UPDATE:
It’s
been
2
months
since
moving
out
and
NO
DEPOSIT!!
They
had
60
days
to
return
my
deposit
and
nothing.
I
keep
calling
only
to
get
excuses
as
to
why
it
hasn’t
been
sent
and
then
told
they’ll
call
me
back
with
answers.
But
never
calls
me
back.
Will
take
to
small
claims
court,
because
$500
is
a
lot
of
money!!
And
I
left
the
place
spotless
when
moved
out.
I’m
honestly
very
surprised
by
all
the
5
star
reviews…
I
would
say
the
only
saving
grace
to
this
place
is
Jacob
that
works
in
the
office,
as
he
is
very
kind
and
patient.
However,
outside
of
that,
this
place
is
NOT
worth
the
rent
price.
I
had
to
pick
a
place
to
move
into
sight
unseen
due
to
living
in
another
state,
I
read
the
reviews
and
looked
at
the
floor
plans
and
felt
confident
with
my
choice,
I
was
also
told
by
the
employees
who
work
the
phone
line
for
Shillito
Park
TWICE
that
washer
&
dryer
units
were
included
in
the
apartment
that
Wi-Fi
was
also
included
in
the
rent
price.
So
ultimately
I
chose
this
apartment
for
those
sole
purposes..
once
I
arrived
on
move
in
day,
I
was
told
the
opposite!!
I
was
furious
as
a
washer/dryer
in
unit
was
a
requirement
to
wherever
I
moved
to,
was
told
twice
it
was
included
(also
stated
it
on
their
website,
which
has
now
been
fixed).
So
here
is
my
honest
opinion:
CONS:
I’ve
been
here
for
almost
a
month
now
and
my
experience
has
been
so-so,
parking
is
terrible,
If
you
arrive
home
after
5-6
PM,
good
luck
finding
a
parking
spot
near
your
apartment!!
Extremely
inconvenient
when
you
have
groceries
or
packages
to
pack.
Trash
location
is
a
good
5
minute
walk
from
my
apartment,
so
10
minutes
round
trip
just
to
take
out
trash
and
I
wouldn’t
do
it
at
night
as
people
randomly
walk
out
of
the
wooded
area
to
dig
in
the
trash.
They
really
should
invest
in
valet
trash
services
given
how
far
the
trash
compactor
is
for
most
of
us.
The
walls
are
not
insulated
at
all,
I
live
on
the
top
floor,
so
no
one
above
me.
Yet
I
still
hear
everything
my
neighbors
do..
I
can
hear
them
talk,
their
phone
alarm,
even
when
they
sneeze!
I
have
lived
in
a
ton
of
apartments
and
I
have
never
heard
my
neighbors
as
much
as
I
can
at
this
complex.
The
apartment
itself
looks
very
old
inside,
has
a
weird
smell
when
the
air
conditioner
is
on
(almost
like
a
molding
smell)
and
when
I
moved
in
my
apartment
was
filthy.
Toilet/tub
was
dirty,
carpet
was
dirty
(I
even
found
a
bandaid
in
the
carpet
🤢),
cabinets
were
dirty
with
food
crumbs
&
hairs.
So
I
guess
they
don’t
require
tenants
to
clean
nor
hire
cleaners
to
come
in
to
sanitize
everything
before
next
tenants
move
in.
Just
overall
very
disappointed,
if
I
had
the
chance
to
look
at
this
place
in
person,
I
would
have
not
chose
it
over
other
options.
No
fenced
in
dog
park
which
a
bummer
if
you
have
a
dog
or
plan
on
getting
one.
No
elevators,
so
expect
to
pay
extra
when
getting
large
items
delivered.
Amenities
are
nothing
special,
no
free
weights
in
the
gym,
pool
is
old
looking,
computer
room
doesn’t
have
printers.
Now
PROS:
The
location
is
great,
nearby
all
the
shopping
and
restaurants.
Also
right
next
to
a
really
nice
large
park.
Their
monthly
pet
fee
is
reasonable
if
you
have
a
pet.
Jacob
is
very
nice
that
works
at
the
leasing
office.
The
apartment
layout
is
nice,
good
size
apartments.
The
area
itself
feels
relatively
safe
and
it’s
a
quiet
location.
They
have
garages
you
can
rent
out
for
extra
$$
per
month,
but
there
is
a
waitlist
for
them.
So
if
you
can
look
past
all
the
negatives,
this
could
be
a
good
choice
for
you.
However,
I
will
look
else
where
once
my
lease
is
up.
