Poorly Dissatisfied Visited on 10/13/2021 I had ordered Queso, add chorizo. Guacamole dip and the Chicken Chimichanga Dinner, which comes with rice and beans. The chips and salsa were brought out when seated. The chips were kind of soggy / chewy. Did not taste fresh at all. Salsa was good. The queso dip was extremely thick, low in flavor and very salty (which is expected with Mexican food). Guacamole dip was served as shown. Was kind of dark in color, and did not have a good consistency. The server could tell I was displeased, took it away and brought another bowl, which was rated the same. The Chimichanga Dinner, Chimichanga was soggy. Rice was crunchy in spots, not cooked well. Beans were probably the best thing about the dish. I ate about 1/4 of the chimichanga. Left most of the queso, all except two chip dips of the second bowl of unsatisfactory guacamole, and rice untouched. Server, asked if I needed any boxes as I sat the food to the side. I advised absolutely not as she picked my plates up and left. She was friendly, however not inquiring. She brought my check back and she’d take it when ready. No discussion about satisfaction. May attempt the restaurant once again at a later time, but very dissatisfied. Definitely would not go out of my way to return, especially with other restaurants that are in the immediate area. Let down

This was my first time here and probably my last. We ordered puffy tacos and a fried taco. The menu pictured two puffy tacos per order but we only got one. 🤷‍♀️ it was good but served on a plate full of shredded lettuce. I don't understand that. Fried taco was ok but left a bad old grease taste in my mouth.

On a different day my experience may have been better. I tried this place as takeout. The menu i saw online was different from when I got there. I ordered upon arriving so it is fine that the salad took over 25 minutes. I ordered, paid, and tipped which I should not have done because I brought it home to find no salad dressing or sour cream or salsa with my salad. I ate a dry salad. Dry salad was not worth the price. Some of the lettuce was quite withered too. Photo evidence.

This was our second time going, I got thier signature pork burrito and was not disappointed! I realized after I ordered it didn't come with any sides but I'm glad it didn't! It was HUGE, literally filled the plate! I. A big eater and had to take half of it home! The wife tried one of thier combo plates and really liked it, specials for for and drinks for every day of the week!

This used to be our go-to Tex Mex when we moved to the Liberty area in 2006. I had dinner there last week and it tore me up...greasy brown gravy over everything. My tamale was ruined by the gravy being on it when I ordered it with pork chili. The pork chunks aren't tender, the chicken is tasteless. Our chips were very stale. The service was very good, our waitress was attentive and super nice. If you go, get a beef dish, it seems to have the most flavor, or the veggie fajitas if you're vegetarian. There are too many other great Mexican options in the area now to go back to Rancho, in my opinion.

Who doesn’t love some chips and salsa? We had the best service I’ve ever had there, our waiter was wonderful and very personable. We will be going back and bringing friends.

Everyone here was super friendly. The food tasted great. The chips and salsa were really good. I got the el pastor street tacos🌮. The thing that knocked down the stars was how small the tacos were! Normally they are larger and should take up more of the plate than the beans and rice. I felt pretty disappointed since that is my favorite part😔. It tasted great but why were they so small?! Sad but good. Everything else was fine.

If you're lacking tastebuds and a need for flavor this is your restaurant. It's definitely a white people food. Salsa was like v8 with onion powder. The snarky teen workers' attitudes were spicier than the food. Nothing had flavor except the table salt. Do yourself a favor and make a sandwich.
