The smoked catfish with coconut rice was amazing!! My son loved his shrimp po boy too. Jalapeno cornbread is so good as well. I highly recommend The Fish Market in Liberty!

Fast friendly service and good food. The gizzards were amazingly tender. I do wish the catfish nuggets would have been a bit bigger but they had good flavor. Everything on my plate was fried but did not taste greasy or oily.

Cool old throwback of a place...great vibe. Service was very good. It was a Saturday evening....busy. but we got sat immediately. Gator was so tasty...only one piece was chewy. Friends had Salmon tacos and shrimp tacos. They said the shrimp and salmon was cooked perfectly. Definitely going back!!

A mix of old country fish house and Cajun spot, this is the best fried catfish I've had in KC so far. I came for the catfish, I'll come back for the Cajun.

Excellent food in an out of the way unique restaurant. Will definitely come back for the catfish or shrimp both were excellent! Want to try the alligator next time!

We offered out-of-town families several nearby restaurants to choose a lunch location. They LOVED their meals and the cold beer. We'll be back! The tenderloin was huge. Fish tacos had lots of fresh flavor.

The smoked salmon street tacos are AMAZING. Their slaw is also tangy. It's a small place so reservations are sitting at the bar is recommended. Staff is plenty of friendly but it does take quite some time for the food to come out so if you want an appetizer you better get it. The smoke catfish tacos were also good, but since catfish has almost no flavor, it's really hard to tell. All they have is beer and wine.

Overall, it was a very good experience, and the staff was exceptional. My only minor complaint... they forgot our appetizer. No biggie, and we will return.
