Nice apartment layout but very noisy. Always sounds like upstairs neighbor is stomping when they walk but not the case. Cars on the street across from parking lot sound like they are street racing. Hard to get a good night's sleep. Management staff is very nice and helpful. I would rate it higher if not for the poor construction which attributes to the noise problem.

I lived at Liberty Center Apartments for one year and just moved away. It was great! The apartment was nice and in excellent condition. It was fun to be near the mall, however, probably more fun now that the pandemic is ending in the U.S. The real strength at Liberty Center is the people. Alecia and Samantha are terrific. They communicate well and take care of every need. Anthony and Dave in maintenance fix any problem that comes up completely. They're easy to schedule and very efficient. The security people at the mall are always available and helpful. My elderly father-in-law fell twice. Security monitors 911 calls and showed up both times before the ambulance. We always felt safe. If you're interested in an apartment, this is the place you should want to live.

My husband and I are moving to the Cincinnati area from Dallas and we ended up leasing somewhere else due to the commute to downtown, but I wanted to leave a review because Samantha was amazing throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond from the tour to sending out all of our options for the floor plans and details about the electric vehicle chargers as well as keeping us updated on which units were still available. She was very well organized and knowledgeable about the area and the property. The apartments themselves are very nice and in a great location. Thank you for your time! :)

I'm a new resident and came here to share the great service I received. I needed to adjust my leasing start date and Samantha showed great empathy and understanding for my situation. We worked together for a solution that worked for everyone. Great service, I strongly recommend it! I will be recommending it to other managers at my work. Last but not least, the community has EVERYTHING you may need: restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket. Super convenient!

I love living here!!! My apartment was super clean upon move in, Alicia and Samantha are amazing and attentive, overall fun place to live. I didn't know what to expect coming from owning a home for 20 years but it has been great. I feel extremely safe and have appreciated the security measures that are in place. Alicia and Samantha hold great events especially around the holidays. They truly care about the building and the residents. I read other reviews about noise and that has not been my experience. I'm shocked at how little I hear from surrounding apartments. If you want nice amenities, friendly leasing agents, updated apartment this is the place for you!

I moved here back in 2020 during the pandemic and both Samantha and Alecia were more than accommodating and helpful in getting me into my new apartment. With the housing market the way it was, it didn’t seem right to move out. The seasonal community gatherings/events/game nights made getting to know the great neighbors in the complex much easier. The new upgrades to my place are amazing. The white and matte black finishes on my cabinets and appliances give off a modern look. Definitely feel a bit spoiled with all the amenities, not including the tons of restaurants in the area. This is a 100/10 great place to live.

Wow! This this place was nothing short of amazing. We had ZERO issues while living here and had plenty of wonderful benefits that made this place awesome. Unlike many other apartments as nice as this, the rent was more than affordable. I recommend this apartment to any age group!Living at the Liberty Center apartments was nothing short of a dream come true - a perfect combination of niceness, exciting activities, and affordable rent! From start to finish, it was an absolute delight to call this place home. Samantha and Alecia are the masters of meticulousness. No issue goes unnoticed or unresolved under their watchful eyes. From minor repairs to major maintenance, they tackle every task with efficiency and precision. Their commitment to ensuring the building is in top-notch condition is truly commendable

After living in a home for over 35 years, my wife and I were uncertain of what apartment living would look like. I will say the our experience with Liberty Center apartments was fantastic! The apartments are decorated very nice, the facilities are clean and secure and the two girls (Samantha & Alecia) in the mail office are amazing!

The staff is amazing. If you want to be taken care of and have your needs met and considered then this is the place for you. They always had a smile and were just so considerate. Any problem I ever had was met with understanding and solutions. I really hate moving out because they were the best people ever. Maintenance too! I loved living here, 10/10 place to live.

I lived at Liberty Center apartments for only a year and I truly enjoyed the quality of the apartments and most of all the hospitality. This place is truly amazing! The apartments are well updated with some great amenities and tons of space. Loved the open concept. Samantha and Alecia were awesome managers. Very responsive and attentive if I needed help or information on anything. The even have periodic events for the residents to attend and hang out! The maintenance team was awesome as well, quickly responding to any request that I had. This place truly felt like home and I am deeply saddened that I had to leave. It’s in close distance to everything that you need on this side of town; food, shopping, entertainment, groceries, etc. If I ever return back home to Ohio, I will come back to live at Liberty Center again!
