Bar none- the best coffee I've had in the Midwest!!! I bought a pound of the Guatemalan medium roast, the aroma was amazing, delicious brew. Then I stopped in Lombard coffee shop and had an espresso, again, the best I've had. I asked what the roast was --- Tugboat again!

Ordering from Tugboat is always a pleasant experience. The ordering process is simple through the website. I choose the pickup option, since I am local and its just down the street. I don't think I've ever waited more than a day for my order to be ready. Sometimes my order is ready within a few hours.

Great coffee! I love their espresso blend and I drink it regularly. I tried other blends that were used in collab with craft breweries and those were superb as well. I buy the coffee on-line and do local pickup. Usually I get txt that my order is ready for pick up within hours or a day a the most.
