty, there is no excuse.

I'm not a big fan of Red Lobster but we took my grand daughter here for her birthday, she loves it. Really nice and friendly staff greeted us and took care of us throughout the visit. And we were a party of 12 to 15 folks. Waiter and waitress were awesome. Beautiful , clean place with a laid back welcoming environment. I'm not a fan ONLY because I'm not big on seafood,...other than that I would frequent this place quite often. A bit on the expensive side but everyone enjoyed there meals and all needed to go plates so portions were plentiful

absolutely ridiculous service. came in and gave my name and number and was told to wait in my car. Never got anything and after 35 minutes i decided to call and ask what was up. The hostess was extremely rude and lied and told me they don't take phone numbers. ruined parents weekend for our family and we will not be returning anytime soon.
