This is my first review that I have ever written in my life and that should tell you something about this place. First of all, if you want to be scammed, come here. I have never signed up for a gym membership, so Xsport became my first gym. I told the person who was signing me up that it was my first time, and I guess that was an easy way for them to take advantage of me. First, they told me I should sign up for the more expensive membership for the first month to avoid all of the starting fees if I chose the cheapest one. I thought it was a really smart idea, considering that the starting fees were up to $70!! So I got the $39 membership for the first month with no starting fees. I thought it was weird that I gave them my debit card and that was that. I didn’t have to sign anything, which was the first red flag for me, but it was my first gym sign up so I didn’t know much. It was about 2 weeks into my membership and I was suddenly charged $49!! I was confused and very upset so I called. When I called and told them, they said that it was the annual maintenance fee. Upon signing up, I was NEVER told about ANY fees. While on the phone, I also asked about switching my membership. The guy on the phone specifically told me that if I switch my membership to the $9 one before my billing date (which was in 2 weeks) that I wouldn’t be charged $39, so I switched it. 2 weeks later on my billing date, I was charged $39!!!! Beyond furious, I went in and asked for a manager. The manager was not helpful at all and could not help me. He told me to just call corporate, so i did. I called corporate twice, was on hold both times for 20 min, and was hung up on twice!! I didn’t not speak to ANYONE. This has been a long and painful process and I am tired of it. I may be an 18 year old girl, but I refuse to let this place take advantage of me. I am continuing to fight for my money back.

I'm so disappointed that I have to give this fitness center 1 star. I work in the area and I had the option of going to lifetime fitness or choosing Xsport Fitness, well let me tell you, the customer service is extremely rude . I'm not sure if I was ignored because they believe I did not fit the image for this gym , not saying what I really want to say because I don't want to believe that this day In age racism is still going on. I had 3 staff members walk by me continuously not acknowledging me, I understand I did not have an appointment , but that still is not an excuse. This makes me wonder how Management is training these people! This is terrible to be treated like this and embarrassing. I just said hell with it and left , my money is green and can be spent where I'm treated equally and fairly. I wonder how many others have been treated like this . Maybe this shouldn't be ignored , maybe it should start a conversation with upper management.

This place is FRAUD! Stole over $2200 out of my bank account! Have reached out to many members of management and have been told that the regional manager is unavailable for calls! This business is the worst! Do not give these people your card info. Go to Planet Fitness, or Snap Fitness or LA Fitness. These people are con artists!

Frankly, I find the xsports employees to be very kind and helpful, like Connor and Charles. Still, then there are other employees like Ryan who like to discourage his sports members by telling them they're small or ugly and would harass some of my friends online, and I don’t understand how someone that works at a gym can break people down by body shaming. I think he should be relieved of his job at xsport fitness because he makes the environment very toxic and does the opposite of what he’s supposed to be doing and yet still gets paid for it. I hope someone handles this.

READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!! I want to start off by saying that the gym alone is great, and the personal training team is nice and makes you feel comfortable when just starting out at the gym. HOWEVER, I would like to stress this to EVERYONE thinking about getting a membership that the sales team (at this specific location) promise to waive certain fees/provide a free month of membership in exchange for signing up for their fitness programs (X-IT, Personal Training, etc.). After my friend and I came in on 1/8/2020 to take a look at the location and sign-up for their January Promo ($1 down, + a free month), the Sales Manager came up to us after discussing our contract with a representative, trying to get us to buy personal training sessions. We declined politely a number of times and explained that we did not have finances to sign up for these sessions, and eventually, the Manager let it go. The representative we were originally working with came back to finish up the contract. He began negotiating pricing for a total of FOUR X-IT sessions, we said no, but then he offered to give us a SECOND MONTH FREE and was only charging us $55 for all four sessions. With such an amazing offer, we agreed to the sessions in exchange for another free month (on top of the free month that we were already getting for the January promo). We were, of course, informed that we were to be charged for the first month on 1/15/20 and then the $49 annual fee on 2/15/20. I would like to stress this next part, my friend and I asked him MULTIPLE TIMES to ensure that we heard his offer correctly. Each and every time he said the same thing and assured us that we would be getting a total of TWO MONTHS FOR FREE in exchange for signing up for these X-IT sessions. Now comes 2/15/2020, my friend and I check our bank statements to see that we were charged a total of $89.95 each. The first thing I'd like to note is that we were not informed that we had to redeem the points online to receive the free month in February. Although frustrating, we understand now that it is stated in the contract (in small printing of course) that we need to do this online. Secondly, after consulting with a CS Representative over the phone, she informed me that I only had 30 redeemable points loaded onto my account for the free month (30 points = redeemable for a free month membership). I explained to her that this is not correct and that I should have a total of 60 points for the two months I was promised when signing up. She then informed me that this is not stated on my contract and that she cannot honor any "verbal contracts" I had made in person. We are very frustrated with our experience at XSport, and more specifically with how shady and uninformative the sales representatives are with their customers. Again, I am not discouraging this gym as it is in a great location and the majority of the staff are very nice people, but do not and I repeat DO NOT TRUST that the sales representatives will keep their word. From my experience, they only care about your money - after coming in on 1/23/20 for concern regarding the X-IT program, my friend and I requested to speak to the manager as we had a few questions. The manager (yes, the same sales manager that kept trying to convince us to buy the sessions on the day that we first came in) finally came up to us after waiting for about 10-15 min, he asked us what he could help us with, in which I attempted to explain the reason for us coming in today, he cut me off a few words in trying to sell us personal training sessions. I stopped him mid-sentence and informed him that I had already purchased these services and actually had a question regarding X-IT, and to my (not so much) surprise, he cut me off AGAIN and began informing me about the program and completely disregarded what I was trying to say. If there is anything I'd like you all to gain from reading this review: -MAKE SURE THAT ALL "OFFERS/DISCOUNTS" ARE PRINTED ON THE CONTRACT -And as obvious as it may seem, DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT W/O READING IT FULLY!!

This place is an absolute joke. I was told by an employee that even with the mask mandate, I was not required to wear a mask indoors. A few days later the manager Melissa stated I did have to have one on. While I will adhere to the businesses rules, it does not seem like they are on the same page. With an preexisting illness that limits my airway, masks can be dangerous for me. I found Melissa to be rude and verbally aggressive. The customer service was lacking. I've been a loyal member for close to ten years. It is disappointing to be treated with little respect. *I also happened to see a number of Caucasian people go in after me, without a mask, and NOT be told to put a mask on before entering. I am of minority descent. ** see attached photos of the manager "Melissa" and employees violating their own policy.

3 account managers said they would call the police on me for trying to steal my money from me they charged me 6 months of gym membership after a worker said they canceled my gym membership. These managers are suppose to work with the customer and be friendly and helpful. They were all the opposite of this and rude, disrespectful, and unkind. I would not recommend these 3 managers at all. They would not refund me my money even though it was their fault for charging me after they said they would cancel. Over $300 of charges. The one manager acted as if he were going to attack me and the other lady manager was completely rude talking over me.

I came here just wondering about membership options and the GM kept pushing personal trainers onto me, making me give him all this information about my weight to make me a “customized” plan, made me take my BMI when I literally just wanted to come work out. I tried to make it obvious I did not want to do any of that, made me super uncomfortable and wasted almost over an hour of my time just for me to come the next day and cancel because I felt so uncomfortable being there. It seemed very pushy and very judgemental. I have already lost over 40 pounds and they made me feel like what I was doing just wasn’t enough because I NEED a trainer. I was there for 10 seconds and felt weird and I would not recommend. I also did not see any sanitizing wipes for the machines and that’s gross.

Decent gym but you can never simply sign up. If a person wants to become a member you will be hurdled through a lowball initial price then aggressively upsold at every opportunity until they reveal the hidden fees once you are moments away from signing a contract.

Decided to give this gym another chance. Nothing Has changed. Reps still harass your guest into becoming members. I still have to bring a gym bag to avoid leaving anything in the filthy locker-rooms. Gyms too crowded with high schoolers walking around like bullies lol. Furthermore, I guess they have a new 10 dollar cancelation fee which the manager used as a way to deter me from canceling. I couldn't give him the 10 dollars any faster.

Will scam you they charged me 360$ for a gym I went to once and I called and canceled and thought it was solved until I see this charge months later. Then I call my bank they can’t dispute it because supposedly you can only cancel with a written agreement mailed in to xsport. Definitely be on the lookout for that

My account was frozen for months and finally I had to chance to drive 2,5 hours to cancel my membership because I moved. The problem is that no one can give me correct answers as to how to cancel. They somehow charged me $21 for no reason!!! My account was frozen!!! And I came personally in and cancel my membership!!!! Are you guys trying to take last chance to steal my money? The manager on the phone was also rude! NEVER! NEVER AGAIN!!! BE AWARE OF THIS PLEASE!!!

I had bad experience with this location. Before lockdown due to Covid-19. I was signed up for freeze my account then Sep’26 it’s charge me full price. I am call back then I got an answer that they can’t find my document and my account never freeze. Plus, the full price charge can not refund!. I don’t think it’s make sense if they charge me during Covid-19 still spread around and high cases. Who want to take this risk by going to gym?. So disappointed and will close my membership.

I want to tell you my experience, the service in this club suffers noticeably. I purchased the most expensive subscription to this club so that I could visit the sauna. There are always advertising SMS from the club, but they don’t say anything about changes in the club’s work, and something is always not working. The jacuzzi was not working for two weeks, now the sauna will not be working for two weeks. Yesterday I just wasted my time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this club.

This gym is always really clean, staff is friendly and the members are helpful. The locker room is very big and also always clean. There is even plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot, but beware of Libertyville Police, they are out there waiting to catch someone speeding!

I came to check out the Xsport Gym on Oct 11, 2019 with my wife. We weren't sure about getting a membership, so the Manager Ryan and the sales agent (Chase) offered us a discounted rate and the guarantee that we would get a full refund ($99.85*2=$199.70) if we cancelled within the first 30 days. We didn't want to make a decision that day, so Ryan told us that the offer would be valid till Oct 13. We came back on Oct 13 and signed up for the membership. We were given the discounted rate and the 30 day money back guarantee. Anyway, we found a better gym membership deal through our health insurance, so we cancelled our membership within 8 days (Oct 21). The cancellation was handled by Ryan again. He asked us if we could wait (for him to process the cancellation and refund) till Nov 10 so that Chase can get the commission for the membership. He told me he was just looking out for his employees and that we did not need to worry, that he is the Manager and that he will take care of it. We agreed, signed a cancellation form and left our key tags with him. We had only used the gym 4 times and we didn't use any of the complimentary services or the free training session that is allowed for the new members. On Oct 25, I got a text from Chase asking me to come and sign a new membership form. I asked him why since we had already cancelled our membership. He told us that he needed us to do it so that he could get paid and it would not affect our cancellation. He asked me to do it as a favor to him. So I came on Oct 27 (with my wife) and signed new contracts. Chase also told us that our cancellation was already in the system. On Nov 9, I sent a text to Chase asking him to remind Ryan that he is supposed to process our cancellation and refund by Nov 10. Chase texted me back that he does not work at Xsport anymore. I immediately went to Xsport (Nov 9) and asked to meet with Ryan. The employees there said that Ryan wasn't there and he would only be available on Nov 11 (Monday). The employees there also told me that they do not see anything in the system regarding our cancellation or refund. I went to Xsport on Nov 11 and asked to meet Ryan. The employees there kept asking me to sign another cancellation form. I refused as I had already signed a cancellation form on Oct 21. After waiting for about 40 minutes, he came to talk to me. I reminded him about our agreement and that he was supposed to process our cancellation as well as refund us the initial $199.70 amount. He agreed and said that he had cancelled our account and submitted a request for a refund. I asked him for a receipt, but he said they don't have receipts, so he gave me a printout of our refund request. He told us to wait 7-10 days to see it posted on the credit card. It's Dec 10 today, we still haven't received any refund. In fact, we were charged an additional $20 ($10*2) on Nov 16, which I assume is for the cancellation. So there you go. I am looking into what my options are in regards to claiming my refund. Update: After posting this review, Xsport customer service got in touch with me and issued a refund.

Spa services were disappointing. No instruction on how to start & use the hydropod, room #5. I just shelled out $400 the other day for the self Spa BOGO Special. So I am "New enrollment". How about a little instruction? Some tutorial help for me? I just signed up Thursday night. Oh and on a side note, as I was leaving my gym tonight, the spa lady said "There goes that f**king guy."

Amenities are okay. On busy days and times it can be hard to use the machine you would like to use. The vents attached to the ceiling are absolutely disgusting. The dust is caked on to the vent. I noticed because while I was running on the treadmill dust particles were literally falling down on me. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.

This post is important if you go to XSport fitness in Libertyville. I just had a terrible experience with the manager there. They are not following proper Covid protocols. The manager refused to give me his name after being extremely rude to me. I’ve already sent an email to their corporate office but they are obviously not open on a Sunday. Normally I would not bash a local business but this place is disgusting and the way I was treated was the rudest, most unprofessional way I have ever been treated by an employee at an establishment that serves our communities. Unfortunately my son likes working out there but I will no longer go unless I receive an apology for the way I was treated and this manager needs to be fired instantly. This place should be shut down by the health department. Go at your own risk! Or go somewhere that treats you better!

Please really walk through it with a fine tooth comb, try some equipment, find your favorites and try them FIRST. KNOW the gym you will be going to before you join. I would NOT do it again, EVEN IF IT WERE FREE. Just get on a random treadmill, go look in the spa rooms, try a bicep curl. Use the bathroom, wash your hands, visit the dry sauna in there. See if you feel supported, good and energized by the atmosphere, will you enjoy it? Get a good work out? Then consider it. This craphole was not for me.

Great gym but the staff is always pressuring you to buy more and sometimes it’s too much. When someone says no multiple times they should stop asking to spend more money. Overall they leave you alone most of the time.

I’ve been a member of LA for many years and decided to try a new club. I choose this one mainly because of the classes . I like their diversity , all instructors are good. Self-spa is also a big attraction. Nevertheless, the management looks like cares only about selling memberships and individual trainings. The steamer room in women section has never worked since I’m a member . Other members say it didn’t work last year neither . Everyone’s complaints are just ignored . I came up couple of time to Ryan , the GM about this too. No change since. The pool and especially a hot tub don’t look clean . I used the hot tub two times and both times toilet paper and something nasty were floating . It feels like an enormous amount of chlorine is used also . Please fix the steamer room and update the disinfection system in pool area .

I signed up for the 60 days challenge on July 26, 2021. Al took pictures of me on the 26 and sold me supplements on the 26 then told me the challenge was supposed to end on September 26. When I sign up I was initially charged twice for 16 sessions instead of 8 sessions. I had to call cooperation to resolve this issue because they (Libertyville location) were not willing to resolve it. They keep making empty promises until I had to decide to call myself and told them if we can not resolve this let's just cancel it. Canceling was a decision I should have stuck with because the headaches that came after were not worthy. I spoke to Al, Bryant and they never returned theirs calls when they promised to call back. To get a hold of them you have to go there in person. Instead of fixing the issue they will just avoid you and hope you get tired and give up. The whole program looks like a scam to me. They were quick to take my money but never serve the service they were selling or have promised. The training part was horrible with Sam because he was not punctual. I demanded another trainer and that process of getting a new trainer was horrible too. They finally assign Jake to me and we had good communication plus he showed up to what we agreed on and we were able to complete a lot of work out (all 8 sessions). Jake pushed me and challenged me. We made a lot of progress and I lost 25 pounds in 2 months. I was looking forward to uploading my after pictures but I could not because the challenge was complete in the system. I was trying to upload it on the 25 of September and Bryant told me to wait until the 26 (”the 26 will be exactly 60 days”) not knowing 60 days were already passed. I came on the 26 and that was still a problem to upload the after pictures. Another employee finally caught the problem. He told me that the challenge was supposed to end on the 24 because July and August had 31 days which make senses. All this could have been avoided if I was given the correct information or if my trainer had the correct information too. Their leadership at that location is very rude by not returning calls after they promised to call back. The little information I got was through my trainer. Their communication skills and accountability sucks. I was looking forward to fully participate in the challenge. In conclusion, you are better off accessing just the gym and work out than to buy their services. I will say 90 percent of their personnel are lazy starting from their leadership. You want to get things resolved, go in person not on the phone they will ignore you and not return your call.

If I could give zero reviews, I would.. Staff is horrible! I called to express my concern with an issue with my GUEST PASS, .Tina had transferred my call to Q and he was just saying “yea” after every sentence I made. I then had ask if he could let me finish what I was saying, he then transferred me back to Tina. At that point I was disgusted with customer service! On the other hand, My fiancé and I got turned around one day because no one was able to help with activating our guest past. Went back the next day and got it activated, worked out the next 2 day just to get turned around AGAIN just because our information was not showing up. It wasn’t just one of us it was both of our information, I found it so strange. As if they didn’t want us there by the attitudes given. They proceed to ask for a ID , him and I don’t bring purses or wallets in the gym let me remind you, we live close so we walked. As if I’m about to walk back for an Id that I had already brought twice for them. Tina also had ask “how do you drive without a Drivers License” I was blown. I felt like I was getting interrogated just to work out. If that’s how they treat their guest then management needs to reconsider employees with hospitality and respect.

Solid gym with a variety of workout options for all people. Knowledgeable staff, and I got a free year of membership after signing up for my first year. I wish the pool was bigger, but I appreciate what they did with their space. They also have a bunch of recovery stuff as well for post workout. I will say tho, the wet sauna in the men's locker has a, strange, odor.

Had a membership for over a year, had training lessons with one of the personal trainers. Everything went well, untill life took a turn and I have to move out of state. Canceled my membership, and had still trainings left with my personal trainer, one of the managers that are left there told me to call “corporate” the number on the back of my membership card, when trying to reach them it’s impossible, they dont even let you try to call them, either they are on “lunch” break or its the New York office. Ridiculous, trying to get some money back.

  • 1/5 Jorge B. 6 months ago on Google
They raised the price of my membership twice, within the span of a months, without notifying me. People are able to walk into the locker rooms with bolt cutters without staff having any clue what's going on. Got my lock broken into, filed a report, and they told me that corporate was going to give me a call back and they never did.

There’s a 7 day Free trial that’s offered online. I haven’t been to Xsport in months and so I signed up for the trial. I got a code and everything. When I got there, the lady said she could not give me the pass because I had to wait 2 years before I could get the next one. Then why is it offered online? My email should’ve been recognized and the system should not have given me the code. Very inconvenient.

Terrible basketball experience, unlike any XSport I have been to (I travel all around the state). Guests cannot play, court closes at 11pm (24/7 facility?!), and management tends to not care for this demographic at all. I would suggest taking a 20 minute drive down to the XSport in Arlington Heights- way more clean as well!

I had a fantastic experience at Xsport Fitness in Libertyville. The girl working the front desk at 1am on June 15th was absolutely amazing. Her warm smile, kind words, and friendly greetings created such a positive energy throughout the facility. She truly made me feel welcome and appreciated as a member. It’s people like her who make the gym experience so enjoyable. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Went in to do the 7-Day dollar trial. But ended up taking premier. Because if you like to tan, swim, and use all the goodies you have to get the premiere but it's a good deal overall. Reason being is they cut the cost of amenities. In other words you have to bring your own towel your own shampoo Etc but overall it's clean staff is friendly and it's a No-Frills Club. Which does have going for it it has a little bit of everything and what it does have it works. Best it's 24 hours and it's close. If you don't want a fancy Club and you just want to use facilities this is the club to go to

I love this facility so much! I switched to XSport from LA Fitness. My experience with LA Fitness is that the staff is rude and do not care about their members. Tina, the operations manager, at the Libertyville XSport location, is very welcoming and nice, along with the rest of the staff. I am so happy that I switched to XSport. I definitely made the right decision.

I was tricked into signing a contract to pay a $10 cancellation fee when I was only told that I was signing my signature to cancel my membership. The gym wreaks of sweat. Equipment is not cleaned regularly. The pool also has debris falling from the ceiling.

Please a visit if you want to see the love child of a gym and a used car dealership. If you cancel membership and have things squared away, I recommend blocking their numbers. They will call you a lot

XSport in Libertyville is pretty cool!! The trainers are awesome and I love the atmosphere and the way that it really feels like a community!! I'm excited about the cryotherapy coming soon!!

Great gym and great location. Highly recommend checking this place out! Plenty of amenities, such as Xfit, pool, sauna, and lots of equipment machines to suit any workout! And if you help with personal training they have that too. Say Hi if you see me behind the desk!

Such a great atmosphere…. The workouts are different every day and the results are great. The coaches are motivating and upbeat! The staff in general is helpful and very informative. It’s great to walk through the doors and leave feeling amazing. Highly recommended!

Our family LOVES this gym. We go everyday and have the childcare pass which we also LOVE. What makes this gym so great is seriously Emily. Every time you come into the gym she makes sure to greet you and has AMAZING customer service. You bring an issue to her attention and she fixes it asap. She is seriously always making herself busy and never is standing still. She does everything even if they are short on staff she doesn’t let that affect her mood. Seriously just the best!

I have been a member of XSport for years, and the one issue I seem to have is with the spa services. I used to try to tan or use services from 5-7am, but no one would ever be able to sign me in. I eventually had to start making separate trips to work out and tan. Ever since CoVid and the hour changes, I can barely work out at any XSport. I have a free, 24-hour fitness center in my complex but still choose to support XSport. Today, I went in about 30 min before the gym closed because I was coming from work. I wasn’t even allowed to tan. The employee told me there was someone tanning in the last available bed and would be at least another 8 minutes, so I would have to come back tomorrow. It would have been appropriate for that employee to let me tan a few minutes after closing, if necessary, because I pay for these services and came in 30 min before closing. Perhaps the employee didn’t realize how disrespectful he was, but I don’t see a point in paying for a membership here when I cannot use any of the services I pay for.

I don't need much. I see something heavy and I pick it up. Then...I put it back down. I don't use the gym or spin classes or pools/hot tubs, massage therapy, trainers etc. All I want is to have something to pick up and put down again and also use the machines. Sometimes the machines are broken and sometimes it takes a while to get them fixed. My one gripe is that this gym will wait until something spontaneously combusts and melts to the floor before they fix it. So I guess I'm saying upkeep is not as good as I wish. That being said, the gym is good enough for me and for the monthly price I can't expect too much.

Not bad. Could be larger but has everything you need. Lockers and showers are off limits due to covid. Bathroom is available. Swimming pool is by appt. only at this time.

I really enjoyed coming to this gym after long days at work to get a good work out in pre-pandemic. The equipment always seemed clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and kind. The group fitness classes were awesome and the best part! There’s a great sense of community in those classes. Unfortunately I’m moving to an area without an XSport, so I had to cancel my membership. However, the staff made it very easy and were super accommodating of my situation. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Tried to call to freeze my membership because of COVID, but was told that i have to be in there in order to do it. Just very inconvenience during a special period of time like now. Will not renew.

Like many other people have reviewed this gym as this place is a scam. I signed up THE DAY BEFORE they closed for covid and am still being charged in november of 2020. Was told I can't cancel/get a refund for personal training I never even used and that I'd have to send a LETTER to their "Corporate office" to get it resolved. In 2020. As if it couldn't be handled then and there. Tried calling their customer service line and was waiting 30 minutes before I gave up waiting. Still don't know if I'll just keep getting charged or what but save yourself the migraine and don't go here. It wouldn't even be worth it if you lived across the street, you'd be better off driving 30 minutes to some other gym just to avoid their scams

Just went into the Libertyville location since the gym is open now. The emails state that you should wear a mask when not working out. However, this is not being enforced by anyone. Members are walking in with no face covering, most people aren't wearing anything, even between sets/exercises, and even some trainers are not wearing a mask, or keeping it pulled down whole time they're with a client, or when they're up at the front desk. I'll stick to home workouts for the time being.

I'll have to change my review later to a higher star rating maybe, but after going to xsport for the first time since they closed, I get charged full price for a gym that is not even half operational. Steam room, sauna, pool, machines, ect. I understand the distance we need between eachother but Atleast charge the customers half of what you are providing. Other then this problem, this gym is among the cleanest and nicest gym I have been in, not like some of the ones located in Arlington heights, Niles, and some City Xsport's, there is no competition when it comes to the Libertyville Xsport. 5stars on everything else when its fully operational.

Nice gym plenty of fitness equipment .. I'm new to XSport so I have not had a chance to explore the entire gym .. but what drew me to it is the 24/7 schedule .. I'm looking to forward to trying their free weights some of the hammer strength equipment

Unprofessional behavior by the staff. Won't step foot in this joint again. I had a person on a wheel chair with me and the managers did not want to let us in, even tho I had my pass that allowed me to have one guest per session, I was very disappointed!!! And the locker room smells like something died in there!

Ive been a member for many years and have watched this facility get a much needed facelift. However, since the facility was redone their maintenance has been severly limited. The don’t seem to want to keep it clean, repair abused lockers, replace lost or missing grips on equipment, fix broken shower heads, repair or replace shower hooks. With a little determination this place could be a a much better place as it’s location is so convenient.
