The restaurant was not bust at all. I counted five other tables with customers the entire time I was there. Nevertheless it was too long of a wait (approximately 10 minutes) till we were greeted and had our drink orders taken. Food was warm ish at best. I remember thinking the plate was much hotter than the food. Although our server was nice the rest of the experience was terrible.

Good food and spectacular service! 👌 We waited about 15 min for a table and we nestled into the corner of the room. The food was good and some of it was served cold and didn't get eaten! It was only a couple items from our vast array of food! The interior is in much worse shape than the exterior! There's a piece of plywood screwed onto the wall of the booth! In addition, the table was clean, but under the table was filthy along with the sides of the booth by the wall! The booth seat has a large hole worn into it with a patch missing, which made it difficult to sit on in shorts! Probably won't return because there's numerous other places we can go to! It didn't really seem as though they cared about the interior condition! 😕 The omlette was to die for!

I wasn’t aware that “Thrilled Cheese” is also code for IHOP. The food was basic and not at all what I was expecting when placing an order. Classic for a reason—basic grilled cheese except not great and low quality cheese. The bread was soggy in the middle and lacked any real flavor. A Cut Above—It was just ok. The bacon was rubbery and the crust was so hard it was inedible. Won’t be ordering from “Thrilled Cheese” / IHOP again.

I really wish this Liberty location would hire more wait staff. Everytime we have come here in the last 3 months, it takes almost 3 hours from the time we walk in the door from the time we walk out. The service is so slow and I am tired of wasting my time. DO SOMETHING!!! I spend more time sitting and waiting than I do actually eating. This is unacceptable for overpriced menu items and with only 1 other customer in the joint. I have even been here at 4am and it took just over 20 minutes to be seated. I was the only other patron aside from the one other person who was already in there eating. This place is slower than molasses and upon observation the only reason I can see as to why is due to not enough people working. This is unprofessional on so many levels. The staff is very kind, and very courteous, but forcing them to work a skeleton crew is stressful on both the employees and the customers. Came here tonight at 7:00pm. We did not get out of there until after 9:30 and my daughter ended up going to bed way to late. Fix the problem. Stop dumping heavy traffic on 1-2 employees at peak times. This is the last time I spend money here. FYI: Bad service times and efficiency in being attentive to customers is a reflection of upper management, not the people actually doing the job. It's the operations management that needs the microscope on them, not the people busting their butts for less than mediocre pay. How a business flows daily is solely the responsibility of the managers. People can only perform their duties based on how they are trained and the type of management environment they are forced to work in. I sense these workers suffer abuse and are never praised for their efforts.

There was maybe 3 tables, including my own of 4 people. And it took forever to get our drinks. The food took forever. I asked for turkey bacon and was brought regular bacon that they swore was turkey bacon, although they’re completely different. Our server wasn’t very attentive either. Service could definitely be better. The table that came in before we left got their drinks and everything immediately while we waited probably 45 minutes just for drinks for 2 of the 4 of us.

I pass through liberty quite often when I’m traveling throughout the Kansas City area and I happened to stop to eat at ihop recently. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than this one! I was fortunate enough to meet the new manager Alexandra; who was such a delight! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the company, but what caught my eye the most was that she didn’t hesitate to jump in and help out any of her employees or customers who had any concerns! I am so glad they found someone who is experienced and willing to do the work, I will definitely be visiting again soon! I can see that Alexandra is going to be a GREAT leader and will continue adding joy to everyone’s dining experience :)

Ruined a perfect Sunday morning breakfast. We got there at 9 am and was seated 15 min later but stayed at the booth for 2 hrs for some pancakes and eggs. I don't know if the server didn't put in the order or the kitchen was swamped ( which I highly doubt). We left and got lunch instead because it was already lunch time. I always have a positive experience with ihop but this location is not efficient at all.

Absolutely horrible!! IHOP SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Was seated promptly, then went south from there. After 10 minutes, FINALLY was introduced to our server, who said, "didn't realize we were seated at her table." Waited another 47 minutes for our food to be delivered "COLD" and this was ONLY after asking to speak with the manager, who's ONLY reply was,"Do you want me to have it remade" WE LEFT!!
