I’ve
been
going
to
leanfeast
for
little
under
a
year
now
to
get
quality
meal
preps.
Just
like
everyone
else
I
knew,
I
gained
a
bunch
of
weight
during
Covid
lockdown
and
hadn’t
really
found
a
good
routine
and
diet
to
help
get
the
pounds
off.
I
started
taking
things
a
bit
more
serious
when
I
finally
hit
300lbs
and
I
said
enough
was
enough.
I
wanted
to
live
a
healthier
life
and
get
back
to
my
college
ball
days.
I
always
remembered
my
coach
preaching
to
us
that
if
you
want
to
see
change,
you
gotta
stick
with
it
for
21
days
to
build
a
habit.
Another
thing
was
that
they
would
also
preach
that
you
have
to
be
disciplined
on
the
4
pillars
for
becoming
ELITE,
which
included:
diet,
exercise,
8
hours
of
sleep,
and
drinking
plenty
of
water.
With
that
in
mind,
I
told
myself
to
focus
on
the
process
because
a
solid
process
will
produce
solid
results.
In
combination
with
going
to
CrossFit
Maximus
here
in
lexington,
Ky
and
getting
meal
preps
from
leanfeast,
I’ve
been
able
to
build
a
solid
routine
and
shed
the
weight
off
as
well
as
get
below
what
my
playing
weight
was
in
college
over
the
last
6
months.
I
currently
weigh
at
267lbs,
down
over
30
lbs,
and
well
ahead
of
schedule
of
reaching
my
goal
of
245lbs!
And
I
couldn’t
recommend
lean
feast
enough
for
the
quality
meals
and
variety
of
side
options
to
make
it
where
I
don’t
get
tired
of
it.
