I
turned
50
this
year
and
thanks
to
UltiFit
I'm
stronger,
faster,
and
have
much
better
mobility
than
I
did
when
I
was
in
my
20s
and
30s.
Sean
and
Matt
are
two
of
the
best
coaches
I've
ever
had
and
the
classes
are
always
challenging
and
super-fun.
Sean
and
Matt
are
great
helping
people
reach
their
fitness
goals,
whether
it's
to
get
stronger
or
to
be
able
to
beat
the
Warped
Wall.
They
are
also
very
knowledgeable
about
injury
prevention
and
exercise
modification
for
existing
injuries.
I've
been
going
to
UltiFit
Libertyville
for
two
and
a
half
years
and
no
two
workouts
have
been
the
same.
(Yes,
this
includes
a
few
months
of
lockdown
gym
closures,
but
not
being
able
to
be
at
the
gym
didn't
mean
we
didn't
work
out.
We
had
daily
online
workouts
as
well
as
a
few
Zoom
classes
by
Matt.)
The
UltiFit
Group
Personal
Training
focus
on
functional
strength
(kettlebells,
dumbbells,
medicine
balls,
battle
ropes),
mobility
and
cardio
fitness.
The
Obstacle
Course
Fusion
classes
have
you
swinging
on
monkey
bars
and
wingnuts,
climbing
ropes,
traversing
ledges
and
rock
walls,
and
running
up
warped
walls.
Before
you
know
it,
you're
drenched
in
sweat,
your
muscles
are
sore
and
all
you
did
was
play.
UltiROM
classes
focus
on
increases
full-body
range
of
motion,
and
Ninja
vs.
Ninja
classes
are
friendly
competitions
on
mini
obstacle
courses.
Awesome
classes,
the
best
trainers
and
a
very
fun
and
supportive
community
make
for
a
gym
experience
like
no
other.
