i went to get my double piercing about two months ago and initially loved the way they turned out. but the more earrings i try and the more i look at my ears in the mirror, it's getting harder to overlook the clear mistake that was made. overall, the girl who pierced my ears was friendly but when i told her i thought that the dot she marked on my right ear for the piercing, didn't match my left ear that she had just finished piercing, she gave me a comment about how "you can have that opinion but they match. maybe your ears just don't." and went ahead and pierced me in the spot she marked. now here i am two months later with piercings that clearly don't match. when i wear certain earrings in my first hole, they touch and overlap on my right, while my left has plenty of space. i don't know if there's anything i can do about this now, as the earring has likely been in too long for it to re-grow. it's really frustrating that i spent a lot of money to have something permanent done to my body, that was done wrong even after i tried to stop it :(

I went for the first time last night at around 6 PM the young blond headed lady who was working the counter was nothing short of extremely friendly and hospitable! I believe her name is Christina, but I’m not for sure. She was courteous and thoughtful and knowledgeable and actually made the experience fun, which is very uncommon. She even asked about my personal health situation which was obvious by a walking cane that I was using, and seemed genuinely concerned. She should absolutely be commended and congratulated. This young woman has done a tremendous service to your company!

the lady that did my second holes here had to pierce one of them twice and it felt like the gun got stuck. luckily it healed well but i would recommend going to a real piercer to do piercings.

Took my 6 and 4 year old to get their ears pierced here a little over a week ago. There was one worker and they were very busy. She was SUPER nice and professional and made sure to speak to everyone waiting. She did a great job piercing my daughter's ears as well. Wish I could remember her name!
