We often order from Napolis. It's by far the best pizza place in Burntwood and definitely isn't shy of competitors. That's why I'm disappointed to leave this review. It was our sons birthday this week so we let him decide what he wanted and as usual he wanted the Napolis sausage stuffed crust margarita. Order was placed, all went through great and food arrived earlier than expected. However, the delivery driver had quite clearly dropped the bag with the food in as the pizzas were squashed and the bbq sauce had exploded in the box. We made the most of it as couldn't have waited for them to correct it and send another order out due to it being a birthday party with lots of small children waiting to eat. That was our choice. What has bothered me the most is that upon emailing Napolis a friendly email the next morning explaining our situation with the photos as evidence - we've been ignored. So for that, you can have 2 stars and that's only because previous service has been much better. Edit - dropped it down to 1 star after having my email ignored.

Food took 3 hours to arrive... I called the store 2 times while waiting, finally arrived cold and stale, called the store to complain.. manager refused to come to the phone, and kept on passing messages from the staff. The man on the phone was lovely though. The manager had said the food is cold cause we are short staffed, I don't place an order of £27 to say yeah your food will be cold cause we are short staffed, that's not my problem as a customer! Won't be ordering again, upsetting really as I always use these and always recommend, somehow it's gone down.

I oder from Napoli’s all the time ,,, but tonight is my last oder from there ,,, they made 3 rd time same mistek ask for veg hot pizza they put sausage on that ,,, I really not understand how hard to understand if someone want veg pizza why they put meat on it ???? Napoli’s you going down now… good luck good bye 👋🏻

I'm a very pickie person and complain about anything but OMG top food amazing what can I say. Go try the mix meat with chips. Customer service is amazing. Iv made an order and even said to me do you know you can have this deal to save me money when he didn't have to and could of just took my money. Top lads there amazing good what else do you want 💓

Wow just been for the first time and staff are really polite and the food is so good I had a spicy chicken burger meal and a ferrero Rocha milkshake deffo recommend will go again.

Top quality pizza! Great kebab and decent burger. Always served with a smile. Only let down is it’s cash only on arrival, there is a cash point 4 doors down the road!

Have had pizzas from here a few times the staff are always friendly and remember what I've ordered before. I'm under the hospital at minute and they always ask how I'm feeling and treatment is going now that's what I call a service with a smile.

One of our favourite take aways ❤ the delivery staff are always really nice, polite and chatty as they drop our order off. Food is always perfect and tasty. You must try a calzone 🙌

First time I’ve tried them but friendly staff, really clean a good choice of food and quick service. My older children have made this their “go to” pizza place and they love it 👍🏻

Can't fault the mixed Kebab & fries, Napoli’s sauce & curly fries with cheese as they were all served hot & tasty BUT whoever placed my curly fries in the box upside down, the majority of clumpy cheese came off & stuck to the bottom of the box. Will defo order again from this place 👍

Ordered from Napoli’s earlier today and the staff were really friendly and helpful, H in particular was really amazing; lovely and polite. We’ve ordered from here in the past and the food has always been amazing, the pizzas are always hot and the crust is just👌👌 The staff being so kind and chatty is just a cherry on top :)

Sad to say, but I feel like I just got conned. £30 for two peoples' food (2 pizzas, 3 sides). Where to begin? The "medium" pizzas are 9". That's a small in anyone else's language. When I tried to pay, the site said "Because of your distance from the restaurant, we must add a £3 charge for delivery". Our distance? We checked, it's a 7 minute drive. We're just down the road. Then once they took payment, they gave us the news: It would be 1:30 hours to deliver the food. And it was. And it got here (7 minutes down the road) already cold. The only good thing about the entire process was that the delivery guy was nice. I hoped we'd found a new local for pizza, but I won't be going back to these folks again, I'm afraid. Huge disappointment. In London, I get two 12" pizzas and two sides for this price, and it usually turns up hot. I realise it's the holidays and they must be busy, but if you can't deliver in a reasonable time, it might be best to stop taking orders so you don't leave people hungry for ages.

Made an order last week normality very good but item missing and lich others have had all correspondence egnored 5quid is not a great deal of money but you should get what you payed for and definitely shouldn't egnor your siposidly valued customers.
