I had an appt with Marissa, a week ago. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Booking was SO easy with their online platform. Check in was easy. There was no wait. There were multiple parking spots open on Main Street. It was a little surprising when you walk in, Ten Fold is sort of connected, but everything was clearly marked and easy to find my way back. (I personally love these quirky old buildings!) I have a derm for my medical skin issues, but I felt the need for a more personalized, cosmetic experience. I was very apprehensive as my other NP is the only person Ive gotten Botox from, for ten years! I’ve always had good results, no touch ups needed, so I was really nervous. Marissa did a very thorough exam of my existing lines, explained options, and we made a plan that fit my needs. There was no push to spend more, but available options were all clearly explained, so I could make the best choice. When it came to injecting, it was much less painful than my other experiences, honestly - I wouldn’t even say painful at all which was nice! The best part? I always bruise. Always. (Nothing against my previous provider, I bruise if you look at me wrong.) I walked out with NO bruises. No bright red swollen forehead, no bleeding, no bruises. I was given very clear aftercare instructions, which was followed up with a nice automated message with the same steps. I was also offered a two week check in to make sure I was happy with results. I do have one tiny spot I’m questioning BUT it’s still settling and I know I’ll be welcomed back if I need a touch up.

Amazing quality service and relaxing atmosphere. Libby was extremely welcoming she was very pleasant and helpful. Marissa was extremely knowledgeable and made my first experience comfortable and confident. I will definitely return when I am back in town.

Visiting the Lexington location is such a treat as soon as you walk in the door! It’s inviting, comfortable, beautifully decorated and smells so good! Monthly microdermabrasion appointments with Tina have made a significant difference in my complexion. Thanks to Tina I now feel brave enough to leave the house without makeup! Highly recommend!

I cannot speak yet for my results, but I am very happy with my experience. By far the least painful injections I’ve ever received. And for the first time, I’ve got zero bruising. Cannot wait to see how results turn out and am very excited to go back.
