A variety of different activities, tons of fun to be had. Laser-tag, bowling, Skywalk, arcade, even VR setups. I only had chips and queso there, but it was delicious. Though there seems to be a disorganization among the workers. We would sign up for a time at an activity, and they would often trek back to the desk to confirm something. Overall a great place.

This was our second visit to this Main Event location. The prices are higher than a lot of their competitors but their selection of arcade games is pretty good. There weren't as many non-functioning games on this trip as there were last time. The floors and restrooms were dirty yet there was no less than five of the staff members sitting around and chatting with each other. The kids had fun with laser tag, bowling, walking the rope course, and playing the arcade games. Overall, it's not a bad place to take a break and have a little fun, but not on the cheap!

We love Main Event. Place is always clean and sanitizer available in multiple areas. Staff has always been friendly. We love the unlimited games pass they offer on Mondays. They have an awesome obstacle course above the entire game floor, along with laser tag. So much fun for the family on any night. Pool tables and bowling are awesome too. They offer a decent snack bar but that is the one thing that could use improvement in, their options are limited, but still not bad. They offer a full bar with bar stools if you just want to chill n have a drink or you can take it with you to your area. Lots to offer for everyone.

First time at a Main event with the family. We did the bowling for 2 hrs and had a blast. Got some pizza and nachos. The pizza was better than expected and the nachos were awesome as well. We didn't stay for the arcade but next time we plan on it. Everyone we delt with was really nice and we had no issues.

Attended a Birthday party here. Was told to be there promptly at 11:30 for laser tag. Laser Tag was not ready. Table was not ready. Parents had to ask for gaming cards since tables weren't ready and laser tag wasn't ready. I think they may have been short staffed but am not sure. Was pleased to see Sanitizer Stations around. Entrance area had work being done to it so there was dust/mud on the rails. I leaned on it by mistake and had white dust on my arms. Pizza and sliders were very good.

Such a great place to hang out with family and friends. Good drinks good food TV screens everywhere virtual reality games that are very much fun.

the games and bowling experience was pretty fun. pricey but the kids had fun. service on the other hand was nonexistent. we got here around 5pm and there was employees at the front- not helpful. and when it was time for the bowling we were told a server would be with us. we ended up having to seek the service ourselves and after that no one ever came to check up on us. we had 2 parties next to us and they got served quickly. this location isn’t worth it.

Full capacity. Busy busy. Various options to eat. We didn’t wait the three hours to bowl. Looks like a cool place. We sadly had to leave. Will try another time. Will change review once we are able to bowl and play.

Took our 3 kids and my teenage siblings. They had a good time. Wish it wasn't so packed though. We paid $150 to go laser tag and the rope couse once each and waited 2 hours to do it.. We played the games waiting and it wasn't great but wasn't terrible.

I had a birthday party today, I had a great experience with the hosts who were a great help with setting everything up, including help with the decorations I brought myself. I had a lot of help with everything including the clean up and putting all the stuff away, didn’t have to do anything. The only thing I had problems with were with the activities I had for my guests. The laser tag, didn’t have enough set up for my 20 guests. Also some of the vest where not working properly, I asked for help with one, and the guy there just had me waiting knowing we were timed. Later he was able to exchange one vest, but a few more couldn’t enjoy the experience due to theirs not working and there was no help given with that. He seemed to not care at all. During gravity ropes, the guys there helping had attitudes, I was told that if I didn’t have many kids getting on or attending I could let adults be part of the activities and they seemed to have a problem with that because we were a lot of people. I did spend a lot of money, or so I thought, so I was expecting to have all spots filled in on those activities. Also the prizes to be redeemed are very high and we were not able to purchase or pay the difference if you don’t have enough points. Over all, we enjoyed it and so did all my guests, hope they can work on the activities and their workers managing the activities, and lastly their workers attitudes. Maybe get some people who want to be there, and are thankful for a job. I will definitely come again and have another party if my kids want to. If it wasn't for the awesome hosts and other games that worked, we would not spend that kind of money again.

This location is great for family time together. All of the staff members were attentive and helpful. I had some questions, and Brian got them answered right away and made sure my family needs were met. Awesome customer service. Great job!

My grandkids and I had the MOST fun I've EVER had! Place was AMAZING! Manager named Ben, amongst others went WAYYYYY out of their way to accommodate us and help us understand how everything worked..etc....BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Janoel was amazing. Restrooms were clean. Had several people in our party. All the food was prepared just as we asked and was piping hot! We'll be back!

We‘ve been to Main Event a handful of times and it’s always incredibly busy, so this time we decided to go on a Monday as soon as it opened. There wasn’t that many people there so my son was able to play games quickly so I recommend going on a day and time when no one would normally be there, otherwise you’d have to wait in line. Several of the games were offline/not working. It was quite a bit of them and since you’re already spending so much money on these game cards, you’d think the machines would work. I attached photos of the machines not properly working that day. We went to play laser tag and we had an amazing time but the gun I had also had a malfunctioning screen so I was unable to see my progress. This wouldn’t have normally bothered me but due to the other machines being out, it’s clear this is a problem for this establishment. We went to have lunch at the restaurant/bar area and there was only one waiter on staff but the place was empty and it still took a long time for someone to take our order. The experience was underwhelming for it being so expensive to be there.

It wasn't bad and was somewhat enjoyable. But two issues occurred, the first is that some of the machines either don't work or improperly responsive, and the other was the meal I ordered, fries were great, but the Cali chicken sandwich had a mushy bottom bun, and the Oreo shake had this weird off taste I've never experienced with shakes.

A family friendly entertainment complex is a welcome choice for those with young ones and Main Event is certainly a place that fits the bill. Bowling, laser tag, billiards, gravity walk, and video games along with food and drink make this a good place to visit when you want some fun for the entire family.

Pretty sick main event. Of course a couple of machines are broken.. we were able to get refunded the points, and even a free laser tag voucher for me and my boyfriend. Great food/drinks, I got a cheese pizza and be got a triple lava burger that was insane. Only got a pic of the drink… amazing bartenders btw

I like coming here with the family. The best times are in the morning when it opens. There are a lot of things available for you to do. I like their specials they have during the summer break for the kids. Great place to have a birthday party too. The packages are reasonably priced and the food is actually pretty good. They also let you bring your own cake and the party hostess are very helpful.

Visiting the area. Main Event is not far away and seemed to be a good outing for the kids. Online it says there is a Monday special for $12.99. I didn't see anything mentioning that it was either $12.99 for the arcade, OR $12.99 for the activities. Not all access. The kids picked the arcade, but later told me many of the games were broken. I sat in the restaurant while they played. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the chicken platter. Everything had a pleasant taste.

Rented two lanes and took the kids for a night out, every team member was polite and very helpful. We ordered food and it came hot and the orders correctly executed. Our server was Caleb and he checked on us often and refilled our drinks and just overall made sure we had a great time and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were spotless and lanes were maintained, balls and shoes were clean. 5 stars for Caleb and the whole team at Main Event. Can’t wait to go back.

Attended two birthday party’s this past week Thursday and Friday. They both gave us arcade cards and got to play laser tag. Some games didn’t work or were broken, and also we couldn’t keep the tickets we won on it for some reason. Won so many tickets but was told can’t redeem them. Alot of cool upgraded games with oculus and etc virtual games , my nephews and son loved it!

I didn't go for food, I just went to bowl. It was my first time there. And I had lots of fun. The bar area looked really nice. There's laser tag and games along with pool tables and other things in the place. Definitely gonna have to take another day to go back and check out the rest.

So much fun stuff to do for all ages. Not too expensive, helpful staff, food was good. Lots of fun!

Despite the fact that they were short- staffed , the service was great . The servers were very polite and helpful, very professional. The food was delivered quickly and it was very fresh . There were a lot of us here , coworkers , with team building activities. I recommend this business for the good restaurant and great entertainment.

First time experience. Went on Christmas, good atmosphere, not packed, but still had traffic. Nice, helpful staff. Waitress was friendly and service was quick. We ordered apps, wings, pizza and burgers. We bowled and were tended to quickly when we had an issue with one of our lanes. They give out free socks if you need some! Only two things that were inconvenient - the virtual waiter button on the bowling console(?) wasn't working so we couldn't order through there and there was no frozen hot chocolate shakes that were advertised everywhere throughout the establishment. Other than that, we ate, we bowled and played games as a family. We had a good time, will be visiting again and definitely recommend.

We truly enjoyed the experience and food. Not only did the kids have an awesome time, the adults did as well. With so much to do @ great prices, you can’t beat that!!!! We want to give a special shout-out to Oscar & Ahja for their professionalism as well as their attentiveness to a large crowd with kids!!! We shall come back soon.

This is place is awesome!!!! Brian was so helpful, welcoming and kind. He resolved the issue regarding my Summer Passes without hesitation. He was walking around checking on customers and was nearby. We didn't have to call or wait for him.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Today, We had an exceptional service from Bri. She made sure I had everything I need and assisted me with any questions I had. She was very mindful because she probably knew I needed it.
