Amazing place for the Family. Amazing food and amazing games, superb atmosphere. 4 stars because we got cheated on our tickets and my daughters prizes and that made my 6 y/o cry on the way home. Food staff was amazing although game staff was rude and refused to fix their mistake. Nobody is perfect but kids need to go home happy not crying.

Really nice arcade with a lot of options. Probably better for smaller kids and teens in regards to the games choices. Drinks were pretty good a food was delicious. Our bartender was really nice and super informative when it came to the menu. You are able to leave your stuff at the table, play games and then come back and finish your drink/ meal. Prices for games were pretty cheap and you get a card that you can reuse at a different date in case you don't use it all in one day.

Nice place to play some arcade games and spent time with the family.They just need a little bit more staff to keep the place clean 🥃🍸🍹🥂.

Dave & Buster's arcade and restaurant offers a very photogenic entrance. There is an oversized city portrait once inside and a large stairway that leads up to the front desk. Elevator is optional. It is accessible both by the mall and directly from outside. The entire facility is located on the second floor. Gaming selection is quite good as well as prizes. Don't forget to come on half price Wednesdays. Every time I come here it's not too crowded unless you visit on a weekend . This Dave & Buster's is kind of tucked away behind some construction at the moment. Construction is planned to be finished by 2023. Typical food options found in American bar style restaurants with slight twist. Nice large bar with beer and plenty of sports programs playing weekly. Plenty of tables for large parties.

Outstanding experience today! Our waiter was attentive, recommended a delicious meal and refilled our drinks. He did a great job! I also saw the manager helping clear tables and i don't see that at other restaurants. I thought that was incredible. The games were so fun. Great selection. Great prizes too. It was a fun day.

UPDATE ON SECOND CHANCE BELOW went from 4 stars, to a 3 star review (FIRST VISIT) The food was amazing...I also just love going to play the games on half price days with my bf, but I ordered a juice and they filled it up with so much ice that when I removed it, it was only half filled with juice...what a rip off (SECOND CHANCE/VISIT) Not only were the people who were trying to seat us to dine completely confused, we had to wait half an hour for a table in an empty dining area, we were also seated at the wrong table to then be moved, and when we were seated at a table the floor underneath us was wet (like someone had spilled something). I was given a soda that tasted like dirty sink water with ice (after me saying...NO ICE). We asked for a drink with 2 shots and it only had one (we know because it didn't taste as strong and the receipt it said it had one shot). A lot of the machines weren't working and kept having trouble reading the game cards and no one was around to help fix it. Pizza was good (not as great as last time, sadly)

The place was just dirty garbage lying around. Some of which was right when you walk in cans overflowing. 2 hrs later same cans overflowed. Food was terrible myself and another table had issues. Little to no soap in the bathrooms. The place is pretty dirty. Not going back!

Terrible. Was told food to be ready in 10-15. Arrived 20min after calling in order. Waited almost 40min at the location. Got food finally at 12:40P (order was placed at 11:50A). No apology given. Had a 8min drive home. Pizza was cold. Steak was over cooked to point it was so chewy I threw it out. My kid wouldn’t even eat the pizza which wasn’t for him because it was so salty and cold. Veggies were dry as hell. Steak - awful. Not what I would call rare. Filled out survey asking for a call back from manager. Nope. No call back. Waste of time and money. Will not return. Ever. Junk. Overpriced.

If you are looking for an afternoon full of fun games, Billards, or food. This is the place to come too. I have been coming here for over 20 years and it is nice that very often they exchange the games and there are lots of new ones.

Great place to visit for family fun. Brought my 6 and 10 year old daughters here for a birthday party. Food in the restaurant was decent enough, nothing to write home about, but was good. Where this place shines is in all of the games. Easy to load credits onto a card that can then be used for games. Good variety from arcade style games to driving games, you name it, they have it here! Kids had a great time, but spending a day here adds up quickly and it was a $250+ day for the four of us.

The family spent 6 hours here playing games and eating. There were a lot of people but we still had fun. We played pool which was fairly inexpensive. They have newer games which were really fun to play, including a VR station. The food has always been delicious. Good time, family fun.

Ceiling was.leaking water everywhere from storm. Turning away customer 2 hours before close. I know everyone is short staffed. But adjust hours. We drove an hour. Because the website said open. Called open. Get there. Turned away. I had said something to manager. She had to beg a server. To stay longer? I have been waiting table for 17 years and I completely understand the short staff situation. But I was most mad about the fact of how far we drove the flooding walk ways inside the building and the cold food. Oh. And ⚠️ not one game was half price. We spent tons of money. Definitely wasn't worth it.

The games are fun and the staff has been helpful. Any time we have had issues with a game not working, they're always quick to look at it and refund any credits lost. It's also much cleaner than other Dave and Busters I have been to.

Took or granddaughter for her 6th birthday! Food was good, but our server may have been having an off day. She was very friendly, but we had to ask a few times, for sugar fir my tea, and forgot the cake. The 6 year old was ready to play games. It took us almost 20 minutes to get the cake after we were given the bill first

I'm from Arizona and I was at this particular location for a work event. It's the first Dave & Buster's that I've ever been at. The virtual reality games that they have to play cannot be beat and altogether it was a great experience. I don't know if it's company policy or state law in Illinois to only allow a person to have one drink and a time at the bar or not but I felt that was a little ridiculous. Also the drink prices were rather high but then again these days so is everything else. I give Dave and Buster's a 9 out of 10.

I was there to celebrate two birthdays Terrible experience!!! order two appetizers right away it took 2 hours for two appetizers and one drink, I never got my food. waiter was nice however didn't even check up on us once. every time we needed something we kept calling our waiter after waiting for 3 hours decided to walk out!!!!!!!. This was a Party of Five.

I would like to thank our sever and everyone who is working on Thanksgiving. Food was great, other than my wife beating me in most of the games, it was a great night.

Even though the wait staff was down a couple of people, the food preparers in the back were VERY fast! We got 2 orders of wings, fries, and fried pickles. The fried pickles must have been sitting out under the hot lamp because they were not hot or crispy. I’m not sure what supplier group they purchase their ranch from or if anyone at D&Bs has tasted the ranch but it’s sweet and un-flavorful. The food was good enough to not need it however. The games were very fun, not too many broke down. We were very pleased with the variety of games and with how much time we were able to spend there off of nearly 800 tokens. Looking forward to going there on Wednesday when they have some deals!

Stopped by for food , ordered a burger medium well with fries..wife ordered the pretzel sticks with 2 sauces. Food was spot on n cooked right Service was excellent.

I've been here invited to kids birthdays. The food service was pretty bad. One of the kids got food poisoning. The games are overpriced and they force you to get more points on your card because the games have odd required credits, like 10.3/game. Why not make it even or whole numbers. There's plenty of outside parking. I'll go here only when invited to a special occasion such as a birthday celebration.

excellent place to have fun with family .... we spent several hours playing and sharing with children without spending too much ... just that there should be more staff sanitizing the equipment ... in fact nobody does that ... just a game had wipes

The bar in the back where the gaming room is, the service was pretty bad. The bar wasn't busy at all. It took us 30 minutes to order our beverages. The waiting for a table took long as well. Reservations were placed on tables and those tables were empty. Didn't make sense when people were trying to have a meal and that they woudnt allow the next individuals to take those seats even after an hr of standing around.

Dave & Buster's Addison is an absolute gem, and my recent visit was made even more memorable thanks to the incredible service provided by the lovely Gigi at the bar. Gigi's infectious personality and warm friendliness truly elevated my experience. Not only did she craft some of the most delicious drinks I've ever tasted, but her expert mixology skills and attention to detail ensured that the alcohol to juice ratios were absolutely perfect. Each sip was a burst of flavor, with the refreshing touch of fresh fruits that made the cocktails even more delightful. Gigi's dedication to her craft and passion for creating memorable beverages truly shone through, and I am immensely grateful for her outstanding service. She is undoubtedly a shining star at Dave & Buster's Addison, and I can't wait to return for another fantastic evening of drinks and fun, all thanks to the incredible Gigi!

I came on a Sunday night at 7:00pm to still see so many children and families! The front desk woman was frustrated, and I can understand, she deals with people in a large loud open room, trying to manage a crowd all day. We bought whatever $60 equated us and we waited (played games) 2 hours to be seated in the restaurant for our party of 12. It was empty by the time we sat down, but the waitress said she couldn't split the check without all the meals coming out one at a time. Sure, why not? We would all be chatting. Meals came quickly but many of us had already finished eating by the time the other half of the table even received a plate. I paid $12 for their signature drink (beware those without price tags, they'll get-cha!) That probably had $5 worth of ingredients. Maybe I'll try a Wednesday... I liked the giant Hungry, hungry Hippo game, and Star Wars in VR was cool.

Staff here are awesome! Once inside there's nothing exciting about it. Granted I went in the afternoon but I would have expected someone at the bar to take my order. I had to go find someone to help me.

Fun is had but not food. My family comes here for a fun time to play games only. We are not fans of the food though simply because it's highly priced bar food. The eating experience is not worth the cost. They recently have made some updates with new games and a V.R. experience.

My company had a team building activity here, and we had a great time. We had a private room for our meal. We had a taco bar. The food was amazing! The servers were very kind and incredibly attentive. I asked for coke with Grenadine, and the server asked me if I wanted a pitcher of it. I said of course, that would be perfect. She treated all of us with kindness and excellent service. The games were tons of fun, and it fairly easy to win enough tickets to bring home some surprises for my kids. This place is tons of fun.

I went there for the first time with my friend yesterday and we can't wait to go back! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was phenomenal we both got bacon burgers and they were really big for just $14, the burgers were so big we had to take half of it home😂. The gaming area was so much fun! A large variety of games to choose from, I especially like it because instead of carrying a bunch of paper tickets that you earn and could lose, all you need is a gaming card that holds all your ticket points! If I could give it more stars I would, I recommend you go to this place if you want to have a fun time!☺☺

We've been going to this D&B for years, and I was shocked when we got there tonight for my son's birthday. Half the games were broke or shut off, the workers -aside from the front desk staff that greeted us when we came in- were rude or completely ignored us. To be honest, I'm surprised that someone hasn't called the dept of health on those bathrooms, the smell was disgusting, like is it a sewage problem?!?! Sadly, I think COVID hit them hard and they're not coming back from it.

I have been to this Dave & Buster’s several times in the past. I have been there with friends, I have been there for work functions and I have been there with my two kids (age 5 and 7). For all of these reasons to visit, I have never been disappointed. Even during the Coronavirus pandemic, the facility addresses all patrons’ concerns. The bar is manned by helpful and friendly bartenders. The front desk personnel are helpful. The ticket/prize area is well organized and easy to navigate. There are not as many games as some of the other big-name video game establishments, but that is because these isn’t a second floor and more space is dedicated to the bar, pool tables, and dining area. Even so, the games are fun and functioning. I will continue to visit this Dave & Buster’s anytime I need to escape from reality.

Came in the other night. Games were fun, food was great and we had a fun time overall. Our server was Katrina and she was great! She explained menu items well, was very attentive and definitely went above and beyond for us. When we come back we will definitely be asking for Katrina!

So many games! The front desk staff was super helpful and informative. Some machines are not operational to encourage social distancing. One of our games kept stalling, but a game tech was right there to help. My son had a blast! Clean environment. Clean, safe bathrooms. Friendly staff. Strong adult beverages. Good food. Fun prizes. I highly recommend Dave & Buster's.
