    Whoever manages this Dunkin needs fired and needs to hire a completely new staff. I'm from the east coast and the Dunkins in my area are wonderful. I've probably been here 50 times and 90% of the time am disappointed with my caramel iced coffee. I once asked for cream and sugar and I was greeted with a sassy response, "..That's already included". Judging by the color of my coffee this morning, it clearly isn't. Such a waste.

    the workers gave us nothing but attitude from the second we pulled through up to the drive through. We had to pull forward to wait for our food and ended up going inside to check on it, the workers laughed and pointed at us from inside and told us to wait in the car. When they brought our food out a worker interrogated us saying she had already made the sandwich and was absurdly rude to us. I love Dunkin but I will not be going back to this location ever again. I shouldn’t be interrogated when I’m just trying to get my breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous.

    i had stopped by at this location on my lunch break. i ordered a Caramel Craze Iced Latte at Drive Thru. when i got my drink i noticed it looked watery & tasted even worse, i couldn’t even taste the caramel which i believe is the whole point of the “Caramel Craze.” i would’ve been better off ordering an Iced coffee. i emailed Customer Service & they got back to me right away, they offered me a replacement drink so i stopped by & once again the drink tasted terrible. a milk & sugar drink w no type of caffeine. on top of that the staff gave off bad vibes since i first walked up to the register, not friendly at all ..

    The parking lot and inside are filthy. It's 7 a.m., so it's only going to get worse. Also, DON'T LEAVE THE FLY SWATTER ON THE FOOD PREP SURFACES!!! Please train staff how to deal with customers. Be courteous, polite, look at them...don't mumble, stare down, and fail to say thank you, or good morning...or...just have good manners.

    Went through drive through...ordered mocha latte, little on sweet side, NO FOAM. When I got my drink, I could feel that the cup was extremely light. I removed the lid and put my finger in and measured about 2 inches of foam. I put the lid back and gave my drink back and asked to have my coffee fixed. The manager came to "fix" it...placed the cup under a nozzle and pretended to push a dispenser button, replaced the lid and handed it back to me. I left...did NOT touch the cup for approximately 10 minutes to let the foam dissolve...took a picture(attached). I will NEVER revisit this store!

    I never do reviews on anything but this needed one. The absolute worst dunkin I have ever been too. The food was cold, drink order was wrong (multiple times I’ve been there), and the woman who was working the drive through window was very rude, basically the the food at me and slammed the window. Definitely need better employees at this location

    If you enjoy Frozen off the truck and thawed donuts, and front counter staff that seem to have trouble understanding the simplest of ordering instructions, then this is the place for you. Otherwise 😕 Now they let a guy sleep there in the front. He had a coffee in his hand and dozed off dropping it in the floor and I was there for 40 minutes and nobody came out and cleaned it up.

    we drove about 17 minutes to try this Dunkin. we usually go to Starbucks but DD just put out their fall drinks. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with the toppings, and received what looked like two ice coffees, no whip, no cinnamon. Okay that's fine. I taste my coffee and it tastes like plastic? I got a wake up wrap with turkey sausage and it was barley cooked. I don't usually write reviews but when I'm paying almost 7$ and everything tastes horrible, I just wasted 40 minutes, and my gas. I think I'm done going to Dunkin, every location is inconsistent and a waste of money.

    This was my fourth time ordering the cold brew w/ foam at this location. Only once have they gotten it correct. They almost always add cream & sweetener even if you tell them explicitly not to. Today took the cake I asked them to re make it (bc it was so obviously wrong) and they just made it wrong a second time.

    It can be hit or miss with this location. Sometimes, you get exactly what you order, and it tastes great, but often, there is a lack of quality control, and you get ripped off. Today, I ordered 2 chocolate creme filled donuts. I got to work and realized that although the holes for the filling were made, there was no actual filling in them. They went into the trash, unfortunately. I am very disappointed.

    First and for most I want to give a shout out to the night crew who is always working hard and always greeting me with a smile, the store is always clean when I come in. Jesse, ReeRee, and Trevor are always giving amazing service. They deserve a raise.

    Mobile ordered a 6 pack of donuts and was told they don't carry what the app let me order from that location (which may not be their fault) but the iced sprinkle donuts also didn't look as cute as the pictures and the jelly donut only had jelly in the center. It wasn't as full as I've seen in other brands. Otherwise good. Staff was nice!

    I normally love Dunkin, and I am normally a very forgiving person. Last time I ordered from here, my food was cold and I was sent the wrong donut. I ordered this morning and I never got my coffee. The Dasher said that has happened like 5 times this week and she got me a full refund. Please get it together.

    Tried to use a coupon for a medium signature latte and was told I couldn't use it even though it said any medium signature latte for $3 and when I asked for it to be fixed they had no idea what I was talking about even though I showed them the app. U knowledgeable staff of their own product. Not a happy customer will not be returning

    Girl at front counter was nice. Manager on phone the whole time. I didn't get my sandwich and had to go ask for it. Didn't even hear them call my order out just left on the counter and the cheese was ice cold.

    Terrible quality and service. Placed a mobile order and picked it up within a couple minutes of placing. Hash browns were drowned in grease and stuck together and almost black probably due to not cleaning whatever they were cooked on or in. Part of the order was missing. One of the items they were out of and replaces it with something else without even verifying if we would want that (and we didn't). Bagel also looked like they just dumped an entire block of cream cheese on it.

    Visiting my mother in Lexington, I walked to Dunkin to get her iced coffee and donuts and two store employees were extremely patient and assisting as I made my beverage and donuts choices. My mother enjoyed the flavor or both! Wishing you satisfaction during your visit there!

    I have been going here before heading into work for about a month. The staff has consistently been very friendly. I get an iced coffee every morning and it has always been delicious. If you are just going for a coffee and a doughnut 10/10, you'll have a great time! All that being said, I do not recommend ordering anything that needs to be cooked. The bread is never toasted and sometimes the sandwiches are still cold in the middle. I thought the first few sandwiches that came out this way were flukes but unfortunately I have ordered about 5 different sandwiches at this location and the results have been the same every time.

    not sure what the workers have against me but that’s what it feels like — every time i go in there they pick on me and make me jump through hoops to get my drink. very weird. wish there were more dunks in lex so i could avoid being publicly humiliated and teased. i always try to clean up in there and always friendly to the workers. don’t understand it

    GREAT service! Tasty vegetarian options - avocado toast no bacon is bueno!, everything bagel bites, jelly donut and black coffee all very good. It's worth the drive from across town. $20 here = $35 at the bucks

    Ordered some donuts and two bagels not the first time we’ve had problems one time or bagels were burnt but nobody seem to care they didn’t even get the order right this time and they wanted me to drive completely around the building and order again so I told them forget it. I’ll spend my money elsewhere third times a charm. I guess I should’ve knew better not to say that they don’t have some good workers, but management needs to step up, because when they keep messing your order up and giving you burnt product and then act like they don’t even care that is beyond acceptable good luck Dunkin’ Donuts and good buy.

    Ordered through the mobile app. They first didn't want to give me the hot food I ordered. I made the mistake of not checking the bag when they did give me the food. Of course they didn't give me everything I ordered and paid for. The coffee was disgusting, the donuts were stale. I called about the missing food, they offered for me to come back and get it out get it another day. But it's not worth going back to this location.

    It’s a shame because this Dunkin’ Donuts used to be good. But it has gone down hill in the past 2 or so years, simple coffee always screwed up. Iced caramel coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar and a shot. Almost never comes out right. Will not be spending my money here anymore.

    The donuts are not my fave. My teens love the iced coffees. My teens like the pink drinks. It's not a expensive as the other popular coffee place but still pricey.

    Forgot my wallet at home today and was super bummed because I wanted coffee. I only had just over $2 on my Dunkin’ app and was so excited when I saw this $2 medium coffee advertising on a giant sign outside their location!!! I waited almost 10 mins in the drive thru line. I asked for the $2 medium coffee advertised and they said they don’t have that deal anymore, and it was going to be $2.19… which I didn’t have. They wouldn’t honor the advertised deal :( so I left and made coffee at home. Such a bummer, and definitely not professional.
