I recently took a self-defense class here and it would highly recommend it! Coach Jackson is a patient and knowledgeable instructor and the class was very approachable. This class prepares you for real life situations with practical and useful techniques! Bonus! I also left feeling like I had a great workout!

I do the 6-7AM classes Mon-Wed-Fri and highly recommend it. There’s something very rewarding about early morning jiu-jitsu. Coach Edward is great – very knowledgeable, down to earth, and welcoming. The gym is also nice and clean.

Great friendly environment. I showed up randomly, and they accepted me with open arms, and I learned a lot! They have a wonderful professor thanks for everything!

I'm a 100% Jujitsu newbie. I started a few weeks ago, knowing next to nothing about Jujitsu or martial arts in general, and I'm hooked. Edward is a fantastic instructor, and the gym is clean and has everything you need for an initial outing. The gym is pretty busy too, and new people come in with higher belts all the time, so there's something for everyone. The class is structured well. For the first part you're just learning new techniques Edward walks everyone through, and you pair off to practice. Last thing is sparring, and everyone has such a great attitude about it. You'll never get pushed beyond what you decide you can take. Ultimately, a safe place for newbies, definitely something for the experienced practitioners, clean gym, a great vibe, and a great instructor!

I’ve trained with Ed for a few months and I am always impressed with his approach to jiu jitsu. Ed is always learning…always training with new pros and bringing back the best knowledge to share with his students & training partners. Always making those around him better, his obsession with jiu jitsu is contagious. If you’re looking for a great place to train, drop in and try out 333. I highly recommend

I’ve trained with Edward for over 4 years. He brings forth only proven techniques in his teachings and is a well rounded martial artist in standup, striking as well as Gi, no Gi techniques. Regardless of your age, goals or experience, he’s focused on making the most of your experience and worth a visit for class or open mat.

A friendly welcoming atmosphere that allows you to safely explore realistic self-defense. Jiu-jitsu is an addictively fun way to get and stay in shape while providing a stress relief.

Coach Ed is the best! He is fantastic at breaking everything down and reinforcing concepts.
