Beware of the deceiving pictures. I chose this property due to the lovely pics. The rooms are far from what they look like in the photos. The rooms did not come with a separate seating area, as depicted in the pictures. I bought cleaning supplies from Dollar Tree to clean the bathroom just because we kept seeing long pieces of hair all over the place and to sanitize it. The hotel rooms are supposedly remodeled; I can't see where other than the flooring and maybe the paint on the walls. The laundry room doesn't even look like that in the photos. It would be best if you planned on spending several quarters to get your clothes to spin correctly and then send your clothes through a couple of drying cycles to have dry clothes. I can say, though, that the laundry area was clean. We stayed at this hotel for seven days, and the hallway was never vacuumed the whole time we were there. I know that to be the case because there was a mustard packet and a bottle cap I looked at each time we left or returned to our hotel room. The stairs had food that was spilled and never mopped up, either. Don't expect your linens to be changed or your room cleaned unless you ask. And even then, you won't have your room cleaned. They only clean between guests. Once, I had asked to change my bedding, and it never was, only to find out when we returned to our room late that night with a garbage bag sitting by our door was the requested fresh bedding. There was always a problem with having towels available. What was the problem... did the towel monsters eat them? The tub in our room had jets, and we were going to use them to have my granddaughter soak her muscles from running track. When we turned on the jets, black stuff shot out of them. That was a no-go. Several families live in the hotel on the first floor. You can tell because they have chairs, grills, and dogs in front of their doors. And they hang out, and the children run amuck. The good thing I can say is the employees are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was in a great location. Several restaurants and stores are close by. We were only 30 miles outside of Greensboro. I did like that there were several places to charge devices, which helped since we had four people in the room needing to charge phones, tablets, headphones, and laptops. The bed was comfortable as well. I probably wouldn't stay again; however, it is a decent place to stay to lay your head. Also, there isn't an elevator on this property, so if you have heavy luggage, or problems going up and down stairs, you may want to rethink staying on the first floor towards the back, away from the tenants. Seems quieter there.

Had to stop driving, just couldn't go any further. The man at the front desk got me in in literally 5 minutes. Checked into my room and the lady that cleaned it is a pro! Beautiful clean spacious room. Thank you so much for all your help in my time of need. Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room was nice and large. It looked like it may have been recently remodeled. Outside of the room the hallways smelled. The AC window unit was extremely loud especially when it turned off and on. The bathroom tub was dripping all night. Lastly this may not have been the hotels fault, but the guests next door must have been partaking in recreational drugs because it was coming into our room via the bathroom. If we didn't close the bathroom door the whole room filled up with Marijuana smell even though all the rooms were supposed to be smoke free.

Nice location just off of main street that has lots of food options...hotel nestled among woods... Can hear the birds singing, very nice. Nice-looking outdoor pool in season (was closed and the February) Very long large room. Quiet. Good sleep. Disappointed when went to wash hair, there was no shampoo, there was one lotion, one conditioner, and 1/2 used bottle of conditioner. Lots of TV channels. Room clean with lots of electrical plugs. Breakfast: Bread/biscuits and gravy. Cold cereal. Waffle maker. Sausage patties. Scrambled eggs. Coffee maker was out of order. Four different juices on top were out of order (when you pressed a selection all that came out was water) When we went to check out, requiring a receipt, could not find the front desk attendant... found him napping in a dark room.

The staff is friendly. Downside was the toilet didn't work when we arrived. They fixed it within 30 min. Although the room seemed clean, it makes me wonder how thorough the cleaning staff is. It's an ok place to stay if you're on a budget. I believe they're understaffed. Perhaps that's 1 reason you get good deals there.

The staff is extra nice and the rooms are clean and have lots of room. They have a nice pool area and the free breakfast is amazing. They offer biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, grits, Belgian waffles, cereal, and apples...for the price it is a great place to stay and I would recommend it first among the hotels/motels in Lexington,NC.

The location is great, close to the interstate in a secluded area. It was amazingly quite! The biggest surprise was the hot breakfast. It was unlike most of these discount hotels where the best you can expect of a "hot breakfast" is waffles. They have scrambled eggs, sausages, mashed potatoes, cereals, juices, etc.

The woman I spoke with at the front desk, Ebony and her manager Kevin are the most friendly and have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a hotel. First time traveling with a pet and they helped me understand the fees and everything. Wonderful experience and very much recommend

I normally do not complain about businesses like this because I understand that they can be short staffed and simply trying to get by. However, this place is disgusting. It needs some good deep cleaning. Additionally, the parking lot is trashy. Parking spots are covered in debris. There is not good lighting throughout the parking lot. Do not leave anything in your car here because they do not seem like a safe motel to stay at. I had trouble finding my room, but was told confusing instructions. The signs are not very helpful on providing direction to room numbers. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere in Lexington until this place has a serious deep clean and is updated to be more accommodating.

Room was huge with 2 queen size beds, very clean and quiet. Will definitely be returning.

Floors in room filthy. Front entry to room nasty. House keeper cleaning had cigarette hanging from her mouth. No coffee at breakfast bar for two days. Couldn't get in room till 4 o'clock. Couldn't take microwave. Breakfast bar to room, but had fridge and micowave in room.

My room was filthy food on the floor toenails on the floor. I’m allergic to cigarette and smoke in general, the room was smoked out. Corrosion was in the bathroom. I didn’t bathe or shower there. I felt filthy and checked out early. I had a 2 night stay but opted to leave early to get somewhere clean. I asked to b switched and the night shift person Zack never reached out to me. The check- in was nice but check- out was very unprofessional. She looked at all pictures I took in disbelief but has not contacted me nor WYNDAM.

This place absolutely sucks. Most of the photos associated with a Google search aren't even of this location. There's no carpet in the rooms, therefore everything you do is much louder. I reserved a single king bed, it's barely a queen. The a/c barely works and is very loud. The bath tub is cracked, it's been poorly repaired with silicone that now has mold growing underneath it, and it's still leaking as there's water seeping out from underneath the tub. The room has a very unpleasant, musty odor.

They floor was filty. Everything was dusty. I could feel the dirt under my bare feet. On my last day there, which was Sunday morning, a real bad smell was coming in from the bathtub drain hole. Like potty smell. I had to open the front door to get fresh air in the room.

Awful. Awful. Awful. The entry was dark any unlike. Landscape was zero. Paint peeling on the doors. Upon going to our room. The room had a awful odor. The linens were dingy. Upon checking the bed, the mattress over had what looked like vomit on voth sides of it. There were black spots that looked like the had bedbugs at one time. We had the house keeper manager look at the room. She said she would not stay there. We got our money back and went to another hotel.

Rooms are large, 1st room smelt smoky and the attendant was quick to give a new room. It was comfortable with the softest towels I've ever had in a hotel. Pool was not open. Wrong time of year he said, although it was 80 today...

They no longer have Suites. If you are booking online through third-party sites, their pictures are incorrect about sofas being in the rooms. The general layout is the first floor has the room doors on the exterior and the second floor has interior doors. However, there is no elevator to the second floor. My stay was on the first floor and didn't notice too much noise at night from the outside. Noticed more noise from the room above us. Our room was a king-sized bed. The bed was fine. The room includes a table with two chairs plus a desk with an office chair. We ended up asking for a rollaway bed and it was great for one of our kids. The floors seemed a little dirty. I suspect that it is nearly impossible to keep it clean but I noticed one of our kid's feet was very dirty after walking barefoot in the room. Noticeable wear and tear in the room and across the property but still functional. Breakfast wasn't bad. Biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs, coffee (I don't drink but noticed their machine was labeled broken on some options), juice machine, waffles, cereal and milk, and some fruit. No other foods like yogurt or baked goods (they did have sandwich bread in the refrigerator though).

Clean rooms! Plenty of grassy area for our dogs and a nice walk around the huge building. Perfect for our one night stay on a long drive. Honestly after staying in 7+ hotels this year my biggest issue has been dirty rooms, while i wouldn’t lay on the floor here all the surfaces, bedding towels and bathroom where clean. Room entrances are out door and the rooms are very large, no couch. Breakfast was nice not a huge variety but they had a few hot options and a waffle maker. Also a large amount of fast food and restaurants near by. Will probably stay here again.

floors in room were filthy as were the walls. Bathtub higher than floor, and without a true matt, caused me to fall and twist my knee. Felt unsafe as the check-in staff almost laughed when I asked if it was safe. Exterior of my doorway looked like a ghetto so I was frightened.

The towels and linens are clean, but the room itself is not. The floor hasn't seen a mop in a long time and the tub is just nasty. I'm here for 3 nights while I try to find a home to rent. I was accommodated with a ground floor room. It is a very large room. Too bad it's dirty. It'll be cleaner when I leave than when I checked in.

Ewwww, this place is a MOTEL!!!! Reserve another place cause this motel is NOT it! Should of known it wasn't going to be decent when I pulled in and noticed these motels were outside, and not indoors like a normal hotel. Walked in the room and was greeted by a roach. Bed was tacky, no comforter just dingy white sheets. The room had a stench to it that I just couldn't bare. Needless to say, I slept in my vehicle being that we got in town so late (3am) and everywhere else was booked due to a local college game. Would highly recommend you stay somewhere else besides here!

Don't normally stay in Day's Inn's but this one was way above my expectations. Pretty basic, but clean and everything worked. No issue other than couldn't find much on TV. Outstanding breakfast for a motel, and never seen that in a Day's Inn. Staff, especially day shift, was very good. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

It was everything I and anyone can expect for the price point. If you want to complain about it's opportunities then go somewhere else. With that being said the service was friendly, the location was convenient, and the room was clean. The only complaint I can say is the king bed didn't seem to be a King but it might have been that because it had a depression in the middle making it the only usable part. Cheers!
