Twice
I’ve
tried
to
order
from
this
place
and
they’ve
just
cancelled
my
order
without
letting
me
know.
First
time
was
back
in
January,
so
I
decided
to
get
them
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
and
order
again
tonight
(July
22).
I
got
an
email
to
confirm
my
order
had
been
excepted
and
their
online
live
update
system
changed
from
“order
received”
to
“food
is
being
prepared”.
After
over
an
hour
of
waiting
I
rang
them
up
to
be
told
“darling
I
cancelled
that
order”
with
no
explanation
for
why.
They
didn’t
care
at
all
when
I
explained
this
is
the
2nd
time
they’ve
done
this
to
me
and
still
offered
no
further
explanation,
simply
stating
I
should
receive
a
refund.
Both
times
due
to
the
time
I
ordered
and
by
the
time
I’d
waited
around
for
the
food,
all
other
takeaway
places
were
now
shut
so
I
was
left
hungry
without
another
alternative.
Absolutely
shocking
service.
