Management is horrible. They're really nice coming in, but after that it goes out the window. They don't know how to communicate with their residents, they don't fix anything, they're slow & they're attitudes are horrible. You practically gotta cuss them out to have them do something around here. When we first moved in, in the summer, there was an issue with the air. The stupid management swore up and down "oh just let it run it'll start cooling off", I knew that was wrong, the unit needed Freon!! I had to get my brother who works in HVAC to tell them that. Then on top of that, they put the wrong type of Freon in!!!! I had multiple defective plugs & it took them 3 months to come fix 1, 1 plug!!! Just horrible!!! The only plus is the good schools.

A coworker went through the worst here. They don't seem to care much at all. She paid market rent vs subsidized, our job put her in a Airbnb, till she relocated

Your parking spots are always taken away from you, I have been here for less than a year and there has already been 2 shootings a couple buildings away.

They won't fix anything. Always make excuses and say they will come back. I requested maintenance for over a year on several things. Never came back after months. Someone broke into my locked shed and stole bikes from my children. Teens running wild bullying little kids trying to play in yard. They will send you an outrageous bill for false claims. There is trash everywhere outside all the time no matter how much they clean it. Find somewhere else to live!

I'd look else where. Units need updated. Our door doesn't close right unless you do it pretty hard, earlier this month we got a notice about inspections of the outside of units and to remove window ac units. Pretty sure if our ac's were working right, we wouldn't need them! Plus there is a wait list to get them fixed! Sorry that I value my baby not being overheated vs the outer appearance.

I never find my available parking spaces! I have 3 children and how difficult it is to be looking for a place to park when there is none in front of my home that I am supposed to pay with my rent, disastrous people who do not respect

It looks like I dodged a bullet and all that got out of me was $15. When I called over 4 months ago I was told they had something available I rushed over stopped and got my money order. Hurry over to the rental office filled out my application. Which I was told would be looked over that week then they said bc it was the holiday that it would be looked at after the holiday and they would get back with me. I heard nothing so I called after 2 weeks to be told I was on a waiting list And would be called as soon as something comes up. No call now 120 days later I think they are calling to say they are finally going to put my app through only to be told it's been 120 days and they are removing me and to fill out another app and pay again. Are you Serious.!!!

Monica is racist and very unprofessional. This place has mold and roaches! Our whole unit has had roaches for over two years now and Go2Pros can not get rid of them. They just crawl from one person’s home to the next through the walls no matter how clean you are because if your neighbor isn’t clean then they won’t die. Monica does not like anyone except Mexicans. Parking is horrible and you only get two parking passes. You can’t even park in front of your home because the Mexicans have more than 10 people in their home with multiple cars. They only care about the outter appearance. The inside has the ceilings falling down from water and there is mold everywhere in the house. Monica will just tell you to wipe it off. They never actually FIX interior issues. Just cover them up. The pool has not been open the past 7 years. Way before covid it was closed. Every year Monica lies and says it is going to open. I can’t wait until she is fired. She is so unprofessional. I even saw her mom come out the back of the office. Only workers are allowed back there. Do not waste your time if you aren’t Mexican she won’t respect you. And the bug company told me they pay the minimum and that is why they can’t treat the homes good and get rid of roaches. Two years of roaches is disgusting!

My family and I moved into a townhome that was a mess in the kitchen with broken cabinets. Our downstairs bathroom has not flushed right since we moved in and the rest of the toilets followed shorter after. We moved in and the dishwasher has been broken and leaked out into the living room and the carpet was moldy. It ruined some of my stuff. I bugged and bugged them to fix the air-conditioner and they gave me the run around that there had been other people waiting longer which I was after them. I got upset and said I couldn't have done that as we just moved in and all of these things should be working. During the winter the heat went out and it took them a while to fix it.
