    John and his staff are superb. I have been training here for a little over 1 year. Throughout this period my trainer has been Tess. She has customized my training according to my need. I play squash regularly, so she has designed a program to compliment my game. My teammates have observed that my shots are stronger and my stamina has improved and am less injury prone compared to before I started this training. I intend continuing training here as long as I can and highly recommend to anybody who is considering to join it.

    I just had my workout today at One2One BodyScapes in Lexington and I just had to write a review! The staff greets me pleasantly when I walk in and that creates a positive vibe for my workout. My trainer Nick takes an active interest in how I am feeling and creates a workout that keeps me positive and accomplished throughout. I am always amazed at how he structures my workouts to exceed my expectations every time! My workouts are fun, challenging, and inspiring with just the right amount of encouragement. I leave feeling great! I highly recommend One2One BodyScapes. Absolutely professional!

    I had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner, during Lexington’s Discovery Day this past fall. My husband and I have been taking vigorous walks most days throughout the pandemic, but I had been thinking about adding a more specialized workout to that routine. I spent some time on the BodyScapes website, and it looked like it might be just the place for me. After talking with John, I was fully convinced and signed up the next day. I’ve been attending twice a week for an hour at a time for about two months now, and I have not been disappointed. The exercise space is well-designed, and the trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. I look forward to my workouts!

    I’ve been training with John for about a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training with him once a week, and really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a second day as well! John is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. I would recommend John & his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

    This is hands-down the best personal training experience I have had in my lifetime fitness journey. John (and members of the One2One Bodyscapes Personal Training family) are incredibly professional, kind, and focused on your individual training needs. I have appreciated John’s efforts over the past 4 months to get to know my desires and needs regarding fitness and nutrition during our twice per week sessions. His training style and approach have served as motivation to push me to be my best physical self and “meet me” at my current fitness level. I also appreciate his understanding of balancing fitness sessions with life and work (without shaming). I am really beginning to enjoy working out in ways that I have never before in my life. I’m certain I have John and this positive experience at One2One Bodyscapes to thank for this!

    John and the team are experts! My workouts feel physically safe, not too easy, and tailored to me - they do a great job of helping me set attainable goals and help push me to reach them. Their staff are open minded and really fun. I’ve never had a bad workout with any of them! Their COVID protocols are excellent and I feel safe in the studio. Their top priority really is helping me hit my goals, not their ideals.

    One2One BodyScapes is a warm, welcoming place to train. John and his crew have helped me become stronger and more fit. As a major fitness procrastinator it is so helpful to have a regular appointment and to have someone hold me accountable . I also love having a personalized fitness routine, especially as I was recovering from a few nagging injuries. Thanks for keeping me motivated!

    Body scapes is great! John and his staff are excellent. They teach you how to strength train correctly in a friendly, motivating environment. Scheduling sessions is easy and convenient. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and very fun to work with. Lifting weights is new to me and out of my comfort zone but the trainers are so great that I look forward to my weekly sessions.
