Arrived at the hotel in Libertyville on Thursday afternoon and needed to change the bed requestfor my room due to recent changes in travel. The staff were pleasant and quick to accommodate. Room was clean and plenty of towels and washcloths. We went to the pool and the water and areas were clean (and they brought us towels). Breakfast was served daily with eggs (scrambled or cheese omlette), bacon, sausage, hashbrown potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, pastries, assorted juices and coffee. All was delicious. They have a small store for snacks and beverages next to front desk. Close to Starbucks, pub and other shops. Not far from Navy graduation. Highly recommend

Smelled musty. Like a hotel in Florida that has been flooded in a hurricane. Ice machine was busted. Fire alarm was missing from the ceiling. But the breakfast was decent.

My checking in process was fast my checkout process was faster. Breakfast was good. 5 stars for the coffee in the lobby. The staff kept it ready for the Navy graduation crowd. You can tell this was not their first rodeo. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. A/C was cold. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a bit of a debacle at first. We booked a suite, which was just a run with a desk. They placed us in a bigger room. We got a two room suite, which included a bedroom. The room was quiet and pretty clean. The door was completely off, so it didn't even lock. There was a pool party one night which went late into the night, well past 10:00! We were on the third floor but could still hear the music very very well, too well. The breakfast was ok. It was usually completely gone by 9:00. Like nothing left minus milk and coffee. Even the juice machine quit working. However, the location was really good! It was near everything! I would stay again, just go to breakfast much much earlier.

This location is excellent! Nice quiet location with a great pool if you’re traveling with children. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Room was very clean and perfectly maintained. I would give it 4.5 stars, my only reason is that the walls are extremely thin. Obviously at no fault to the staff but I could hear the TV and snoring of the individual in the room next to me. Luckily the A/C units in the room have a “perpetual fan” mode so that was able to drown out the snoring and TV with no issue, however the walls and doors are paper thin compared to other locations I’ve stayed at. Overall this is a excellent location for an overnight for a business trip.

Great place to stay in Libertyville! Hotel is located just 5 min north of downtown and the train station. Property is clean and well managed. Room is huge with all the desired amenities and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Delicious breakfast provided every morning. Would highly recommend staying here.
