These people are absolutely ridiculous! 1: I asked for a #2 with mustard only I even elaborated meat, cheese, mustard and bread it came out with everything on it. 2 I get to the window they hand me everything including my drinks. I asked if there was straws in the bag the lady said yes get home no straws! Now I understand these are small issues but every time I go there something is always wrong with my order. Now I understand that you get what you pay for but these people are not worth minimum wage.

The reason why I give them a 3 is because they're customer service isn't very good, the staff that works the window have no customer service skills and my ice coffee that I get is always watered down. I don't ever go there for myself anymore I only go to the south McDonald's now. The south McDonald's makes my coffee PERECT, always have friendly people at the windows.

Search for biscuits and gravy you get McD But they don't have it. I will rate every store poorly until fixed. They have become a place to get tasteless expensive cheap food. Nothing more... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else... Even the employees don't want to be there.

I only buy sweet tea cause I'm not a fan of fastfood like that but my son says they always get it wrong so 🤷🏾 I do know that when I do come through they seem to be annoyed and all I get is tea so. I will never understand why young and old folks that don't like people seem to always work in customer service it's mind boggling,we don't work there so why are y'all always mad? I worked in a snack bar that served steak, shrimp, prime rib etc. It was a SNACK BAR and I enjoyed working there and the customers loved me so it's possible to go to work and be kind to people who didn't do anything to u but order food from where you work you know? I don't feel this is very exceptable I have a mess it was over ran with ketchup mustard and mayo that everything dripped out fell out I am very disappointed I normally don't have an issue with my food here. Very unhappy. I know we all have off days, and I'm sorry whoever is in that station is having a bad day. I do hope their night gets better, so maybe someone else has a better experience

They do take long to give you, your order.

Wish the employees were not so rude. They need to greet the customer with a smile and never talk back.

The McDonald’s workers were all very nice on Sunday and very accommodating for my daughters 4th birthday party and just made sure we had great food fast service and a very clean place to eat and have fun with many kids we appreciated all of the staff and their hard work to provide great service to their customers

messed up my order like 3 times when i stated what i wanted CLEARY. i wanted a sausage cheese mcgriddle! when i got my order they gave me a mcgriddle with no cheese? i went back in there and asked if they could ADD cheese on it. They then returned it with only cheese bread and no sausage???!!!!!! whoever is working the headset in the morning needs to be fired. ASAP LMAO

Well the Final Frontier RibEye sandwich was very disappointing. Actually got sick after I ate it. Cost over $10.00 for two. Just a bit pricey. Was sorry to hear this was going to be the last round for the RibEye, until I ate mine. I am not sure what McDonald's or their supplier did, but the taste was not what It's been in the past . This will be my last trip to the twin arches for some time. But...maybe they do not need my business.

Easy and quick ordering. My order wasn't too large, received one wrong item. I am modestly satisfied with my experience here. Too few napkins and 3 packets of hot sauce.

Horrible manager and staff only Brenda was good! Thank God Brenda was there I give her 5 stars only her! They tried to sell me old and dry fries telling me they were fresh! Everyone that buys there know what fresh fries taste and look like! Sad they just need to get a new manager if the one they caint do his job right and got staff lying how pathetic. 😞

Very very slow. It used to be it was one of the quickest fast food places to get through when you needed to grab a bite and be on the go. However now it is so slow. Eager to get your money but then make you wait for your food. As far as the food goes I've never gotten any McDonald's that has been just bad. Maybe the fries might be a little overcooked but the food is always good and taste like it should. They always have a lot of good deals like two or five etc. I can eat and get full for under $5

I guess I didn't make myself clear when I asked for an extra sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle. I can't see if I was charged or not because they don't give receipts with the order.

To be fair Most McDonald's Have you pull out of the line to get fresh food, This one has you pull out of line for food but fries and big Mac not fresh or hot.they Give you your soda but no straws. Terrible service, Terrible food For all the money paid now For Wages Employee just don't care. Not supposed to be a career,very high prices.

i see now why they ask you to 'please pull up to the next window.' Apparently your food is not quite at room temperature yet Ice cream is always warmer than the food. Out of 5 items i ordered, everything was cold except the pop. Guy working the window is apparently a deaf mute. *** Update*** Gave them the benefit of the doubt, went again 8/7/22. 11:10am. Everything ordered was cold, must have been cooked around 10:15am. Wish i could give them less than one star. My advice.. don't go. **Update** Tried once more 9/23/23 2:30 I was in a hurry to get back to work, I didnt see a line so i thought i would zip right in. They didnt look busy, but there must have been some fun going on, everyone in the window was socializing with each other. I ordered cheeseburger combo with a coke. (cant make an order any easier). They quickly took my money. That was the end of the speedy service. Got to the pick up window, informed they had no coke. Then the asked me to move the the further window, which no one showed up, and i had to go back to work empty handed... This absolutely has to be the worst McDonalds in the entire nation. Only giving one star because i cant give any less. Avoid this place, go one block in ether direction. Obviously the owner and the managers don't eat here or they would close the place down out of remorse after reading all of these reviews.
