    For my first time trying Jason's deli. It wasn't so bad. I like it. Ordered an Italian Cruz po-boy w/ chips and a small order of chili. It really hit the spot. Not to overfilling. Definitely want to go back one day.

    We had a variety of food at our team lunch on. The cranberry oatmeal cookie was freshly made and was a great selection for dessert.

    Zero stars would be more suitable for my experiences with this location. My order was placed as apart of a company order, however after waiting 2 plus hours for the food, it finally arrived. All but my order was included. I understand mistakes happen but when i called back to inform them the order was incomplete, the representative appeared annoyed that i needed a manager. To add insult, THE OWNER of this establishment was a bit dismissive about their error, all he said was he would send my order out shortly, that it would take about an hour to receive. My order arrived 2 hours and 33 mins after that call. This is not the first for this location and from reading through the many experiences of other customers, their service is extremely poor, starting at the top. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

    Love the healthy choices,great customer service, price and FREE icecream.when we are done with our meal! My grumpy teen actually loved the Santa Fe Chicken! It was my husband and sons first time and they were both very pleased😁

    I love Jason’s deli but this location needs a lot of help. Always backed up with online orders. Two times I come after scheduling a pickup and have to wait a long time. Once 15 minutes another one 30 minutes. Coming here during your lunch break and spending half the time waiting for your order is not cool.

    The food was as expected, but they were out of spinach. The soft serve ice was broken. The restroom was horrible. No doors would lock. One seat looked like it was taken off another of different size and just thrown on top. They can do better.

    Always love this place. The only reason they have 4 stars from me is because the plates they gave us were dirty and the next set were also dirty. But the food was great the dishes were just dirty

    Wow.. only thing I’m mad about is how long it took me to try them. Staff is 5/5 friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, we ordered kids cheese pizza and steamed broccoli with orange juice, veggie sandwich and veggie soup (YUM), salad bar and tea. The salad bar exceeded my expectations- you can fill your own to go container with a side for sauce and croutons or muffins (they have so many extras besides salad at the bar). This is a new family fav and will be back soon!

    Loved it. I got the chicken panini. Loaded with chicken, cheese, and veggies. Don’t you hate it when a sandwich has a lot of good stuff in the front, then it’s all crust and bread in the back? This sandwich was NOT that! It tasted really good, it was hot, and it was fresh. The service was professional, courteous, and quick. I got a coke, that’s why it was a bit more expensive. Comes with chips and a pickle. The store was clean and well kept and I really enjoyed my experience.

    The manager is exceptional not only did he take good care of all of his customers, but I love the way he took care of his staff store location number 045 amazing atmosphere. Host/ manager Ty very friendly and attentive, highly recommend this location.

    I tried the broccoli cheese soup and little it tastes like plastic so I wouldn't recommend it.. the salad bar everything you can put on a salad and more so that was a plus. Atmosphere was pretty good quiet but clean

    Love Jason's! Can't beat it for healthy meal : with endless options to choose from. Always clean salad bar is fresh and fully stocked staff is always friendly and manager makes his presence known and is always inviting and kind. Keep it up!

    Spent $39 plus a $10 delivery fee just to receive an incorrect order. I purchased a salad and paid extra for grilled chicken, DID not get the chicken nor received any salad dressing. Ordered a BLT and requested onions, received no onions. For the amount of money I paid, I expected the order to be correct and it is clearly listed on the receipt.

    I had the pleasure of having my order taken by Felicia. Her customer service and most of all her patience deserves a 10 I always get the same thing but today she convinced me to try something different and let me tell you that sandwich was so freaking good. I appreciate her not having an attitude and being polite and very professional. Would give 10 stars if I could

    Food is really good and reasonable only suggestion is to make sure staff reads the orders correctly.. a few times now they miss adding toppings to sandwiches or send the wrong ones .. which isn't a huge issue unless you are paying extra for something you aren't getting. Otherwise love it and will continue to order from here.

    As always the food is so fresh, tasty, also very esthetic. My sons choice for his 8th birthday lunch!!The staff continues to go above and beyond to make this establishment and location a top option for service, atmosphere, quality, and effectiveness. HOST #61 bought my son a beautiful strawberry shortcake for his BIRTHDAY!! Thank you JASON’S DELI and STAFF for a delightful experience.

    Food quality has decreased since Covid-19, with less offerings (no pumpkin wafer crackers, chicken chili). Turkey chili wasn't that hot when served on a cool day. Still good sandwich varieties, though.

    My wife loved the salad bar, as usual. I get the beef eater sandwich. The last three or four times I have ordered it I have been very disappointed in the au just. It was more like a tasteless colored water. I liked the old recipe better.

    Normally our favorite Jason's location but this visit the food was not up to par - the tortilla soup was a mix of chili with no chicken at all, the house chips with sandwich were stale again (not the first time) and the tomatoes on the salad bar were old and soft with an odd taste. Probably our worst visit to date. *** Warning - Use your gift cards immediately as the policy for $2 per month charge wiped out 5 $10 gift cards we purchased as part of a large purchase more than a year ago (we gifted all but these 5 cards at meetings and events together with other gift cards) but these 5 were never gifted and we decided to use them and today's value was $0 on each (a $50 loss) due to the monthly charge policy.

    Usually they have great service but after making me wait 20min for an order that was ready for pick up the moment I walked in to the store, the cup of broccoli cheese soup had a cockroach in it. I guess it’s collateral damage in the big picture right?

    Disappointed. Ordered Curbside. Let them know I had arrived in the app. Waited 20 minutes. Called the store. When the food was brought out, I asked what took so long. I was told they had a full house. So, I guess if you want your food, go in and order. Curbside is not a priority.

    I went to this location this past Friday. When I tell you absolutely delicious 😋. We're New Yorkers and this has to be the best sandwich shop I've experienced thus far. Customer service 10 out 10. The gentleman I think was the manager is absolutely the best. Making this a regular place for me. Looking forward to doing a social media review next visit.

    To say I love Jason’s Deli is an understatement. To say I love this particular location is not at all accurate because I don’t know how else to express that I LOVE THIS LOCATION SO MUCH. My family has been coming here for family dinner since we moved here in 2004. It has only gotten better and better. The staff is friendly, quick and always on top of cleaning tables. Even on the rare occasion they mess something up they are more than happy to fix it. My absolute favorite reason this is my favorite location out of all the JD’s we’ve been to is that I joke about how when I move away one day I will always come back here because 15 years and their soft serve machine is THE BEST. I don’t know what kind of magic or recipe they use but it is unlike the other locations and it is a staple to not only the franchise but this particular location. Please never change it ever. And of course I didn’t take a pic of the cone I got this week because I was too excited to eat it! In the picture we got the Bigger Better BLT, the Roast Melt sandwich, Tomato Basil Soup, and Kids cheese Pizza. April 2021: Carlos, the manager on shift tonight is doing a wonderful job! Very helpful

    Today I was not feeling well and decided to do curbside to avoid people. After waiting for 20 minutes and seeing my bag waiting in the window I got out and went into get my own food. If curbside is not going to be honored remove it.

    Yesterday Picked our to go order. Soup we ordered is beef stew but all we got is juice there was no beef no nothing. very disappointed that we did not get value of our money ruined our dinner! Paid for something in return got empty box.

    Until today I would have given 5 stars to Jason's Deli. I love their beefeater and I order it everytime I get something here. Today, however, the beef was old and dry. I did not enjoy the meal and it will be quite some time before I return. I work hard for my money and I don't eat 'out' often. I was really disappointed.

    Staff is extremely professional and prompt. Asheten the cashier was in the middle of a complicated order with another customer and still greeted me with a smile. As a parent, I am very pleased to see young people working hard. Unfortunately, the manager was also called to assist with the other customer. I was still greeted in a pleasant manner. This location is clean and the food is always served as ordered.
