They make the difficult work seem effortless and the results are exceptional. I had a permanent retainer break, and Dr. Arpino went out of his way in between appointments to fix it. All my appointments were punctual and the staff truly do an amazing job making you feel at ease. I couldn’t be happier with my results and only wish that I had gone in sooner. I wouldn’t trust my teeth to any professionals other than Dr. Arpino and his amazing staff. I’m an adult now, but I went to Dr. Arpino in 2004 for my braces and permanent retainers. Recently, my bottom permanent retained came unattached from one bottom tooth (first problem I had in almost 20 years). I live in Chicago, so I got it fixed at an orthodontist in the city. They fixed it so poorly it came unattached after one year! I decided it was time to make the trek to Dr. Arpino to get it fixed by a PRO!! He fixed it so fast!! It feels perfect and very secure. Dr. Arpino and his team are friendly, patient, kind and affordable. I can’t say enough great things!!!!

Dr Arpino and his team are the best! They are excellent at what they do, but the things that really makes Dr Arpino’s office extraordinary are the attitudes of him and his employees and the general atmosphere of his office! It is a very relaxed environment and I can tel his staff genuinely love their jobs. Everyone is so kind and pleasant! From my original experience getting braces as a teenager almost ten years ago to fixing a broken permanent retainer now, I would never go to another orthodontist! PS: kids will love playing with the arcade games in the basement while they wait for their appointment! I used to look forward to going to the orthodontist so I could play the with them lol
